• Blandine (5/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement Très bruyant, notamment le restaurant juste en dessous qui a mis lors de notre 1ère nuit les versets du Coran durant TOUTE la nuit ! Et la rue tres passante. 2 fourchettes donc impossible de faire à manger.

Très mal insonorisé et manque de produits d'entretien/douche. - Salle de bain bien équipée, chambres spacieuses et bonne literie Le bruit de la rue: impossible de dormir ! Très mal insonorisé. On se croirait dormir dans la rue. Pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de pastille pour le lave vaisselle, pas d'éponge neuve: on n'allait pas acheter sur place tout cela pour seulement 4 nuits! Ce n'est pas un gros investissement pour le propriétaire et cela donne malheureusement une mauvaise image de l'équipement global. Vaisselle très très minimaliste. Pas de produit de douche (seulement 4 minuscules échantillons de shampoing pour 4 personnes pour 4 nuits).

• Shaylyn (1/5): Don’t bother - Cancelled my booking on the day of arriving citing ‘maintenance’ then immediately relisted the property for triple to price for some reason? Didn’t seem to get booked for the week that I was supposed to be there, as I kept seeing it available to book as I scrambled to find last min accommodation for the week. Blatant and inexcusable rate manipulation and bad faith cancellation of my booking, which, I have to assume, must be in violation of booking.com policy, have reported. As a solo female traveller, visiting London last minute for a family emergency, having to scramble around to find accommodation day by day was beyond stressful, and for what? Pathetic, don’t bother booking
• Lisa (10/5): Excellent. The host was super helpful and we would definitely return to this apartment. Lovely restaurant below too wher - It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I liked the extra little touches such as tea and coffee and air conditioning unit provided. The pull out bed was comfortable and there was more than enough room to put this up in the living area. I have nothing negative to say about this apartment. Would definitely return. N/A

• Guillaume (8/5): A stylish London stay in the heart of the action — elegant, convenient, with just a hint of Knightsbridge roar. - We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 2-bedroom flat in London. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped — exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to transport, shops, and local cafés. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city! Being so close to Harrod’s and its action, it can get a little noisy on Saturday nights with the occasional supercars showing off their muscles, throttles and horse powers — but that’s Knightsbridge for you!
• Ingrid (8/5): Agréable - L’emplacement est génial, tout est à proximité, métro, bus. L’environnement et un peu bruyant mais nous sommes en ville cela est normal. Les lits sont très confortable. L’équipement cuisine et salle de bain et très bien. Peut être changer de machine à café car nous avons eu du mal à trouver des capsule qui si adapté. Tout les store etaient cassé du coup nous avons du user d’astuce pour pouvoir faire rentrer la lumière dans l’appartement.

A entrada é feita por app no celular o que facilita bastante.. O unico incoveniente sao as escadas para quem carrega muitas malas como eu.. poderiam ter mais copos para agua, so tinham taças..
• Lechee (6/5): Great location for daytime activities but ridiculously noisy at night over weekend - The location for access to attractions was great. We walked to many things or got the tube back in the evenings. Communication about check in etc was prompt and very detailed We stayed Thursday night to Sunday night and honestly didn’t get a wink of sleep. You could hear every single thing happening outside the apartment and it was noisy until 4am with cars beeping, people fighting, music blaring etc. The bed was very uncomfortable (soft and dipped in the middle). Our teen daughter slept on the pull out couch which barely fit her. Definitely not a “luxury” apartment it was advertised as unfortunately

• Jitsajee (9/5): Great stay ,great host ,great location. - The location was fantastic, and the apartment was very spacious. The appliances provided were more than enough for our needs. It was a great place to stay overall. The only downside was that there was no built-in air conditioning, but they did provide a fan and a portable air conditioner, which helped keep the place comfortable. It’s a busy street area so there’s a bit noise at night and Just the weather we were there during summer.

• Maria (5/5): Not a good value for money - Great location and very clean and the flat was spacious. Staff was non existent- the only way to contact them was via the app and they were not responsive. The key on an app was a hassle. We paid a lot of money and for 3 days we had to deal with no hot water - very disappointing. Also, the property is on a very noisy street, so you could hear cars driving past all night. Overall, for the money we paid it was a disappointing experience.

You are in right of area and safe neighboorhood for sure. Dirty flat! Slow internet connection, and noisy road which I dislike. However why do you charge cleaning fee if the closet, sofa and chairs were so dirty ?I paid cleaning fee during reservation but I did not find it clean at all, you can see in pics. I put my clothes in wardrope but this was so dusty and I needed to reclean them again.
• Dr. (8/5): Very good - - great communication and fast responses from the supporting team - location was super - Good size of flats as I rent 2 flats - easy electronic system of entry for both building and flats - secure building - Clean services were super as I got 1 chance of cleaning during my stay - the heating system in one of the flats (flat 4) was terrible and bad experince as it should work in cold weather even the water was too cold in the morning. So, the poiler not working well as it always requires services. - the beds need good mattresses - there is no elevator so for old people and travel bags need high attention

• Ali (10/5): Fantastic property for renting - The location is fantastic, and the apartment itself was fitting with our requirment. It's clean and has enough space. The property management is supportive and provides any help that we need on time. I saw some people's reviews talking about digital keys problems. Honestly, we were fine with using the keys digitally. It's a technology, wonderful technology to let you open home with your smartphone. I really recommend anyone wants to stay here in london to book with this property. You will not regret at all. Just small thing The toilet door in our apartment wasn't close (locked) at all. But we handled that issue.

The host was very helpful in getting us into the unit as we didn't have internet access. The light bulbs in the unit only one out of 3 worked, there was only one bedside lamp. The washing machine was dirty and so was the oven.

Great location to get around London. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores for food and supplies. The bed, the bed, the bed! The mattresses are awfully soft! It's a shame that the beds did not make the stay at this wonderful apartment perfect! Could have been a 10 rating if not for the beds

• Órla (10/5): Very enjoyable stay in the heart of Knightsbridge. - Spacious, clean and well appointed. Appears to have been newly renovated. Excellent location. The property owners were lovely to deal with. I would happily stay here again. There was some form of renovation work going on all night in the apartment above us, on Friday night / Saturday morning. It was not possible to sleep. That said this is likely a short term thing and everything else was lovely.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - Everything is brand new, we must have been some of the first guests. The price we paid for a family of four in such a central location was unbeatable. Quite noisy at night - on a busy road frequented by boys racing their supercars late at night and you could hear the people upstairs moving around and scraping their furniture on the hard floors.

• Degna (9/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment in a fantastic location. - We had a really lovely stay in the apartment and I'm really glad we found it. The location and ease of access to the property was great and it's so comfortable. We had an extremely warm welcome when we arrived and they’d done a great job to get the place ready for us. It really felt like a home from home. It's definitely a place I'd recommend. It's just up the road from the V&A too! There were a couple of minor snags but I know they would have been sorted if we’d stayed longer than one night. The air-con unit isn't the quietest but it kept the room super cool so no real complaints there.
