Guest Reviews
- Cody (10/5): Well worth it and brilliant communication with Jesi❤️ - Very clean and exactly what we needed! The price was very cheap for the level of luxury we had! Only one key which did affect us if people were going out and some went home early but the villa had a buzzer to get back in so not too much of an issue.

- derick (7/5): Great value property and spotless - Just near faro shops and bars ,taxis not easy into the main town but buses good Didn’t use outside patio as we stayed just one night but did notice bbq was dirty
- Filip (8/5): - Het is redelijk ver van de zee. Voor op de dijk te gaan eten moet je met auto of openbaar vervoer (wat wel goed geregeld is!)
- Nora (7/5): Haus in Montaña Roja - Sehr schönes sauber Haus, schöne Lage zum Leuchtturm v Pechguera u zum Montaña Roja. Supermarkt u verschiedene Restaurants um die Ecke. Sehr gutes Bett u Dusche prima.

- Isolde- (9/5): Nice stay in house in a residential area. - Nice, spacious and clean house. Lots of facilities.
- Ilenia (10/5): Great stay - A very big apartment with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay
- raffaella (9/5): Ottimo posto per qualità prezzo - Bellissima casa, grande e comoda.
Jesi e’ molto gentile e disponibile e ti aiuta in tutto ciò che chiedi
Zona ottima e prezzo idem Mi e’ piaciuto tutto.
L’unica cosa che forse potrebbe essere migliorata e’ la cucina, con qualche pentola in più ma secondo me se chiedevo me l’avrebbe data.
- Alena (10/5): -
- Juan Carlos (5/5): Tranquila. - El silencio; al estar ubicada en una zona tranquila. La ubicación. Está lejos del centro del pueblo de Playa Blanca
- Lindsey (4/5): Needs attention - Allowed to check in at 2.45 The temperatures in August are hot no aircon, no ceiling fans just 1 floor fan for the entire house it was extremely uncomfortable especially at night to sleep in the heat. There are loads of cats around so smells of cat pee. Very basic, no cushions for outdoor furniture, 3 pegs on the washing line, no welcome pack WiFi details taxi etc. WiFi doesn't reach upstairs. Photos shows a bath but only shower there. Bed in main room too small for 2 people. The door in the bedroom sticks and wakes the street when trying to use the bathroom in the night. Most of this is in other reviews but nothing done to improve.

- Emir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandie (5/5): Disappointing. Property needs some basic improvements. - What’s App contact with clear directions and access arrangements.
South facing terrace - sun all day.
Comfortable double bed.
Good shower. Property very clean. Free parking on street. Wi-fi ok. Small no. of local shops/restaurants just 2 mins walk.
Jessica very responsive to a couple of issues which needed attending to urgently.
We didn’t complain about everything concerning us as the majority are issues which need some money spent in the longer term. No outdoor recliners.
Paint peeling from bottom of walks - property felt damp. Outdoor chair cushions dirty and covered in cat hair. Venetian blinds rusted and stuck in position. Window shutters upstairs difficult to open so rooms very dark during the day. Very limited basics supplied (1 bin bag, no spare loo rolls). Outdoor clothes rack broken (only 4 pegs). Bedroom doors need sanded, jam and therefore make a noise when up during the night to the loo. One of the indoor dining chairs broken. Kettle leaking. Inadequate sound proofing - next door apt also hol lets (2 sets of noisy neighbours during our stay, you can hear the loo flushing next door and people going up and down the stairs). Lots of cats enjoying rear terrace and wandering about front of the property - very keen to come indoors so you need to be sure to close the door quickly.
- Suhaila (8/5): Good value for money perfect for a short stay - The stay at the villa was great value for money and good for a 2 day stay. Host were helpful and easily accessible. Beds were comfy. The doors need fixing some of the doors didn’t close properly and I got locked in the bathroom which was abit annoying! But the host was helpful and sent maintenance within an hour.
- Alexandra (10/5): Beautiful, clean and spacious - The Villa was in such a sparkling clean condition, I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more; but on top of the cleanliness, we had everything we needed in the kitchen (pans, pots, toasters, kettle, cookware etc), plenty of space for our luggage, fast internet, beds were clean and comfortable, it was absolutely perfect. The garden is the perfect breakfast and dinner spot if you want to eat in. I literally have no complaints at all. We weren’t bothered at all by any neighbours or noise. It’s such a safe and quiet neighbourhood. At the corner of the street you have bars, cafes, an open till late shop and a supermarket that has everything you need and has really good prices. I would recommend this Villa to anyone. Honestly now when I am looking at the reviews I find some of them ridiculous, like people complaining about not having enough toilet paper (the host left plenty and there is also a bidet), or complaining about the neighbours existing in their own home. Especially for such a cheap price, it was beyond our expectations. The host was lovely and went above and beyond by translating directions (spanish to English) so it’s easier for us to understand and find the villa with no problems. We had an amazing experience and will definitely come back. No complaints
- Lisa (8/5): Lovely place - Lovely apartment not far from the beaches near by. I would advise you rent a car if you don't want to get the local bus. Lovely back garden no one is over looking you. Good kitchen facilities but no oven so you can only fry and boil food so you will be able to make minimum meals. Next door neighbour would very loudly play their music early in the morning which was not relaxing at all if your there for holiday.
When I got to the apartment hardly any hand soap to use for the week I was there. I just ended up using my body wash as hand soap.
- Joanne (7/5): Good - Poor communication from host
- Susan (9/5): Great place to stay and good value for money - Exceptionally clean. Garden a bit sparse. Sun loungers would have been nice.
- Yordanova (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ellie (5/5): Passable - Lovely and clean, good spacious area. Great proximity to a few restaurants and supermarkets Not deal breakers but some finishing touches could take this property from good to great. We had to request check in details and communication was slow / lacking from the property manager. The shower nozzle sprays water everywhere and a few more basic amenities I.e. more than a roll of toilet paper and body soap would be helpful for shorter 2 night stays like ours.
- Ray (10/5): Exceptional -
- L (8/5): Excellent value accommodation. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. - Very clean and well maintained villa at a really good price!
This is a pretty spacious villa for two adults or more than adequate for two adults with two children.
The villa has great WIFI downstairs with speed over 250mbps but can struggle a little to reach the upstairs bedrooms due to the solid stone floors but it is still ok.
The villa has plenty of useful appliances including, kettle, toaster, microwave, hand held food mixer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine and fridge with small freezer. There is an excellent flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc (own accounts required).
Powerful shower!
Very dark bedroom at night. The location shown on Booking.com is quite misleading being almost 400m away from where the villa actually is. The front door to the villa is easily found using the app "What3Words".
The What3Word address for Villa Sevilla is: ///elsewhere.whiten.flexibility
It would have been good to have a couple of sun loungers for the terrace. There were 4 chairs and a table but nothing other than a couple of thin mats to lie on.
The small garden looked a little uncared for.
NONE OF THE FOLLOWING ARE DISLIKES! It is just for information...
It is in a residential area so don't expect stunning views but you can just about see the sea if you lean out the upstairs window and there is no swimming pool but this is all reflected in the price.
If you hire a car, parking can be busy in the evenings but the furthest we had to park was only 150m from the Villa.
Be mindful of the door to the terrace/garden. This can easily blow shut and lock you out!!
- Lynne (9/5): Superb - Stunning property, Owner very helpful area all amenities, bus route easy to work out. Very difficult to find, the address does not reflect the property ,key code not correct from booking.com
- Harvey (10/5): Exceptional - The place is huge. Lots of space. It's also very quiet as the bedrooms have no adjoining walls to neighbours. It was spotlessly clean and had most of the amenities you needed. It's also very close to a very good selection of supermarkets and reataurants. There is also a regular bus service every half hour. Probably one of the best I've ever stayed in. Only some small trivia. A coffee maker and a mop! Nothing more.
- David (7/5): Clean, modern villa, well located.....however I wouldn’t recommend it if you value your privacy - Clean, modern villa, well located with most of the things you require Lack of privacy, as utility room attached to villa was used as a general cleaning/ cleaners workstation for many properties nearby. Utility room looked into the villa ‘s kitchen / lounge, so able to see cleaners and visa versa. A crazy and off-putting experience.
No mosquito screens or air conditioner, so windows had to be shut in the evenings to keep out mosquitoes
No welcome pack on arrival, not even a bottle of water. No information re local facilities/ restaurants etc/ no books or magazines etc . Very austere environment.
Everything consumable paired back to the minimum. Ie 1 toilet roll, 1 dishcloth, 1 tea towel, no spare bed linen, 1 bin bag etc
- Sharon (9/5): We had a wonderful mini break at Villa Sevilla and would definitely recommend it - This is a lovely, newly renovated house with everything we needed. The house is situated in a quiet residential area with a lovely view of the sea from our bedroom window. The bed was comfortable and I was grateful to have a hairdryer. There are several restaurants and a couple of supermarkets one minute away. The Casual fish restaurant was really exceptional It’s a fair way from the centre of Playa Blanca, but we had a car and there is a bus stop very close by
