• Fabian (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist ganz neu renoviert und in super Zustand. Sehr gut gelegen in der Nähe von Taksim Platz. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist recht eng geschnitten, insbesondere das Bad. Das Bett ist sehr kurz für Menschen mit Körpergröße > 1,75. Für 3 Personen und 6 Nächte haben wir 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier vorgefunden.
• Olga (10/5): Хотели выпить вино, но не было штопора и бокалов. В остальном все безупречно - Квартира очень чистая и уютная. Все соответствует описанию. Удобная постель, чисто белье. Есть вся необходимая посуда. Очень теплая, хорошее отопление. Ванная и кухонная зона очень чистые. Все просто безупречно. Расположение хорошее. Рядом площадь Таксим, улица Истикляль. Транспорт тоже весь рядом: станции метро Таксим и Кабаташ, трамваи, автобусы и паромная станция Кабаташ. На пароме мы посетили Принцевы острова. Все очень понравилось! Хозяин организовал нам трансфер из аэропорта. Он очень внимательный, учтивый и доброжелательный! На время нашего проживания нам дали транспортную карту, что очень облегчило наши поездки по городу. Однозначно рекомендую эту квартиру. Нет такого

• Maria (10/5): Всё отлично - Во-первых, хотелось бы поблагодарить управляющего за то, что дождался нас и встретил в поздний час, хотя мы очень сильно опоздали. Во-вторых, отмечу чистоту: никакой плесени, пауков по углам, пятен — всё очень чисто. Картинки соответствуют реальности. Ремонт свежий. Есть всё необходимое: посуда на кухне, фен, стиральная машина, кондиционеры, одеяла и даже зонты. Нескрипучая кровать с нормальным матрасом. Хороший интернет. Удобное расположение жилья. Улица в ноябре достаточно тихая (при закрытых окнах) — спали мы хорошо. Рядом есть кафе, магазины и транспорт. Общее впечатление абсолютно положительное. На полу плитка, поэтому он довольно холодный. Предоставляются тапочки взрослых размеров, но для ребенка я бы рекомендовала брать свои тапочки. Также для маленьких детей я бы еще рекомендовала путешественникам взять детскую подушку и пледик, так как одеяла в квартире большие и тяжёлые. Взрослому нормально, но трехлетку придавит. Еще из разряда моих капризов — не было в наличии кухонного полотенца. Парковка — беда во всём городе. Узкие улицы и мало парковочных мест — искать место придется долго и под силу только уверенным водителям.
• Viacheslav (10/5): Идеально чистые и комфортные аппартаменты. Однозначно рекомендую - Аппаратаменты расположены в 5 минутах ходьбы от площади Таксим. Если спуститься вниз по лестнице, то окажешься на набережной в районе пристани Кабатаж. В аппартаментах просто идеальная чистота, новое постельное бельё и комплекты полотенец. Хоть площадь квартиры небольшая, но всё продумано буквально до мелочей, есть всё необходимое: большое количество кухонной посуды, причём всё очень чистое и хорошего качества, что в арендуемых аппартаментах бывает очень редко. Вся обстановка новая и ухоженная, придраться просто не к чему:) Менеджер встретил, всё подробно объяснил, при выезде помог с багажом и решил проблему с трансфером в аэропорт. Всё просто супер!!! Такого нет. Единственное, надо понимать, что это старый район Стамбула с узкими улочками и крутыми подъёмами.

• Adrian Campeanu (10/5): Great Stay in a Spacious, Family-Friendly Apartment - Good location if you plan your trips to explore the area on foot, just by walking down the stairs. The apartment is big enough for a family with two kids. It’s very clean, quiet, and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The host is very friendly and helpful, they even managed to find a free parking spot right in front of the building, which we really appreciated. Parking can be a big problem in Istanbul. Everything was perfect.
• Ирина (8/5): - Квартира недалеко от галато порта находится. рядом есть трамвайчик ( если спустится вниз по крутой длинной лестнице ), если подняться вверх ( очень крутой подъем в гору ) то метро и знаменитая Истикляль . Но территория вся в спусках и подъемах , улицы узкие , с коляской очень не удобно . Либо едет коляска по брусчатке , либо машина , постоянно приходилось ездить ступать. Квартира чистенькая , как на фото. Есть все посуда , полотенца. Хозяин всегда на связи . Но будьте внимательны , что джакузи что на фото ( по факту душевая кабина ) и тренажерный зал платные , 35 долларов с человека в день ( я считаю это очень дорого ) . Для нас было важно наличие тренажерного зала , узнав стоимость очень расстроилась . Душевая кабина меня не расстроила , с ребенком было более удобно , т.к в чужих ваннах и джакузи все равно бы не стала купаться , только под душем

• Lubinka (8/5): Great hosts, great neighborhood - Right from the start, the fact that the host provided us with a parking space in a very busy area was extremely helpful and much appreciated. At one point there was an internet problem which was efficiently resolved within an hour of notifying the host. The facilities were immaculately clean. The neighbourhood is perfect - walking distance to all the major sights and a ferry port for those wishing to cross over to the Asian part of the city. The rooms were a little small for a family of four - the sofa beds, when open, made it impossible to move around the room, and it was difficult to open and close them every day. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Kitchen ware available 6. Lift - Elevator (Though the music in the lift was very annoying) 7. Accessories in the apartment (towels, and good pillows) 8. The apartment was quite new. 1. Was a bit smaller than expected, especially the bathroom and bedroom. 2. Hot water in the shower was quite instable. It was almost impossible to take a shower, especially for kids 3. • Pedro (10/5): Istanbul is amazing - Cihangir Flat makes it better - Well, just read Roberto's from Macedonia review. He really summarizes everything in terms of information/specifics of the apartment, and there's no point in repeating everything - although I usually leave detailed reviews. Mr. Selim was waiting for me outside, sitting in the stairs, to greet me in. From here on, all the interactions and the stay itself were close to perfect. The location is very central, the apartment is lovely, comfy, clean and spacious enough for up to 3 people. My girlfriend wasn't staying with me on this trip, but asked my how it was and I summarized it by saying "I really felt like I was at home". The only thing that I also take into consideration and that wasn't mentioned by Roberto is noise. Although there was some noise (construction and neighbours) - which is normal during waking hours, I really value a good night's sleep, and the ability to sleep without noise from midnight-1AM, until around 9AM. Chinangir Flat also checks the box here. The (minimal) noise only started later, maybe around 10 or 11. Thank you my friend Selim, I will be back!

The apartment has everything you need. Is sparkling clean. Has 2 AC, 2 extensibile sofa beds, we could accommodate with our big boys. The neighborhood is very safe, it's excellent for going to visit Istanbul. I want to congratulate Selim and thanks him for everything he provides for us Everything was perfect.

• Roberto (10/5): Without thinking, next time I will book here again. Every expectation was fullfiled. - Everythig was perfect. We arrived during 1st May protest, owner waits for us till 23h, keeping us place for parking. Parking in front of apartment is free if you can find spot. Owner did not recoment driving in Istanbul because of traffic (100% accurate). You can use Metro/Tram/Bus for everything. Walking distance: Location is 5-7 minutes pleasant downhill walk from Taksim or 10-15 minutes uphill+stair walk from Finkdikli. Every day on return to apartment, we went to Taksim with green line 5 Metro and we walked 5 min to flat. Street is full of people and stores. At morning, we go downhill to Findikli to start day journey. In this scheme, you will always go downhill. Location: Aparment is on central location near Taksim. In morning you can go downhill to Findikli 5 min walk down with stairs and with Tram you can go to Golden Horn (10-15 min) or take a bus and go to inner city. 5 minutes walk from Findikli is ferry port. Apartment is located in quiet zone. Excellent for relaxing after a long day walks. Apartment: Aparment has an new elevator that is authorised by keycard for your floor. There is one apartment on every floor. Masive door with 2x 3 point lock for security. For emergency there is another door with stairs. Entrance is monitored by cameras and entrance door also accessible with keycard or can be opened remotely by internal system in room. Apartment was spotless clean. Beds, sheets, pillows, everything without stains, smell. Perfect. Every glass was perfectly clean. Extra garbage begs if you need them. Bath with 24/7 hot water, extreme fast internet, tv with plenty of channels, some board games. Heating (days was cold when we was there) works as charm. Whole apartment is heated by gas heat pump so you can regulate temperature easy. Heating process is fast, you need few minutes after activating heater, to fill comfortably. Everything was perfect, text in this box is continuation for what i like as booking limits text There is no drinkable water in Istanbul so "sok" market above flat on your way back is excellent resource (and cheap also). For emergency you can buy water on same street but it is expensive. Stores, water and food: You have 2 stores on same street (expensive) and several stores uphill (SOK (cheaper) and Carrefour) (taksim road, search for Carrefour) or downhill on the way to Findikli (DolmaBahce). Sok and Carrefour are 3 minutes walk, one street above apartment (also and postoffice for HGS if you come with car and SIM card). Owner: Owner and his son are special persons. They try to help you with everything from first till last day. Accessible on viber and phone whenever you need them. Whatever you need, they are there to help. Owner gave as IstanbulKart for using Metro/Tram/Bus. Gave as huge info about Istanbul on arrival, what we can and can't do, inform as on arrival about protest and when we can come. Provide us with walk in tour thru apartment and featured installed. Excellent experience. They treat you as a family. On my next journey to Istanbul i will rent whis flat again.
• Mihaela (10/5): Great Location and welcoming staff - Very good location. Taksim Square is within walking distance. So is Galata Tower and the old city if you like walking. Otherwise, there are tram, metro and ferry stops less than 15 min away. We thought we might arrive a few hours earlier before the check-in time. The staff was prompt in responding to my messages and tried to accommodate us. Selim was there to welcome us and give us the keys when we arrived.
