• Tom (8/5): Still great, but less appropriate for a long stay in winter - We stayed in this apartment for 9 days. This was our third time here, primarily because of the excellent location in a charming neighborhood. We had a clean, comfortable apartment on the ground floor, like on previous times. We appreciated the access to a washing machine and dryer. After having stayed in other lovely places nearby, we found this particular stay somewhat less appealing than before. When we arrived, it was clear that the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. This was a mistake and after a call we got access to the other apartment for one night. In the last two days, we ran out of shampoo and shower gel and were disappointed that no replacements were provided. The apartment also had mosquitoes, and nothing was provided to deter them. Additionally, this was the first time we stayed in winter, which made us notice that there was no extra blanket for the cooler nights. While the location remains great and familiar, these missing amenities impacted our overall comfort this time around.
• SOFIA (10/5): Άνεση και καλαισθησία συνδυασμένα άψογα - Υπέροχο κατάλυμα. Καλαίσθητο . Μεγάλοι χώροι . Ευκολία με το check in λόγω της ύπαρξης lock box. Υπήρχαν αναλυτικές οδηγίες από πριν για όλα. Όλα ήταν σούπερ. Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά .
• Salvatore (9/5): Ottima soluzione per la famiglia - Thanos ci ha dato subito il benvenuto, abbiamo avuto modo di entrare rapidamete in casa e di poterci accomodare subito. La posizione è ideale per gli spostamenti in tutte le direzioni. Gli appartamentoi sono arredati con gusto, confortevoli e thanos è stato pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Ottima soluzione per passare un bel soggiorno ad Atene. Magari metterei qualche posata in più degli strofinacci o delle tovagliette da colazione ed una tovaglia per il tavolo.

• Płaszewska-Opalińska (6/5): Lokal polecam ale nie lokalizację chyba, że ktoś woli spokojniejsze okolice oddalone od zabytków - Obiekt czysty, zgodny z opisem. Niestety lokalizacja nie była trafiona. Dzielnica mieszkalna, bardzo spokojna, mało kafejek i restauracji w okolicy. Niestety, jak dla mnie daleko od wszelkich innych atrakcji. Do metra także trzeba było dojść ok 15 minut - teren pagórkowaty więc wracało się dość ciężko. Pomimo, że obiekt oceniam bardzo dobrze, to z uwagi na lokalizację nie wybrałabym go drugi raz. Problem jest z późniejszym wymeldowaniem, pomimo dostępności lokalu za 4 godziny dodatkowe musiałybyśmy zapłacić 30 euro. Trzeba zatem szukać miejsca na pozostawienie walizek.

• Daria (10/5): - La stanza è accogliente e piuttosto ampia. Pulita ed efficiente ogni spazio, anche la cucina. La posizione ottima sia per i collegamenti che per la quiete del quartiere ben servito. Un ottimo bar panetteria è vicino alla casa, si chiama Bread e qualcosa, non ricordo bene, per fare colazione e non solo. Se tornerò ad Atene, tornerò a prenotare questo appartamento.

The attention to detail in both the apartment and the overall service truly reflects the high standards Modita holds. A very special thank you to Thanos, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our entire stay. He was always available, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His support made our vacation even more enjoyable and stress-free. • Ioannis (8/5): Very good - Spacious, comfortable, good location, excellent host. Recently renovated meant it had a very good bathroom and a functional kitchen. I would go back easily. Being a ground floor apt (sort of), security is important. I guess some improvements could be made to the door if anything - then again it would mess with the front appearance of the place.

• Georgios (10/5): I will book again the property for my next stay in Athens. - The location is top for leisure and business trips. It's close to the historical center and only 7 minutes from Evangelismos Metro (Line to the airport). The service was perfect, and the apartment is easy to reach. Clean and spacious. They also have a perfect laundry service for the case you travel for longer periods. There is a super market, barber shop, pharmacy etc very close. The neighborhood is central and crowded. So, if you have a car you need time to find a parking place. But actually, you don't need a car (never in the city center in Athens).

• Brenda (8/5): Overall the stay was perfect. - Apartment was perfect, good location, fresh and new . Please fix the stove burners. As I’m elderly and travelling alone I had hoped to make my evening meal and not have to go out in the evening. This was not possible and inconvenient .
• Olga (9/5): Superb - It's a very good location, most sites and museums, as well as shopping, are either reachable by foot or are a couple of subway stops away. There are at least two grocery stores and several cafes nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff are very accommodating and will allow a late check out. It is on the ground floor, however, therefore you can't really open the curtains. If visitors want to cook, I did not see any pots or pans.
• Neve (10/5): Perfect - I stayed here for 9 days and absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect location, has everything you need, is cosy and clean. It’s easy to get everywhere, amazing coffee shop a few mins walk (Roasters), the place is cost but spacious, clean, has everything you need for a stay. It felt like I was at home here :) The location is very safe! Host is really communicative via WhatsApp. Would stay again without a doubt !! Nothing - loved everything
• Tzouli (9/5): Superb - new apartment very clean and comfortable with a nespresso coffee machine the entrance and kitchen area has no privacy curtains and can feel a little uncomfortable as people and or cleaning staff walk past from other apartments to access the laundry and can see inside . would suggest a curtain to be placed on kitchen windows/door for privacy.

• Julia (9/5): Great value, great location! - Super cute neighborhood! Obviously not right in the center of the tourist area but that’s what we wanted. Especially after walking around more of the city, this was our favorite spot. The AC worked perfectly, shower super large , and plenty of space for a longer stay. The gate door is broken, so the handle kept falling off and we at one point had to jump the gate, but assuming this will get repaired! The bed isn’t the comfiest if you’re sensitive about that.
• Tom (9/5): Very nice studio for a stay in Athens ! - Definitely one of the nicest places to stay in this area of Athens. It is spacious, very modern and well-equipped, with a big comfortable bed, in a very nice looking neo-classical building. The studio we got has no place to sit outside, which is a pity.
• Najah (9/5): Great stay in a lovely penthouse - The penthouse apartment was so nice and well decorated. It has a huge terrace as well. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in Athens which is quite a rare find. There are 2 lovely cafes (Breadman & Vajohn's cafe juice bar) 2 min walk away that serve great coffee, fresh juice and breakfast. The owner is friendly as well if you have any questions. Some kitchen surfaces weren't cleaned too well which wasn't a big issue for me. I reported it to the owner after my stay and she immediately got back to me about it and said she could have sent a cleaner if I reported it during my stay. As I said it was minor and I didn't need to use the kitchen anyway.

Apartment was not clean, very dirty fridge, kitchen looked like it wasn't cleaned for a while, floor looked like it wasn't vacuumed (hair and dust), bathroom also needs thorough cleaning! We appreciated recommended places where to eat. All places we tried were perfect (definitely go to Mavro Provato in case you are staying in this location). If you arrive for marathon this acommodation is quite close to morning bus.

• Tien (10/5): Great experience, great location - We came for a business trip and stayed for 6 nights. The apartment is located in tranquil area with plenty of good amenities. The host provide useful information for the surroundings in the first place. We communicated through WhatsApp and he was very helpful and kind. We found the commodities were not quite the same among different units in the apartment. Most of them could be found in the laundry room but some can not. For instances, we didn't get salt and olive oil in Unit2 on the ground floor. I'm not quite sure the difference comes from unit types or not. However, the apartment is cozy and comfortable.

We got a spacious studio, very modern and well-equipped, with a big comfortable bed, in a very nice looking neo-classical building. We were on the ground floor, and the lack of a balcony or nice place to sit outside was a bit unfortunate. And picking up the keys from a keybox is a bit impersonal, although it all went fine.

• Marina (10/5): Simply Excellent in every aspect! - We stayed at the Modita Penthouse and the apartment exceed the the expectation! It is very bright, spacious and clean. The location is great, just 20 minutes walking distance from the center, with all necessary amenities within a 400m ratio. Happy to say that we have found our new favorite place to stay at in Athens!

• Itay (9/5): Amazing apartment - The apartment is new and beautifuly designed. You have all the needed facilities. We contacted the service through WHATSAPP and they very kind and helpfull. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, with a variety of stores around. 10 mins walk from metro station and 25 mins Walk from center. The only disadvantage was the sun light in the apartment. From sunrise to sunset the bedroom is flooded with light. For us it was a bit of a problem considering the early sunrise and late sunset.
• Coral (10/5): 10/10, super recommended!!!!! - Absolutely stunning apartment! Everything is brand new and stylishly designed and decorated. Super clean. Bed really comfortable. The host is very attentive, helpful and responsive. Our stay was absolutely perfect! 2 little things: The pillows could be a bit chubbier :) And the way to the apartment on foot was a bit tiring (a lot of ups and downs). On foot it's fine, but with a suitcase it's a bit more challenging.

• Ehud (10/5): Exceptional - I recently had the pleasure of staying at the MODITA Airbnb in Athens with my family, and we were all blown away by the quality and comfort of the apartments. Everything was brand new and impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident throughout each unit. My family overall took three different apartments, and each one is nicer than the last. The location was fantastic - just a 20-minute walk from the city center but far enough away to be in a quiet and safe neighborhood - We felt completely comfortable wandering around the area at night and enjoying the excellent restaurant and nightlife. Dimi, the host, was an absolute delight - friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions or offer suggestions. He made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience at MODITA. The combination of brand-new, stylish apartments and Dimi's wonderful hospitality made for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic place to stay in the city that also has great value for money, and we will definitely be returning there on future trips to Athens.
