Snacks and minibar were lifesaving at 1am when every shop was closed. We stayed only for one night but were able to enjoy the rooftop at night. It was beautiful. We wished we could have stayed there longer. The bed was a little short for a tall guy like me. The toilet flush was a little bit loud.

The place was clean and the room was large and basically a well equipped apartment with a kitchen. I would describe it as "hypermodern". The lighting was a bit harsh, provided by 3 overhead spot lights. An option for lower level light would have been nice. Also, it has no elevators so if you are on the 3rd floor (4th by US convention - the ground floor is "floor 0") it is a lot of steps, particularly when hauling luggage.

The roof top and hot tub was lovely to see the city and relax Although no reception the WhatsApp number was replied to quickly and they were extremely helpful! Our code didn't work when we arrived but it was dealt with promptly. The apartment is a little far out of the centre but we walked or got Ubers. It's about 30 mins walk to the main train station and an hour to the port. Ubers are super expensive as are taxis.

Alles war sauber und das Personal war jederzeit erreichbar (per WhatsApp, sie antworteten innerhalb von 5 Minuten). Nebenan gibt es einen Kiosk und ein Einkaufszentrum.

Ho apprezzato la possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze al costo di 25 per 24h Bagno da rivedere, in proporzione alla camera è molto piccolo. Forse un po' distante dalla stazione e purtroppo i mezzi pubblici non sono affidabili, per arrivare in stazione ci vogliono circa 20 minuti a piedi.

Un servizio commerciale di lavatrice ed asciugatrice proprio nel civico accanto alla struttura. Non c’è l’ascensore, sono solo 3 piani ma con valigie potrebbe essere faticoso. Lo segnalerei meglio (potrebbe essere inaccessibile per portatori dí handicap o persone anziane). La metropolitana non è assolutamente vicina, è per raggiungere il centro ci siamo sempre spostati con la macchina (vero, potevamo esplorare meglio, ma non eravamo mai stati a Napoli e non avevamo bene idea delle distanze e dei servizi, forse meglio specificarlo) La Jacuzzi, molto frequentata, non poteva avere acqua pulita, e questo ci ha frenato un po’. Però bella idea e fosse possibile metterei o anche altre vasche o addirittura una piscina!

First floor room was incredibly noisy for a family both from the street and from guests returning home-all passed our door. The bathroom was tiny and had damp patches and smell. - M.S. (8/5): - Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Es gab kleine Snacks, Getränke im Kühlschrank und jeden Tag die Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee zuzubereiten. Ich war 2Nächte. Das was ich aufgebraucht hatte, war nach der Reinigung wieder aufgefüllt. Kommunikation lief ausschließlich online- Fragen wurden aber zeitnah beantwortet. Mein Zimmer lag im 1.Stock. Fenster konnte ich nachts nicht offen halten, wegen des doch recht fließenden und lauten Verkehr auf der Straße. Die Lage: Bahnhof und Innenstadt war zu Fuss zu weit weg, Busse kamen teilweise sehr verspätet oder gar nicht, sodass die Planung für Aktivitäten und Abreise etwas schwierig war.

- Parsons (9/5): Excellent base in Naples about 20m walk along same road as central station - Spacious. Lovely roof terrace. Beds are comfy. Great balcony. High ceilings. Clean. Supermarket nearby. Self check in. Very modern decor We booked this on the strength of a jacuzzi for my youngest who wanted to try it as we had a city break with zero pool/ not much beach time. It was out of use. 😔
- Michelle (8/5): Perfect for what we needed. An overnight stay before travelling on to Puglia. Great communication and very helpful staff - Near airport and what we needed for a one night stay. No lift and we were on 3rd floor.

- Max (10/5): Een zeer net hotel met een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, zeker een aanrader! - Mooie, nette en zeer schone kamers die elke ochtend voorzien werden van schone handdoeken en lakens. Daarnaast was het contact met de manager erg laagdrempelig en bij vragen kreeg je vrijwel direct een vriendelijke reactie. Tevens kan je makkelijk via een link de jacuzzi op het dakterras boeken, wat in de avonden heerlijk was! Er is niet iets wat tegenviel, de locatie is iets waar je op moet letten bij het reserveren. Het is een stukje lopen richting het centrum, echter is het centraal station dichtbij en is het openbaar vervoer een goede optie (ook niet duur!)

- Ladislas (7/5): - Chambre spacieuse avec deux lits séparés pour les enfants. Petites attentions et ménage quotidien. Grand supermarché juste à coté avec parking et cafétéria pour le petit déjeuner. Les joints de la douche nécessitent une bonne remise en état. Pour le reste c’est très propre hormis le quartier qui est vraiment sale. Les gens jettent tout par terre c’est effarant. On est aussi un petit peu loin de la gare centrale : 20 minutes de marche sous un soleil de plomb. Possible de faire le retour en 5 minutes avec les vélos en libre service LIME, il y en a beaucoup à la gare.

- Bianka (10/5): Minden rendben volt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat az itt töltött idő alatt. - Tiszta volt, kényelmes, és jól felszerelt. A szállásadó mindig gyorsan válaszolt és mindenben segítőkész volt. -
- Ingrid (9/5): comfortabel - Er is geen personeel aanwezig, maar de manager was goed bereikbaar via Whatsapp en heeft ons uitstekend geholpen met het regelen van vervoer etc. De kamer was royaal en goed schoon en voorzien van alle basisbehoeften De jacuzzi was te gebruiken tegen betaling. Dit was ons van tevoren niet duidelijk dat hier extra voor betaald moest worden dus dat vonden we wel jammer. Toen we deze wilden boeken was de jacuzzi ook niet (meer) beschikbaar voor het tijdstip dat we graag wilden.

- Meli (7/5): - Personale disponibilissimo. Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e mi hanno aiutato a parcheggiare la macchina in un parcheggio custodito vicino il b&b. Ci hanno fornito i codici per entrare autonomamente ed è stato semplicissimo. L'appartamento si presenta arredato con gusto. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo il materasso del letto matrimoniale era davvero scomodo, Totalmente in memory foam, così come i cuscini. Peccato perché dormire in un materasso comodo quando si è in vacanza, è fondamentale.

Staff super gentile e disponibile anche se non in loco, ci siamo sentiti a casa anche se in vacanza;) Consiglio a chi vuole soggiornare a Napoli senza spendere troppo, torneremo sicuramente La posizione anche se ben fornita con i mezzi era fuori Napoli, quindi da considerare nelle spese anche i biglietti per spostarsi e il parcheggio, che pensavamo fosse incluso nel prezzo ma che invece per due giorni è venuto 50 euro; idem idromassaggio, da pagare in più 20 euro/ora per utilizzarla.
- Chiara (8/5): - Struttura pulita,facile check in e apertura porte molto semplice. In estate sicuramente comoda l'aria condizionata in camera e nonostante la presenza di una strada trafficata i rumori sono veramente limitati.

- LIRIDONE (8/5): - La localisation,bus pas loin Chambre propre et grande Il n'y a aucun contact physique avec une personne physique, l'accès se fait au bâtiment par un code, puis un autre code pour la chambre. Pas très grave mais je trouve dommage de ne pas avoir de conseils, ou autre pour visiter la ville et faciliter l'arrivée sur place.

- Michele (10/5): Consigliato - Camere nuovissime e pulite, posizione ottima e la vasca idromassaggio è stata una piacevole sorpresa. L'host gentilissimo e disponibile.
- Alba (6/5): Bona opció si viatges amb amics o parella. - L’habitació era gran. Nosaltres vam ser quatre i els llits no eren gaire comfortables, especialment el sofà llit. L’habitació semblava força neta però hi vam tenir formigues, i alguna altre cuca que suposem que deuria ser un problema puntual. No hi ha ascensor i per viatjar amb criatures petites és un handicap. I per acabar, l’ubicació tampoc és la millor. A peu està a uns 15 minuts del centre i la zona és una mica complicada.
- Ben (8/5): A great introduction to Naples - The building is well renovated and the room was clean & stylish with a generously sized bathroom and excellent air-con. The tea & coffee making facilities and complimentary fridge & snack items were a really nice touch and the rooftop terrace with hottub was a perfect outside space to relax in. At first the area was offputting as the road was dirty and busy but we didn't have any trouble and the local convenience store & pizza takeaway were great. I wish that we had asked for some guidance on the local bus options but we'll know for next time!
