• ana Maria (7/5): un alojamiento funcional y práctico - lo que más me gustó es que estaba el apartamento reformado, aunque hay detalles mejorables, pero en general cómodo y práctico para una estancia corta. Al estar en el centro, rodeado de bares, y en un primer piso, durante toda la noche hubo muchísimo ruido de gente que pasaba gritando o cantando. La tele falló varias veces, el mando, pero nada importante.

• Sílvia (4/5): Decepcionante: no es lo que parece. - Lo mejor la ubicación, el acceso y el trato de Antonella. Primera impresión de impacto: escaleras muy estrechas, sucias, paredes con desconchones de humedad, trastos acumulados en el hueco de la entrada. Al abrir la puerta del alojamiento nos recibe una aspiradora, un plancha delante de un desordenado mueble librería. El aspecto general es bastante descuidado (ojo de buey colgando, armarios de la cocina dañados, puerta de la balconera con cierre roto y cristales sucios…). Además las fotos del anuncio son fraudulentas, no se corresponden con el estado y la estética actuales del inmueble.

Casa super centrale, a due minuti eri nelle piazze principali Appartamento ok se non desideri cucinare o stare troppo, molte cose erano rotte, c'era un odore molto forte di chiuso soprattutto nella camera dove non c'è una finestra, ma una porta che da su un vano ceco. Lenzuola non troppo pulite e scomodo che puoi accedere alla casa solo utilizzando un link dal telefono quindi devi avere sempre il telefono carico altrimenti la porta non si apre.

• Gambacorta (10/5): Tutto top apparte piccole cose - La posizione centralissima, check in e check out super semplice , Antonella simpaticissima e sempre a disposizione super top! Allora delle piccole cose risolvibili,la doccia che perdeva acqua fuori, il letto con le zampe storte di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire perché barcollante e quindi abbiamo dormito sul divano che fortunatamente comodissimo L acqua che inesorabilmente entrava ad ogni pioggia dalla finestra del balcone e dovevamo asciugare in continuazione
• marta (10/5): Perfetto - Posizione centralissima in buona zona ,tranquilla e comoda ai mezzi e al centro anche a piedi. Pulito e ordinato Host disponibilissima,ci ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine anche con ottimi suggerimenti per ottimizzare il soggiorno. Consiglio assolutamente
• Elisabetta (10/5): - La posizione è in assoluto la caratteristica migliore di questo appartamento, in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse più importanti del centro e a 10/15 minuti a piedi arrivano tutti i bus e le metro. Le scale erano un po’ ripide e piene di polvere, i condizionatori d’aria sono posizionati esattamente sopra letto e divano letto e quindi il getto arriva diretto sulle persone.
• Stefania (8/5): - Posizione perfetta,vicinissima al centro e a tutti i servizi essenziali.Appartamento molto carino,funzionale e spazioso.Unica pecca le scale strettissime per accedere(non adatto a persone con limitazioni motorie o famiglie con passeggino) e l'odore non gradevole sulle scale...ma considerando che in appartamento uno conta di starci il meno possibile per visitare la cittá sono dettagli sui quali si può assolutamente soprassedere! Se dovessi tornare a Valencia alloggerei nuovamente qui!! Scale strettissime per accedere e odore non gradevole sulle stesse.

• Sui (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, fully equipped kitchen, includes a washing machine, and reasonably priced. The entire apartment had a strong unpleasant smell. The blanket even smelled bad — we couldn’t tell if it hadn’t been properly dried or simply hadn’t been changed. We chose not to use the blanket because the odor was unbearable

• Bashar (4/5): Disappointing - Location is good We were 3 people because it shows there is sofa bed, however, once we reached there we disappointed by: -No extra bed sheets for sofa bed or extra towels for 3rd person -Bed is too small it Barley fit 2 people - Coffee machine only part of decoration, no capsules - No shampoo or any cleaning supplies - Stairs to reach the apartment is so narrow

• Wilma (8/5): Good stay in el Carmen - Location is very good, apartment is spacious and comfortable. Bedroom is in the back which is much more quiet than the street side The bathroom (esp. shower area) needs a thorough cleaning with lejia. The staircase is uncomfortably narrow.

• Oliver (7/5): Whirlwind of a city, and a great little space to venture out from... - Comfy and characterful flat which was very traditional, but modernised. Not a penthouse, but very appropriate and convenient for the centre of Valencia. Appropriate to the price and we were very comfortable there. Details really. Plants on balcony a bit dead looking. Some peeling and wear and tear in places. Ironing board cover needed replacing. Bathroom very clean, but shower tiling somewhat discoloured. Funny little store space behind a window was a bit spooky in the bedroom! But all of this would be quick to solve. Mainly this is info. for the owner, not something for other guests. Prefer for it not to be included in our review.

• Michelle (3/5): Poor - Location Very poorly equipped accommodation. A half toilet roll left for a family of 4. A bag of rubbish left hanging on the inside of the apartment door. A grotty entrance and stairwell. Not even basic provisions left. 3 coffee capsules, but no milk, no sugar...a cheap no effort accommodation absolutely not worth the money. Avoid!
