• Sergei (10/5): It’s totally worth every lari - Amazing place. Great Old Town location in just 7 minutes of walking from metro station. Cozy balconies, panoramic rooftop view on sunsets (you can really see a lot), free bottle of wine, great host who was always responsive and kind. Stable wi-fi connection. There are some tables on the basement floor, so you can work there if you need. Clean bathrooms and good pressure of hot and cold water. Not that spacious rooms, but it’s quite OK for 2 people

• TAKURO (2/5): 利用しない方が、いいです。 - チェックイン時に、水とワインをサービスしてくれたこと。 ホテルに14時頃に着いたがフロントに人がいない。 部屋のアメニティは石鹸と歯ブラシのみ。テレビは電源入れても、何も映らない。 部屋には、メモもティッシュもない。セーフティボックスは、部屋にもフロントにもない。ゴミ箱は洗面所のみで部屋にない。 クローゼットから布団を出したら、カバーにシミがついていて非常に汚い。よく、客に出さるものだと思った。 観光して帰ってきても、部屋が掃除されていない。ゴミも捨てられていない。タオル交換もなくは３日目に新しいのを提供してくれただけ。エレベーターが突然止まって、真っ暗になり怖かった。適当にボタンを押したら、すぐに動きだ最多けど危ないと思った。 シャワー浴びて寝るだけの部屋。快適さは皆無、部屋の掃除、ゴミ捨て、アメニティ交換なし。
• Nataliya (10/5): Впечатлила терраса на крыше с великолепным обозрением на город. Номер уютный и чистый. - Шикарное местоположение. В нескольких минутах от центра и Стеклянного моста. Очень радушный и гостеприимный хозяин. Встретил в аэропорту лично, с букетом роз (что было приятной неожиданностью). При заселении в подарок - домашнее вино (очень вкусное, спасибо, Лука :) ). Тихое место, отлично, чтобы выспаться. Купить кофейную машинку, хотя бы капсельную. Поставить внизу, можно брать дополнительную плату. Растворимый кофе в номере - не лучший вариант.

• OLGA TIT (7/5): A warm and memorable stay with breathtaking views of Tbilisi - The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine. The rooftop veranda has the most amazing view over the city . We truly felt looked after—highly recommend!

Чувствовалось, что он действительно заботится о своих гостях: если нам что-то было нужно, он сразу же это предоставлял. Номера чистые, уютные и в отличном состоянии, чувствовали себя комфортно на протяжении всего отдыха. Атмосфера в отеле очень теплая и дружелюбная, благодаря чему поездка стала еще приятнее. Если снова будем в Тбилиси, обязательно остановимся здесь еще раз. Рекомендуем от всей души!
• Jana (7/5): Central Tbilisi location and good host. Not recently refurbished and no breakfast option. - Location of hotel is very central in the Tbilisi old city close to shopping / restaurants and major city sights. Host in the hotel was very nice and could speak fluent English, he was available for late night check in. Although rooms were refurbished, it was some times ago. Although room / bathroom was generally clean, especially carpet and shower basin would require more clean-up. We did not have breakfast option - we did not expect it, but hotel had little breakfast room facility - so it could be provided. This was problem as majority of cafes in Tbilisi open at 10 am / 11 am - so we needed to buy breakfast in advance in supermarket evening before.

• Stanislav (10/5): Great host, location, beautiful rooftop - Very friendly owners. On check-in gave a bottle of homemade wine, it was delicious. The hotel has a rooftop with a great view, table and chairs, we were there in the evening and for breakfast. Location is superb - old town. Room had fridge and kettle, A/C, hot shower, all good. Great value for money. 4 of us stayed in a 4 person room, the layout is such that it feels quite crowded, not much room. No surprises though, we stayed just 1 night and it was good. For longer stay of 4 people I'd rather book 2 rooms.

• Meabh (10/5): Ideal for the price - The hotel room was as advertised, and the owner was so hospitable. He picked us up from the airport and kept us supplied with a lot of great wine! Also the terrace had one of the best views in Tbilisi!

Очень удобное местонахождение отеля, прямо в центре старого города, так же есть выход на террасу на крыше с прекрасным видом! Соотношение цены и качества супер! Все, что нужно есть. Мне было грязновато, ковролин пыльноват, однако мы не так много времени были в отеле и поздно приходили, вообще можно было попросить получше пропылесосить, тк уборщица регулярно моет пространства и уточняет, нужно ли что-то сделать, мы просто не стали заморачиваться. А еще порадовало, что кондиционер видно, что регулярно чистится, это очень важно, он был чистый!

Чистые номера, тихая улочка, рабочие кондиционеры, отличная комната для завтрака, великолепная терраса на крыше отеля (вечером шикарный вид на весь Тбилиси). Отдельная благодарность Луке за гостеприимный приём - все вопросы решались мгновенно, советы помогли адаптироваться в городе. Немного расстроила старая сантехника (конкретно в нашем номере, у друзей было всё хорошо) и очень громко работающий холодильник.

• Roberto (9/5): Good cost/ benefit two blocks from the heart of the Old City - Tbileseli Inn has two relevant points: location and service. A few meters from the main Old City throughfare, close to Gudiashvili Square. The team was very attentive and helpful. It is a very simple hotel but delivers an excellent cost-to-benefit ratio. Some of the hotel facilities seem to be in disrepair. The wifi would work for a while and then fail - that happened more than once during my stay. The elevator also went out of service at the end of my stay.

• Berrin (5/5): I liked the city. The hotel’s location was perfect but the room was not comfortable. I ask everyone please be realisti - The location was perfect. The hotel’s location was perfect. However, the room was too small for three adults, and the bathroom was in poor condition. During our two-night stay, we did not receive any housekeeping service to clean the room, which made the stay less comfortable.
• Tommaso (3/5): Old, dirty, no more than 1-star. Great location and host is very nice. - Location is great, right in the historic centre and not far from anything. The owner Luka was very welcoming, kind and always ready to help, and offered us a bottle of home-made wine when we arrived. The roof terrace has awesome views over the city both day and night. The photos on booking.com are misleading and I don't understand how this hotel has a 9+ score on booking.com. It is old, dirty, the furniture is breaking everywhere, mold growing in the shower, broken toilet seat, holes in the bedsheets, which btw do not cover the mattress, stains on all surfaces, it is extremely dated, Perhaps the owner has just taken over from previous management and is trying to make it work, but the photos on booking.com are a far cry from the reality. We spent two nights, but after the first night we were tempted to book a hotel somewhere else. It's a shame because Luka is a great guy and the location of the hotel is perfect, but it it advertised as something it is not.

• Lili (9/5): Superb - Our host, Luka was very attentive, texting information about the place beforehand, when we arrived he helped us with our bags. He even gave us a flyer to a nearby restaurant which offered us a discount there. The place is in the centre, close to the old town. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable, the street is quiet under the balcony. There’s a roof terrace and elevator as well. When we left he gave us a bottle of home made wine. The furniture is a bit outdated, but not uncomfortable.
• Mohammad (9/5): Amazing Host, Perfect location - If you’re looking for a comfortable bed and a refreshing shower, this is the place to stay! Luca, the host, is incredibly hospitable and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, always ready to help with anything you might need. The location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes’ walk puts you right in the heart of the city and close to all the major tourist spots. It’s only a 3-minute stroll to Kote Afkhazi Street, the main street of the old town, where you’ll find tour agencies, car rentals, restaurants, mini markets, pharmacies, money exchange services, and souvenir shops all within easy reach. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! Its value for money - so don't expect any of the luxuries in a star rated hotel. Our room got cleaned and fresh towels provided daily.

It was all fresh and included some unique dishes, like strawberry bread and a potato fritter that was amazing. Luka was very inviting and there was no problem when we wanted to stay an additional day. The location was perfect in Old Town but on a side street so it was quiet. Plus … the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept like a log. We’ve already decided we will stay when we return to Tbilisi in April. Nothing
• Rajitha (10/5): My best stay in Georgia - The staff and the owner was very friendly. The owner opend the door for us at 5 am in the morning with a short notice even, which is highly appreciated. We were given a homemade wine bottle for free. The breakfast was good and the room was spacious and comfortable. There is a lift for those who doesnt like to climb stairs. Good water heating and room heating system in the winter. The location is close to the freedom square so we could plan our tours easily. Overall, my best stay at Georgia. Soundproofing should be improved. The bathroom is little small but managable. Other than that everything is perfect❤

It's a good thing that there is a lift available if your room is in upper floors because some hotels in this area does not have this facility. Price is a little bit high for the family room that I rented.but it could be because of the season. Some of our beds were stiff. The.breakfast have not so much options to choose from. Wifi connectivity should be improved.

• Shanoj (7/5): NEAT, CLEAN, WORTH FOR MONEY. COMFORTABLE FOR 2 PERSON STAY. - THE BUILDING IS LOCATED IN THE VERY CENTRE OF ONE OF THE MAIN AREA. REACHING TO BUILDING MAY FIND LITTLE DIFFICULT. BUT VERY NEAR THERE IS A WALKING STREET AND SOME OTHER ATTRACTIVE STREETS. RENT WAS CHEAP. ROOM WAS FRESH, NEAT CLEAN , BATHROOM HAD WARM HEATER , TOILET HAD HAND SHOWER. LIFT AVAILABLE. ROOM SIZE WAS VERY SMALL FOR US AS WE WERE 3 PEOPLE WITH 5 TROLLEY BAGS. ROOM WAS VERY CONJUSTED FOR US. BATHROOM WAS TINY. TOO SMALL TO ACCOMODATE. BATHING AREA WAS TOO CONJUSTED.

• Cise (10/5): High quality with a reasonable price! - The hotel owners come and stay here and should learn how to hospitilized from Luka. He tried to provide everything, he gave us a bottle of wine and also he gave small gifts which is very nice. Hotel is in a very central area, clean and breakfast is more than enough. They also can provide transfer if you ask. I stayed many places but this place is a way more than its price. İf i go there again, i would definetely stay in Tbiliseli Inn. İt is a safe place for female travellers as well. Everything was nice, thanks their hospitalty again. Wifi was disconnected sometimes but they immediately fixed it and solved the problem.

• Ilaria (10/5): Fantastic hospitality - The staff is the true gem of this hotel. Luca, with his kindness and humour goes out of his way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. At the reception Tamuna is very attentive to your needs, always with a smile on her face. Make sure to enjoy the terrance with the breathtaking view on the city. The hotel is located in a very strategic location, making it easy to visit all the main sights by comfortable walking distance. They even offer transfer to and from the airport. During my time in Tbilisi, this little hotel turned out to be a great place to stay... and also to make new friends!
