• Wardzen (4/5): Verblijf viel tegen - De locatie was heel erg mooi. De keuken was erg klein. Met het gezin kon je hier niet koken. Het dakterras ziet er op de foto's mooi uit, maar in werkelijkheid is het vervallen. Het was super gehorig, we hebben 3 dagen bijna niet geslapen. Zelfs niet met oordoppen in.

• Mercedes (8/5): - Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Alhambra ist wirklich schön. Gleich gegenüber gibt es eine Bushaltestelle mit den wichtigsten Verbindungen. Der Fußweg in die Stadt beträgt ca. 10 Minuten. Demnach sehr empfehlenswert. Mit dem Apartment wird ebenfalls eine Parkplatz Möglichkeit angeboten. Diese muss unbedingt in Anspruch genommen werden, da es keine Kfz-Abstellmöglichkeiten gibt. Leider beträgt der Autoweg vom Apartment zur Garage ca. 7Km und etwa 45 Minuten. Der Fußweg von der Garage zum Apartment sind dann gerade mal 15 Minuten. Diese Situation kann aber bei einer Unterkunft im Albaicin nicht umgangen werden.
• Patries (7/5): Typisch geval van jammer - Fijne bedden, ruim appartement en prachtige locatie Keukentje was mager ingericht. Dakterras aanwezig maar kussen waren nat (kon je nergens opbergen) en parasol stuk. Hierdoor kon je onvoldoende gebruik maken van het dakterras. En dat was voor ons het usp van het appartement.

• Beatrice (9/5): - Logement très agréable et confortable. Par contre il faut préciser qu’on ne peut pas y accéder en voiture, sauf taxi ou minibus.
• Paulina (7/5): Unterkunft gut, Service katastrophal - Lage, Größe, grundsätzliche Ausstattung Heizung benötigt sehr lange um die Räumlichkeiten einigermaßen zu beheizen. Die erste Nacht war sehr kalt. Der Ofen auf den Fotos funktioniert nicht. Für die Wohnraumküche im Erdgeschoss gibt es nur eine Klimaanlage die wärmt. Das Personal war unhöflich bis unfreundlich. Bei Anruf kurz vor der Ankunft und Bitte um Hilfestellung erlebten wir ein Service-Desaster: Als Familie mit kleinen Kindern (Info bei Buchung) und per Auto (Info durch Nachrichten 11 Tage vor Ankunft) wurde uns keinerlei Auskunft gegeben, wie die Parksituation ist. Es wurde auf die allgemeine Auskunft verwiesen, dass es eine „restricted“ (beschränkte) Zone ist. Kein Wort darüber, dass wir uns dem Haus bis auf 1,5km nicht nähern können! Schrankenzufahrt im ganzen Viertel. Das mussten wir selbst um 20 Uhr, bei Regen und Dunkelheit herausfinden. Die Idee außerhalb des Zentrums zu parken und mit Taxi reinzufahren (4 Personen, Essen, Winterklamotten-Januar, Spielzeug für 4 Tage=voller Kofferraum) war weniger realistisch. Das Personal war komplett ignorant und es fehlte an jeglichem Verständnis und sinnvollen Lösungen. Zum Glück hatte das Hotel nebenan einen freien Parkplatz und hat uns binnen 3 Minuten den Einlass in die Zone gewährt. Wir haben direkt vor der Unterkunft parken können (10€/Nacht). Glück beiseite. Diese Information hätte von der Unterkunft mit Vorlauf kommen müssen. Schlechtester Service den ich je erlebt habe. Der Aufenthaltsbeginn war deutlich getrübt. Eine Unterkunft ohne die Möglichkeit die polizeiliche Genehmigung zur Einfahrt zu erkaufen ist sinnlos. Die fehlende Information ist mangelhaft. Die Art der Reaktion des Personals ist beschämend und katastrophal!
• Beatrice (9/5): Gorgeous, will definitely return again. - Fantastic location, lovely view, beautiful design and high standard of amenities. The roof terrace was pleasant even in winter! Lovely to have 2 bathrooms and the heating system was efficient enough even on cold nights to keep us comfortable. A house book with full information (how to work the dishwasher, heating, keys etc) would have been really helpful when we had questions. Wifi didn't reach the roof terrace. The only downside of the location was a noisy bin collection, but that was a trade-off we were happy to make.
• Radu (9/5): - Nice house in a great location. There is a nice terrace but due to the cold weather we did not use it. The floor was cold but I imagine this is only one month per year. Some slippers might help.
• Nina (8/5): Recomendable - La casa es muy bonita y cómoda, accesible porque puede llegar el taxi y no hay que subir cuestas. Los colchones de las camas cómodos además La estufa de pelet no funcionaba (hubiese estado bien, hacía frío..) y la tele no tenía señal. Y aunque no ha sido un fin de semana especialmente ruidoso, se escucha absolutamente todo lo que ocurre en la calle.

• Mark (5/5): An uncomfortably dirty flat within a nice location - The location of the flat is good within a beautiful part of the old city. The beds were small but firm and comfortable. There is enough space for 4 people. The flat was dirty as it hasnt been cleaned thoroughly or at all. There was hair and dirt everywhere on the floor/stairs/basin/kitchen table and so on. We felt really really uncomfortable and disgusted because of this. Generally speaking the flat could be nice but felt like a neglected place. There are small carpets which haven't been removed a long time as there are a lot of dust and such under them. I travel a lot and have been to Spain and Andalusia multiple times, and never encountered an unclean flat like this before. After reporting to management they sent somebody to clean the flat, but after we arrived home it was dirty as before with hair and dirt at every spot I told them to clean, so they just ignored the problem. We left quite unsatisfied. The other problem is the incredible noise from the street. The windows are badly isolated. There are multiple garbage collectors in front of the building on the street which are being emptied 2-3 times during every night! There is a load mechanical emptying process at around 11:30pm, 3am, 6am. We were every time awake during our whole stay. One emptying takes around 6-12mins. Because of the central location there is no possibility to enter the district with car and park near to the flat. The nearest parking is like 15-20min walk away.

• Cat (9/5): Perfect peaceful spot for exploring Granada - Perfect location for exploring the city and stunning views of the Alhambra. Very peaceful despite being so close to everything. Lovely apartment with a large terrace, with everything you need for a short stay in Granada. Very minor point - the terrace decking needs a good clean, our feet were black from walking on it.
• Lothar (10/5): - Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kompletten Haus über 3 Etagen mit Dachterrasse. Sie ist voll ausgestattet mit Küche mit Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zwischen Albaicin und Alhambra unten am Darro, sehr nah zum Centro, Realejo und Sacromonte. Wir konnten dadurch an den 3 Tagen zusätzlich zur Alhambra alle zentralen Stadtteile besichtigen und wenn es zu heiß wurde zwischendurch zum Ausruhen wieder in die Wohnung zurück gehen. Die Dachterrasse war perfekt, um morgens im Schatten des riesigen, komfortablen Sonnenschirms zu frühstücken und am Abend auf der Lounge oder in den Liegestühlen noch die kühlere Luft und den Blick auf einen kleinen Teil der Alhambra und den Generalife zu genießen. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben es gewagt, direkt zum Abladen des Gepäcks bis vor die Wohnung zu fahren. Das hat sehr gut geklappt. Das benachbarte Restaurant Rey Chico vermietet ein paar Parkplätze direkt an der Straße vor der Wohnung, ob rechtmäßig oder nicht, können wir nicht sagen. Jedoch konnten wir so sogar unser Auto für 3 Tage direkt an der Wohnung parken. Wir haben den Preis von 10€/Tag ausgehandelt. Wir haben es genossen eine Spülmaschine und eine so tolle Dachterrasse zu haben. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war sehr gut und der Self-Check-in waren unproblematisch. Danke für alles! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein hoher Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen auf der Dachterrasse für ein gemütlicheres Sitzen zum Frühstück wäre noch perfekt. Platz gibt es ausreichend auf der schönen Terrasse. Die Sitzkissen der Lounge und der Outdoor-Teppich auf der Dachterrasse waren schon sehr schmutzig und der Teppich kaputt. Es wäre schön gewesen, solche kleinen Details rechtzeitig zu erneuern bzw. zu reinigen. Aber wie bereits erwähnt, wir fanden die Dachterrasse trotzdem wunderschön.

• Justina (4/5): Outdated - Location, although it is in a restricted area so very difficult to get to if you have a rental car The photos are outdated and it does not look as good, with many things old / missing / broken. The terrace has no sun umbrella, no carpets, few plants (not like on photos). The place was not clean on our arrival with dirt, dust and hair on the floor. The apartment is lacking basics like glasses for drinking, bowls for breakfast. The last 2 issue were in a way remedied by the staff, but it was overall unfortunately disappointing for the price.
• Jill (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Cute place. We had difficulty with heater, even to the point of the neighbors coming over to alert us of fire. There weren't sheets for the fold out bed despite the fact that we had reserved for 5 people. The staff brought some put the next day, but we still had one night without proper bedding.
• Joan (10/5): Gorgeous traditional home east walk to everything - Beautiful home with a traditional feeling, gorgeous terrace with view of the Alhambra and walking distance to bars restaurant etc Stairs could be a problem if you have small children but it was fine for us with a three year old

• Jane (9/5): Big clean apartment with terrace view of Alhambra - Location fabulous. Terrace looks right up at Alhambra. Bus stop opposite - with little buses taking you to Alhambra, Sacromento or into town centre. Local bars and restaurants are okay, but a bit touristy. It was surprisingly quiet at night. Lovely rooms, lots of wardrobe space. Washing machine, iron, hairdryer, etc. Generous loo roll supply. Bathroom with WC, bath and shower. Plus extra WC downstairs. There was no umbrella on the patio. The company said it had been broken and they were waiting for a replacement. As this is a big company with 90 properties, we strongly felt they should carry spare essential items like this. It meant we could not all use the terrace in the day, as there was no shade. Crockery and cultery store minimal in the kitchen. No proper bowls for breakfast.

• Hari (8/5): A lovely stay away from home - Great location & pretty much ticked all our boxes 😊 There was no shade umbrella available on the terrace, it was not replaced for our stay. It was in on all the photos of the home. The terrace was one of the reasons we chose this place…. could not sit there during the day as no shade.

• Ian (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in a great location, has a lovely rooftop terrace with an amazing view of Alhambra. There is a handy supermarket, bars and restaurants nearby. Although this property is in a fantastic location, there are some compromises: Sadly, the apartment feels neglected. It needs a deep clean. The furniture in the lounge, main bathroom and terrace look tired and so the apartment does not look as nice as when the photos were taken. The kitchen is poorly equipped with just enough glasses and mugs for 4 guests. Having to constantly wash up can be a pain. Missing items include a corkscrew (we have now left the one we bought), bread knife and a chopping board. The beds need more than just one small pillow for each guest. Across the street are the local bins, including a glass bin that is emptied in the middle of the night (light sleepers beware!).
• Sarah (8/5): beautiful house near the Alhambra with roof terrace - easy to get to and very very real location. very spacious, excellent aircon on all three floors. roof terrace was amazing and house had everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. house is next to lots of restaurants and bars so there is some noise especially on weekends. it’s also next door to a very large school and that also produced some noise. however it wasn’t so loud that it stopped anyone getting sleep.
