• Enza (9/5): - L'appartamento era confortevole L'ingresso, nel portone era agghiacciante, le pareti erano scrostate. Nonostante fossimo andati a cavallo di fine aprile, 2 maggio l'appartamento era freddo senza possibilità di scaldarlo, nonostante ci fosse bel tempo.

• Luciana (7/5): Bien ubicado, bien equipado, deficiencias en los equipos que ofrece en las fotos - La ubicación, y las instalaciones dentro del apartamento, está prácticamente todo nuevo La lavadora no servía, el sofá cama muy incómodo, y la nevera tenía un olor desagradable, el horno no servía al igual que la nevera los primeros dias

• Przemysław (10/5): Wygodne i ciepłe lokum na długi weekend - Bardzo fajne mieszkanko. W dobrej lokalizacji blisko parking podziemny który jest stosunkowo tani jak na Wiedeń. Do metra kilka minut. Pobyt jak najbardziej udany. Poleca. Dla wymagających kamienica jest w remoncie lecz nie przeszkadza to w użytkowaniu mieszkania. Jak na wypad weekendowy dla dwóch par idealny👌🙂

• Susanne (9/5): Wird sicher mal schön wenn die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind - Lage, Größe Baustelle, unkomfortables Treppenhaus, sehr schwer zu erkennendes Zahlenscjloss am Schlüsseltresor
• Lessard (6/5): - Fonctionnel -Pas d’entrée indépendante dans la seconde chambre, il faut passer dans la chambre 1 pour entrer dans la chambre 2. Pas top pour l’intimité. -un seul oreiller et une couette une place dans un lit deux places - brosse WC sale à notre arrivée - demande de facture: délai de réponse de l’hôte de plus de 7 jours après le séjour, besoin de le relancer 5 fois.
• Mirela (1/5): - Very disappointing stay. The heating didn’t work in September and we were freezing inside. The building is under construction, the stairs are a total mess and full of dust. The apartment has 2 rooms but you only get 1 key. On the last day we locked ourselves out and instead of helping, the owner sent someone who asked €120 just to open the door. Definitely not worth it.
• Claudia (7/5): Es war für 3 Tage okay. - Die Dusche sehr klein und nicht so schön. Fernseher war vorhanden jedoch ging nur Youtube, Netflix oder Amazonprime kein normales Fernsehen möglich. Stiegenhaus sehr unheimlich!

The location is good because it is close to the train station and has supermarkets just on the side. Kitchen material is good. Entering to the appartment is a bit scary because It's a on old building with ongoing contruction works around. The location is efficient, but not very pleasing to the view. Cleaning could be improved a little bit.
