• Zhixiang (7/5): A good stay, but improvment is needed - The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle service was a plus. I had issues with mosquitoes. The vaporizer provided by the staff was rather inefficient. I didn't sleep well for this reason. It would be better if mosquito nets were provided.

• Mohd Anwar (8/5): Overall stay at the property was good and I would return. However as feedback, I recon few things to improve as highligh - Staff being courteous and friendly. They provided airport pick-up and Drop-off and was a seamless experience. Location is close to Uttara and airport (10min). So convenient for those traveling and looking to stay at a good locality. Of course it’s away from the main city areas like Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, etc. Fridge wasn’t working in the room, there wasn’t any bottled water although there were bottle wrappers in the room (maybe it wasn’t replenished by house keeping). One bath towel was used and left behind the washroom door. Again, not much to complain but thought it’s worth highlighting. The front desk staff missed to advice that I had breakfast included in my stay (not a big deal but would expect it as a standard advice to customers having breakfast as part of their package)

I must say even with that unfortunate situation they were very helpful and changed the room
• Samiur (8/5): Fairly an average service booking - The hotel was located in a very ideal area which was near to the main airport in Dhaka. The staff were very helpful and friendly and arranged all services with ease and efficiently. Mosquitos were found in the room and the ‘English breakfast’ which was included in our stay, wasn’t an English breakfast. It was traditional Bangladesh food such as paratha, dhall and curry items. I have to score the breakfast as a zero due to this. The advertisement for room and breakfast was misleading and inaccurate.

• Farjana (7/5): Staffs are nice and professional. - Breakfast was culturally appropriate and presentable. Had dinner also and invite my family to dinner with me and it was lovely. The dining staffs to reception staffs everyone helpfull. Hasan the front desk person was helpful when my family member worried that did my flight arrived or did they able to receive me or not. Hasan was the good staff indeed. After 18th Sep for one night experience with good service, I rebooked again to use on 7th Oct during my departure time from BD. I was satisfied both times at hotel and internal service. However the day I left BD on early night 8th Oct I have used hotel taxi srrvice to drop off me at airport. It was not nice service at all. I didn’t feel safe. I am as a international traveler being femal with child how I received service my 1st day ariport service pick up that's not the way I received service on 8th during drop off. I felt driver just rush to leave and the car condirion was not good. Being my self and my child with full of over crowded place was not feeling safe. I will not trust the drop off service. One of the main reson I have chosen this hotel one near airport and require drop off -pick up service reliable. When people like me not used to BD type over crowded situation and being female not feel safe surrounded by unknown people that is one of my main reason to choose. I am not sure if i can trust the drop off service for 2nd time. Other than that hotel was overall nice.

• James (8/5): A good base for our trip, located near to the airport. - A decent hotel located fairly close to the airport and the (airport) railway station. The hotel was a great base for our trip, and staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent English. We were well served by Ekramul Haque and Ezaz Dewan who were kindly able to store our bags on our final day, and also allow us to use a room to shower before our flight home. We tried the restaurant for dinner one night and the food was very good. Note that there is a switch for the hot water! We both enjoyed cold showers on our first night before finding out that we had to press the switch- after this it was all good! Maybe a sign would help.

And very noisy upstairs at12am ，The airport pick up is about to zero， they said they will wait you at arrival area，can you find them among hundreds of thousands people？ Sending to airport is chargable，so there is no oneway free transport.

• Kristien (8/5): Great location and comfy stay - Great location on walking distance from the airport (the hotel offers a pick-up service which I didn't use). Spacious, clean room with very comfy bed. Good amd spacious bathroom with free toiletries. Towels were not provided and toilet paper was on rather low supply but both were remedied after a call to reception (allbeit after a short wait). Breakfast was good with both continental and bengali options in buffet format. Mr. Ikramon made sure I felt very welcome! It'd have been nice if towels had been provided from the start, as I was rather desperate for a shower after long travel. The water didn't get above lukewarm even with the switch on, though as I didn't bother to call reception on that one I don't know if it might have been easily remedied.

Гостиница пообещала скидки (бесплатный ранний заезд, бесплатный трансфер и 10%скидку за еду) по факту мне пришлось об этом напомнить, иначе чек был бы увеличен. Дальше: постельное белье в номере оказалось несвежим. Кровать была заправлена, но до меня в нем явно кто-то спал. Попросила заменить. Во время замены наволочек и простыней я увидела состояние подушек и одеяла. На них были грязновато-жёлтые пятна, их явно никогда не стирали. Полотенца были чистые, но грязно-серого цвета. В этой гостинице не умеют правильно стирать белье. Дальше: выспаться ночью я не смогла: в коридоре были странные звуки, похожие на стук. Или хлопали дверью или лифт так работает. Звукоизоляции и стеклопакетов в гостинице нет, поэтому я слышала и разговоры в коридоре, и гудки транспорта на дороге, и прочие звуки. Это мешало уснуть. Дальше: в номере нет никакого отопления, я чувствовала себя неуютно. Заключение: гостиница сильно не дотягивает до статуса 4 звезд.

I felt disturbed and i opened the door i found that a person came for giving food complementary. why they didnt kept before check in? Also bedsheet were dirty and there was blood spot.
