• Pauline (10/5): très bel appartement, très confortable et bien placé (à proximité du métro A arrêt Manzoni) - l'emplacement, la terrasse, le confort (literie extra, salon agréable et terrasse magnifique) le seul petit défaut serait sur l'équipement pour cuisiner: pas d'économe, de couteau coupant ou de râpe à légume.

• Joachim (5/5): Rom wie immer den Besuch wert.Trotz der schönen Terrasse einfach zu teuer für das Gebotene! - Grosse Wohnung mit geräumigen Zimmern, gute Betten. Herausragend ist die Terrasse, die sowohl Sonnen-als auch Schatten bietet. Ruhig und im Grünen! Geschirrspüler kaputt, also Handwäsche. Verstopfter Abfluss der Dusche, also in den letzten Tagen keine Dusche wegen Überschwemmung. Wohnungstür nur mit Gewalt und Krach zu bedienen. Nach Besuch eines Handwerkers war die Tür nicht einmal mehr zu verriegeln oder abschliessbar. Kaputte Glühbirnen wurden wenigstens ersetzt. Der Besitzer entschuldigte sich mit Prosecco und Crostata, was angesichts der hohen Miete wenig versöhnte.

• Guest (9/5): I’d stay again because of being comfortable & friendly owner. - Clean and nicely set up. Very comfortable. Could stay longer if needed. The owner was accessible for assistance since we had never been to Rome before. There was a handy book to help with getting around & had lots of local information, which we used. Could have used more towels. 1 large & 1 hand towel per adult was a little difficult since towels didn’t air dry overnight.
