La ubicación es magnífica y el apartamento está muy bien en luminosidad equipamiento. No hay nada que no me haya gustado, pero siempre considero oportuno dejar alguna recomendación desde la aportación constructiva y óbviamente subjetiva, y se las he hecho llegar a Iván y Vanessa. ¡Un saludo y gracias!

- Maria (10/5): Apartamento estupendo - El apartamento está genial, amplio limpio y cómodo. A unos minutos del centro y con opción de parquing. El anfitrión ha sido muy detallista, nos ha acompañado al parquing y al apartamento, nos ha dejado unos detalles de bienvenida y nos ha dado muchas indicaciones. Las camas son muy cómodas y al apartamento no le falta de nada. No se puede pedir más ni se puede decir nada negativo, sin duda lo recomiendo
- Rafael (10/5): Inmejorable - Ático muy amplio con todo el equipamiento necesario para que te sientas como en casa. Bien ubicado, con todo tipo de comercios, restaurantes, estación de BUS, taxi... todo a mano. Parking incluido que es una ventaja enorme en cualquier ciudad. Iván es un anfitrión de 10, atento y preocupado porque tu estancia sea lo mejor posible. Te explica todo a la perfección, te da recomendaciones de lo que ver, hacer y dónde comer. Es mi primera vez en Oviedo, tengo intención de volver, no sé cuándo pero sí dónde alojarme. Recomendable 200%

- Andrea (9/5): Fabulous stay and host - Everything. Ivan was the best host and welcomed us in the best way possible, even accommodating our unexpected late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. The is cozy and perfectly located in a very nice building, and the private parking (within walking distance) is a huge plus in Oviedo. Nothing, we had a great stay. Great value for money in peak season (Easter week and Oviedo Cup) and highly recommended
- Tessa (10/5): Best apartment I've rented in a long time - A beautiful, well equipped apartment. It's situated very well, close to everything you'd like (supermarkets, bus station, train station, stores, city centre) and with great private parking facilities. It's seriously the best apartment I've rented in very long time! Also the host is super helpful and accomodating. We ran into one tiny problem during our stay, contacted the host who replied immediately and it was fixed within 5 minutes. All in all, definitely reccomend booking this apartment! -
