• kristina (10/5): The host allowed us to check in early which we greatly appreciated, especially during Semana Santa. They were very kind, - Very central location to landmarks, restaurants & shopping. Spacious apartment with everything you need. We took advantage of the washing machine in the apartment and the clothesline on the rooftop to dry clothes fast. Also enjoyed the nice private patio on the roof with views of the top of the cathedral. It could be a bit more updated. The electrical outlet behind the futon seemed a bit unsafe and there was a box in the corner that had wires coming out. We noticed it more because the futon was used as a bed for my young son and when laid flat, is obvious.

• Isaac (7/5): Can’t beat the convenience of the location - Great location Check in instructions were provided after arrival to the property. If internet wasn’t available, we would have been stranded. Washing machine and various parts of the unit could have been cleaner. Host was over-attentive and we felt bombarded with information.

The host was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and points of interest in the area. Directions were impeccable and easy to understand. We will be back! • Nóra (9/5): Egy tágas apartman egy fantasztikus helyen - Elképesztően jó helyen van, aminek köszönhetően könnyedén felfedezhettük a számunkra legérdekesebb látnivalókat és érezhettük a város finom hangulatát is. Ha lehetőségünk lesz visszatérni, szívesen szállnánk meg újra itt. Az apartman számunkra teljesen rendben volt, előzetes kérésünkre elpakolták a tv-t és az üveg étkező asztalt is biztonságosabban helyezték el. Volt lift, így a csomagok cipelése nem okozott gondot. A tetőtéri teraszt mi nem vettük igénybe, de egy fiatalos társaságnak ez is menő lehet. A szállásra a bejutás és a távozás is rugalmas volt, ez nekünk nagy könnyebbség volt. A szállásadó ellátott minket bár, étterem stb javaslatokkal.

• Kelly (8/5): Great location but you're being watched - This apartment was in an amazing location. We ended up parking in Avenida de Roma and it was very convenient to leave our luggage in the car before the room was ready and after we checked out. The managers were very communicative and gave great suggestions for things to do during our stay. It was very clean. There was a fridge and washing machine. The bed was comfortable. There were cameras inside the apartment!!! They were in the main area (not the bedroom or bathroom), but we did not realize right away and still felt like our privacy had been invaded. Also, every time my husband tried to cool the apartment, he said "big brother" disconnected the thermostat and it would shut off so it stayed pretty warm for sleeping. Would have loved it if these two things were not issues. (Also, be aware that it's a 10 am check-out - fairly early.)

• Colin (10/5): Fabulous apartment in the centre of town with a lift and roof terrace. - The apartment is very well kitted out - the host clearly knows what he is doing and is keen to make sure everything is perfect. Everything you could want was there. It is very central to the city and is in an old street. Once through the front door there is a pretty courtyard with some plants. There is a lift or stairs to the apartment. The air conditioning was very good. There is also a private roof terrace so you could either sunbathe (there are two sun loungers) or sit at a table. It is all dog friendly. I parked our car 5 minutes away in an underground car park which was easy. Nothing - it was all good.
• Mei (10/5): Definitely recommend. - The communication with the host was excellent, and the host provided lots of useful information. The apartment was bright, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It was in a quiet area despite being centrally located, making it easy to get to tourist spots. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby. Although it’s in the city center, there was no noise at all. The air conditioning was cold enough, and the place was very quiet, allowing for a good sleep.

• Jane (10/5): City centre apartment with all that you could need! - We used this as a base for 5 nights at the start of April. From the start, the owner was excellent at communicating, gave very clear instructions via what’s app on how to find and enter the building, and sent us useful information at the start of our stay in regards to local amenities. The apartment was ideal for a couple, but had 2 sofa beds in the lounge area too so would work for a larger group. The best part about the apartment for us was the beautiful roof terrace. Whilst we were there it was having a cosmetic upgrade, and now looks even better than when we arrived. It is a private space used only by the apartment occupiers, accessed by an external staircase, including 2 sun loungers, astroturf flooring, a table & 4 comfortable chairs with parasol, and a new viewing platform with 2 more chairs which has a view of the cathedral. It also has an outdoor shower which we used to cool ourselves down with on the warmer days. This space meant that we could sight see during the cooler periods of the day, relax at the apartment in the sunshine and be in the centre of the city at all times. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location was central, the apartment was spacious and quiet, very clean and comfortable. But the best part were the hosts who greeted us wine and tasty Ines Rosales tortas Nothing. It's perfect.

There is a private terrace that is perfect for having a lunch or just for resting during the afternoon/night. It is located in a fantastic place, behind the cathedral and it’s right in the historic centre. The host was amazing, kind and polite. I would suggest to everyone this accomodation. I will come back for sure!!! Maybe it could be an idea to offer the possibility to leave the luggage also after the check-out somewhere, without paying extra money for a luggage lock.

The location was excellent - near the cathedral on a very quiet street - best thing about the apartment. The manager responded quickly when we thought the washing machine was broken which was appreciated. It was a big space and the living room furnishings were in good condition as was the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was clean. EDIT 2 - the 180 Euro damage fee disappeared after we filed a formal complaint with photos with Booking.com. If you read the owner’s response you’ll see he never addresses the most serious problems - broken door, unusable terrace we paid for, uncomfortable beds. Instead he comes up with a few minor problems and uses AGEISM to blame us for being unhappy. We are not unsavy tech users by any means and the problems with the flat we noted were not related to technology issues. They’re problems anyone of any age might have had. EDIT 1. A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER THIS REVIEW WAS POSTED WE WERE NOTIFIED BY BOOKING.COM THAT THE OWNERS CLAIM WE DID 180 EUROS WORTH OF DAMAGE TO THE FLAT. SINCE WE LEFT MORE THAN SIX DAYS AGO THE TIMING OF THIS DAMAGE CLAIM IS CLEARY TIED TO THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW WHICH HAS MY NAME ATTACHED TO IT. WE HAVE TIME STAMPED PHOTOS OF THE FLAT AS WE LEFT IT. WE WILL WIRK THROUGH THIS, BUT ARE THESE FOLKS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH? WILL EDIT LATER WITH OUTCOME. The apartment was clean and kitchen well furnished but general maintenance and thoughtfulness were lacking in many small and larger ways. The inside door lock handle was missing (!) and the building manager only fixed it after we asked him too. Getting back into the flat always felt like a crapshoot. The private rooftop terrace that comes with the flat was such a mess that the manager locked it after showing it to us. So that’s not really part of what you’re paying for! Folks with ENVIRONMENTAL SENSITIVITIES BEWARE - After he left we both started to get headaches from a powerful chemical floral oder throughout the apartment, not a problem we typically have. We found 3 individual, 3 column oil diffusers plugged into various socket that we dismantled. It took over a day for the smell to dissipate. The mattress and bedding were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The towels were threadbare. For us the flat was just not relaxing or enjoyable to be in.

• Imelda (10/5): Wonderful apartment in the perfect location. - A superb , spotless very well equipped apartment in a perfect location with the added bonus of being particularly quiet with no intrusion of outside noise even though in a busy area. Our host was so friendly and courteous in accommodating the early drop off of our luggage and also storing it on our last day, as we had a late flight. He also gave us great advice and recommendations and communication was excellent. The gifts when we arrived were a thoughtful gesture too. Overall a really memorable stay in beautiful, vibrant Seville. Thank you . Nothing as everything was perfect .

Very well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron, air con, etc. spotlessly clean. Bed was too hard for me but I was comfortable on the divan couch.

Spacious enough for two people although provision for extra guests on sofa bed. Very close to main attractions, cafes, restaurants and shops.
