Después de que reservé me enteré de que se sumaban 20USD en concepto de limpieza. Capaz que estaba en algún lado de la descripción, pero yo al menos no la vi. Después, cuando convierten el pago de USD a ARS, usan el valor del dólar blue venta (capricho, a mi parecer), el cual es obviamente el más caro.

• Casusol (9/5): Amazing location and super comfortable experience - Location is pretty good, so I could walk all the places I wanted to visit. The room was very clean and super comfy. There was a small water leak on my bathroom, so it took my some time to dry the floor. This was more noticeable when going out for several hours and returning. I understand this might be an accident, so it wasn't a big deal for me.
• Thomas Wendel (4/5): High cost and bad experience. - Location is the best part of this location, and the host helped me with the payment and gave me access to store my luggage. The room has water infiltration in the wall; the smell of mold is very apparent. The shelves and kitchen are dirty, and in the morning, I found a cockroach in the sink.

I advise not to rent as there is no hospitality and you are dealing with a chatbot. Did not receive the room I booked, as described and pictured. Booked an apartment that, according to the photos, was on the top floor with a small terrace (bait advertising). Instead, ended up on the lower floor. In the meantime, the provider has changed the categorization completely including description.. Processing and support was very complicated. For a long time, it was unclear how to pay. Questions were not answered, and I was repeatedly referred to a “concierge” at reception who did not exist. The access data was only provided 45 minutes before the permitted check-in time of 3 p.m. Communication is only possible via WhatsApp. At the airport, I had initial contact with the “concierge” Andres via the airport Wi-Fi, but he was not yet allowed to give me the access data. If you don't have Wi-Fi later (which can happen after arriving at the airport, a long journey, and driving to your destination), you're lost. After a long wait, I didn't get access until 4 p.m. There is no “concierge” or reception. I had to make an expensive call to the contact person via the German network. Andres was very helpful, very friendly and very eager to make up for the incredibly callous behavior of the chatbot management. Just arrived at the app the doorbell rang and a roommate in the house (not a receptionist!) collected payment for the company at once. Check-out was at 11 a.m., but the cleaning lady was already standing before the app at 10 a.m. Rooms and bath were clean overall, but the floor was dirty and not swept, with dust swirling around. The furnishings were mediocre. Instead of a sofa or armchair, we had to make do with a single recliner in the living room. I immediately canceled a second reservation for 4 nights.

• Dosantos (3/5): - Primero, el link que nos generó para pagar con tarjeta no funcionaba (intentamos 5 tarjetas y con todas nos tiraba error) a lo cual la adm. nos decia que como el problema era nuestro, solo teniamos opcion de pago en efectivo, en un margen de horario muy acotado, o sino transferencia con un recargo del 5%. Luego, no andaba el ingreso tactil, nos llevaba unos cuantos minutos poder ingresar al edificio. A la noche salimos y cuando volvimos (2.20 am) el código de ingreso nos figuraba como "invalido", no había forma de entrar. Contactamos a la administradora quien luego de varios llamados y msj, nos contestó que tenia que generar un código nuevo. Luego de 30 minutos esperando, pudimos entrar al edficio. Por último agregar que la "seguridad" del edificio, es una pantalla que no resuelve nada. Nos sentimos cero protegidas mientras estuvimos resolviendo como hacíamos para entrar a la madrugada. Un desastre, cero recomendable.

• TAL (6/5): - דירת סטודיו של חדר שינה עם מטבחון וחדר אמבטיה . במטבחון יש את כל הציוד כולל מקרר, מיקרוגל,, כיריים, קומקום, וכלי מטבח. הדירה לא הייתה מספיק נקיה. גם כלי המיטה לא היו מספיק נקיים. צמוד לדירה בקיר משותף יש אתר בניה שבשעה 07:30 התחילו להרעיש. החלונות של הדירה לא מבודדים מספיק וכל הרעש מהרחוב נמצא בתוך הדירה. מנגנון הווילונות היה מקולקל. גם המייבש שיער שהשאירו היה מקולקל. היו ג'וקים בדירה. ממליצה לבעלי הנכס לערוך ביקורת על צוות הניקיון.

Precisa somente resolver a forma de pagamento!!! - Prédio bonito, quarto hiper confortável, bom preço e opção responsavel pelo atendimento muito amavel. No momento da entrada tive problema na forma de pagamento, mas a Tamii me ajudou muito em resolver um problema no momento da liberação da chave. Havia reservado para pagamento no cartão de credito e ela teve a informação que eu deveria pagar em dinheiro vivo ou transferencia bancaria, eu até consegui entrar no apartamento para tentar fazer a transferencia, mas nao tive exito. Somente depois de 2h tentando pagar, resolvi olhar na minha reserva e vi que estava lá a opção mesmo "cartão de crédito", e depois disso ela falou com o gerente ou dono do apto e eu seguir com o pagamento como havia reservado. Tirando essa parte que o gerente ou dono quis mudar no meio do caminho, o restante foi uma ótima experiencia. Aprovieto mais uma vez para agradecer a Tamii que foi muito paciente e amavel para me ajudar, principalmente por entrar no apto e acessar o banco e tentar fazer a transferencia.

• Bo (2/5): Tried to make me pay 50% more. - Tried to make me pay 75 usd instead of the 53.55 I booked it for. Saying it was an added 20 dollar cleaning fee, which was mentioned nowhere. Wasn’t forthcoming, had to text him and wait for 20 minutes before I got a proper response. Could only pay cash, when I said I definitely didn’t have enough cash, they mentioned the other possibility was PayPal. Very weird. We left, booked another hotel.

• Vincent (5/5): Clean apartment, poor communication - The communication with the host was poor. They didn't respond to all of my requests or questions, and their replies were slow. That is the reason I gave given this apartment a lower rating.
• Leisha (6/5): Wouldn’t return. - Location was convenient. Poor communication responses from staff (no responses received to questions asked before arrival), check in time not honoured (delayed) and prior luggage drop not accommodated. Putrid mouldy smell coming from bucket collecting water underneath kitchen sink cupboard which could be smelt throughout apartment. No tea towel provided in kitchen. General cleanliness of place was very poor, we cleaned property ourselves on arrival.
• Ana (6/5): Okay… - The location. The staff, they were very helpful in providing solutions. The apartment was comfortable and was fully quipped, even with an iron and hair dryer. The apartment floor was clean. The international travel adapter. The bathroom had mole. There was no mattress cover or fitted sheet, so they put the flat sheet on top and when you moved at night, you ended up sleeping in a stained mattress. The apartment was not cleaned throughly, like the sofa had dirty crumbles of things.

• Maria (5/5): The place is good, but the staff is weird. - Nice location, neat and comfortable studio At the time of check-in the cleaner was still in the apartment finishing cleaning and listening to music. No towels in the bathroom, I had to find it myself in the wardrobe. When it was an evening before the check out, the staff contacted me that they have to pick up the payment in cash, which we didn’t agree before. In the end we agreed to meet next morning at the time of check out, but no one showed up. I waited for 30 min, having my flight in 2 hours. No one even answered my messages.
