• Leiregi (3/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue la localización de la vivienda. No nos gustó nada el apartamento, no estaba limpio, las habitaciones bien, pero el aseo, baño y cocina fatal. El portal y las escaleras para acceder horribles, dejan los contenedores en un patio en la entrada del portal y olor es horrible, no me quiero imaginar en verano. A todo el que vaya, pone apartamento número 10, ese número no existe en ninguna puerta.El número real del apartamento es el 11.

• Theresa (7/5): - Die Zimmer waren Anfang Jänner gut beheizt. Die Lage ist super. 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und in unmittelbarer Nähe genügend Restaurants und Möglichkeiten für ein feines Frühstück. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind rasch erreichbar. Der Eingangsbereich war schmutzig. Dafür war das Apartment ordentlich und sauber.

• Galya (7/5): - The building itself is old, clean and warm. Close to the central train station. The kitchen is not convenient for cooking, we took snacks from the station, there is a large selection. The area itself is with many nationalities and be careful just in case!

We also had a very unpleasant experience, because of error having ours and our neighbour bathroom competitly flooded because of not cleaned well shower and old system error

• Romana (8/5): Jedna noc před brzkým letem z Vídně - Byt je v domě na klidném místě u hlavního nádraží, takže v centru. Velmi dobrá komunikace s ubytovatelem. Parkování je peklo! ale na to jsme byli upozorněni, to nehodnotím (zaparkovali jsme na jediném volním místě na ulici, kde je o víkendu od 22:00 zdarma). Potřebovali jsme přespat před brzkým ranním letem a to se nám splnilo a bylo to levné, tak se asi nesluší si moc stěžovat.... Každopádně, kdo má rád vše čisté a nachystané, bude poměně zklamán. Přijeli jsme až večer (ubytovatel to věděl, protože jsem psala žádost o check-in po 20:00) a nebylo vůbec uklizeno :-( V koši byly odpadky - krabička od cigaret asi od dělníků, kteří si tam také zapomněli kýbel a spárovací hmotu ;-) Pohovka v obýváku byla plná drobků a nenachystaná (měla být pro 2 lidi). V ložnici byla jedna zmuchlaná peřina a polštář, takže tam někdo předtím ležel/spal.... Vyřešili jsme tak, že jsme si vytáhli z úložného prostoru pod postelí jiné a sami nachystali. Jako jo, na tu jednu noc pohoda, takže v podstatě můžu doporučit pokud vám nevadí si vše DIY ;-)

Łazienka do remontu ,trzeba uważać na wystający zamek przy zasuwanych drzwiach żeby się nie zadrapać .

• Martaa96mg (9/5): Genial - El apartamento es amplio y estaba limpio. La habitación muy bien y dispone de dos ventiladores que se agradecen en verano. La ubicación bien ya que está al lado de la estación de tren y de autobuses. Tiene secador de pelo y toallas aunque no lo ponga en los servicios. El baño es muy pequeño y le faltaría un espejo y el sofá aunque sea sofá cama creo que para estar cómodos sería solo para una persona.

• Amii (3/5): False advertising! - The apartment is actually quite comfortable and well decorated. I if it had been what we were expecting, but it would have been fine. It's easy access to the train station but weirdly Google maps takes you a route that is twice as far as necessary! The apartment was advertised as having a spa bath which is why we chose this place over all the others available in the area. There is NO bath at all. I let alone a spa bath. There were also photos of a well equipped kitchen with a cooker and hob. This is NOT a photo of the kitchen in the apartment! We arrived with a big bag of food to cook a nice meal, and a plan to have a bath and refresh before exploring Vienna, and refreshed the next day. The single pan and 2 forks (for 4 people) on lack of bath undermined our plans! I contacted the owner who acknowledged the lack of forks but ignored the lack of the spa bath! A total con, so we could have stayed closer to the centre, but for less money if we'd not paid for the bath!!! And booking.com were useless/not bothered!!!

Baia este mica de tot,ca sa folosesti toaleta, te lovesti de chiuveta, pe langa asta era si mizerabila, de cate ori pornea centrala pentru apa calda, aveam impresia ca sta sa explodeze. Singurul avantaj al cazarii este ca e destul de aproape de o gara centrala si de metrou. Raport calitate( conditii)/ pret nu exista, pretul mult prea mare pt ce ofera

• Sebastian (8/5): Nocleg na 1 noc - Bardzo blisko dworca HBF. Wygodny dostęp przez skrzynkę z kluczem, nam zależało na opuszczeniu mieszkania nad ranem. Głośne wentylatory od restauracji poniżej oraz brak klimatyzacji.
• Anja (3/5): - Betten und Sofa in Ordnung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber, Geschirr (Teller/Tassen) ausreichend. die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe war gut, Supermarkt, Bäcker sowie verschiedene Imbissangebote in unmittelbarer Nähe Besteck nur für zwei Personen - aber 4 Betten, kein Abtrockentuch für das Geschirr, Steckdosen locker, z.t herausgerissen- das ist gefährlich und geht gar nicht, Treppenhaus eklig dreckig, alles kaputt und abgewohnt. Whirlpoolbadewanne wie offeriert gab es nicht, lediglich eine alte Duschkabine. Mit Klebeband umwickelte Brause, Löcher im Fußboden ebenfalls mit Klebeband repariert. Die permanente Beschallung durch irgendwelche großen Lüfter im Hof hört man nach ein paar Nächten nicht mehr.

• Margita (10/5): Útulný apartman do 5 minut od hlavnej stanice - Krásny , útulný apartmán, na skok od hlavnej viedenskej železnicnej stanice. Prakticke delenie izieb, kuchyna, obyvacka, spálňa. Vybavenie kuchyne bolo postačujúce. Veľmi výhodna poloha umožnila sa do 10 -15 minút dostať hromadnou dopravou do centra mesta.

Mobilier qui laisse à désirer, équipement de cuisine très juste… exemple, pour 4 personnes il n’y avait que 3 fourchettes…. Se situe au dessus d’un garage donc du bruit tôt le matin.

• İrem (9/5): A cozy, well-equipped studio — we had a lovely stay in Nice. - The interior of the apartment was beautiful and very well-equipped — it had everything we might need during our stay. On top of that, the host responded to all our questions immediately. The apartment is about a 30-minute walk from the city center. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s good to be aware of this if walking long distances isn’t ideal for you.

• judith (8/5): - Lo mejor de hospedarse aquí fue la ubicación,céntrico todo y cerca de la estación de trenes y para buscar donde comer y supermercados lo tienes todo al lado. Ahora en tema del alojamiento le faltó un poco de limpieza no tiene ascensor hay que subir las escaleras en forma de caracol . Y el tema de llaves para abrir justo al lado tiene el sistema de llaves que se abre con un codigo lo cual ellos te lo indicaran todo vía mensaje.para que lo tengas en cuenta,es como un buzón al lado de la puerta para sacar la llave , adjuntaré foto. No hay ascensor

• Nikank (2/5): Неудачный опыт - Ничего За полчаса до нашего заселения, хозяин сообщил, что в забронированой нами квартире прорвало трубу и мы должны будем пользоваться санузлом в другом месте. Не уточнил сразу где именно. Позже, после наших попыток с ним связаться - прислал сообщение, что можем пользоваться им в другом месте. Позже сообщил, что даёт нам вообще другое жилье. Но! Мы оплатили заранее двухкомнатную квартиру, потому что путешествовали с пожилыми родителями, а нам дали одну комнату с двумя двухспальнымм кроватями и общим санузлом. Что совсем не соответствует нашей оплате и требованиям. В самой квартире нам тоже позволили быть, но там не было воды, соответственно и туалета тоже. И рано утром пришёл сантехник и нам пришлось выселиться. Но даже без учёта проблем с трубами и водой, квартира, мягко говоря, не соответствует действительности. Подушки просто воняли чужим потом, на диване удачно остались резинки для волос (от прошлых жильцов?)... Сами "апартаменты' находились на третьем этаже с очень крутыми ступенькам. Подняться туда с багажом пожилым людям - невероятно сложно. Я не могу рекомендовать эти апартаменты.

• Viacheslav (8/5): We recommend these apartments - The apartments are located in a pedestrian zone a few hundred meters from Vienna's main train station, which is especially convenient for tourists arriving / departing by train or plane (there is a direct train connection to the airport). At the same time, there is no extraneous noise from this location. Separately, I would like to positively mention the atypical and cute refrigerator and convenient modern dishes. The windows of the apartments overlook the courtyard and in the morning you open the window and can drink your coffee in the fresh air to the chirping of birds. Cosmetic renovations, particularly to the bathroom, would not be superfluous.

• NaroLy (9/5): Vacanta în Vienna - Zona este ideala pentru o familie cu copii. Ai în apropiere restaurante, cafenele, magazine, orice mijloc de transport îți doresti. Strada este pietonala asa ca nu trebuie sa îți faci griji pentru mașini si gălăgie. Apartamentul este simplu și curat. Era bine dacă exista o draperie sau jaluzea la geamul din bucatarie/hol, mai ales ca de acolo se face și accesul la toaletă. Peste zii sa zicem ca nu ar fi fost o problemă dar seara când aprindeai becul, te vedeau toți vecinii. De multe ori am surprins oameni care stăteau intr-un balcon la țigară sau cafea, ca se uitau la noi. La bucătărie lipseau multe ustensile esențiale (un tocător, o lingura de lemn și altele).
• Ioana (7/5): - location was great, right across central station, and close to a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. the apartment was cozy , clean and easy to find, communication with host was great great for a couple of days but wouldn't really rec for longer stays, especially if you're trying to cook for yourself to save some money. only had one pan (burnt to a crisp) and one pot (scratched to hell and back) and a half melted spatula, which made cooking anything pretty annoying. the dishes weren't the cleanest so we had to wash everything before using them, and then had no place to put them out to dry since there's no dish rack either
• Anastasiia (4/5): Неуютная квартира с плохой уборкой - Единственный неоспоримый плюс жилья - близость к жд, из-за чего его и бронировала. В остальном - грусть. Во-первых чтоб добраться до жилья нужно подняться большой винтовой лестницей с чемоданами и вещами это то еще приключение. Лестничная площадка прокуренная и воняет. В самой квартире убрано очень посредственно - в душ лучше идти исключительно в тапках, кое-где есть плесень. Вай фай работает нестабильно. Микроволновки в квартире нет. Из холодильника запах неприятный. Душ очень маленький - человек с лишним весом туда просто не влезет, не рекомендую бронировать тем у кого есть лишний вес или кому сложно ходить - это жилье не адаптировано для людей с ограниченными возможностями. Еще при входе в ванную комнату есть железный ржавый штырь, об который я «удачно» поранила руку. И еще было очень холодно в жилье, а из одеял было только очень очень тонкое летнее одеяло, спала в одежде теплой. В общем это жилье рекомендую только тем кому критично важно поближе к жд и неважен комфорт пребывания - тогда ок, остальным не рекомендую .

• Hermann (1/5): - Die Details zum Bezug des Apartments ging erst um 13 h 16 bei mir ein. Ich hatte jedoch bereits um 5h45 meine Reise nach Wien angetreten. Beim Versuch, mein Apartment um 16 h zu beziehen, stand ich ohne jegliche Information vor der Tür. Ersuchte Befragung anderer Hausbewohner waren erfolglos. Es war keinerlei Hinweis auf den Vermieter, keine Telefonnummer zu finden, sodass ich das Apartment nicht benutzen konnte und ich musste mir einen andere Unterkunft suchen. Ich ersuche daher um Rückerstattung des Mietpreises, da dies alles durch die unverständlich späte Info verursacht wurde.

• Veronika (10/5): Ate and left no crumbs - It was amazing, the location, the apartment, everything. The couch was very comfy as well as the bed, it was clean, very nice - slept like a queen. The bathroom is not renovated but it was sufficient. I honestly don’t get the bad reviews. It was better than anything we could possibly get for that kind of money. 10/10 would and definitely will return. (if you do your makeup I recommend bringing your own mirror🎀)

• kamila (1/5): - Przed przyjazdem poprosiłam obiekt o fakturę, ponieważ jest mi ona niezbędna. Otrzymałam odpowiedź, że mogą mi ją wystawić dopiero po odbytej podróży. Minął już miesiąc a obiekt milczy i nie odpowiada na moje prośby o fakturę. Dodatkowo w apartamencie było brudno i zimno.
