• Tania (2/5): - La ubicación No fue claro desde el inicio que la habitación no tenía baño dentro del mismo espacio, son afuera de la habitación, y la habitación es demasiado pequeña. Se escuchan todos los ruidos de todo lado. No había agua caliente en la ducha.

• Maria Camila (8/5): Hospedaje Colonial agradable - La casa es colonial y bella, bien decorada por dentro; la ubicación del lugar es muy buena y el personal es amable. Brindaron buenas soluciones, buena comunicación y comodidad. Me hubiera gustado que estuvieran más al pendiente para ver qué implementos faltaban o se necesitaban al momento de quedarse varios días, por ejemplo otras sábanas limpias o abastecer el papel del baño.

• Karen (1/5): Estancia muy incómoda y atención deficiente. No lo recomiendo. - La habitación tenía demasiada humedad; la cama se sentía mojada y hacía mucho frío, ya que no entra el sol. La ducha no tiene agua caliente ni presión suficiente, y el espacio es mucho más pequeño de lo que muestran en la única foto disponible. Lo más frustrante fue el servicio al cliente: tienen varias líneas telefónicas pero no responden en ninguna, y el personal no tiene información clara sobre las habitaciones. Me dieron tres números diferentes y, al llegar, ninguna correspondía. Tampoco sabían con qué contaba cada habitación ni cómo estaban distribuidas. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, como si estuvieras durmiendo al lado de otras personas. Se oyen ronquidos, el televisor, conversaciones e incluso cuando usan el baño. El piso es de madera y cruje tanto que cualquier movimiento hace ruido En resumen, todo fue incómodo y mal gestionado. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.
• Monica (6/5): No cumplió con las expectativas - La ubicación es excelente y la persona de limpieza fue muy amable y colaboradora. Eramos dos personas, sin embargo nos dieron la habitación 5 que solo es apta para una persona. Esta es la habitación más pequeña de todo el lugar, tiene humedad y no brinda los servicios adicionales como tetera, cafetera ni nevera que las otras si tienen. Cuando pedimos un cambio de habitación nos dijeron que tendríamos que pagar más por otra habitación.

• Grant (9/5): Superb - Great location, near by some great restaurants and only 30min walk to the centro where you can find museums, shopping, restaurants.. The bed it’s very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t clean the rooms even if you stay a week ( only if you pay they do ) but for the price you pay it’s definitely worth it .
• Amit (1/5): Bad - I do not like all the problems that it has caused me. First no one responded then when I got a response I could not pay with cash. Now I am being made to do surveys. I want this to be over and do not want anymore notification about this reservation I was not able to keep. I did not know this would come with so many problems.
