Guest Reviews
- Nhlabathi (1/5): You'd think Bookings.com will atleast be reliable since we rely on it to get hotels, nex baba - I liked the fact that the host ensured I got my refund on time. Although it was very annoying to look for a hotel at 6pm, I missed out on major performances at the concert I was going to. This was very unacceptable. I didn't like the fact that my reservation got lost and I had to find another accommodation. Only to find out that Bookings.com did not update on their app that this place changed management it's no longer under Mapungubwe properties. I had to find another accommodation ngama last minute. I hate the fact that the host lied about trying to contact me, trying to hide the fact that she told me at 11am on the day I was supposed to check in that I no longer have a place to stay. You are extremely unreliable bookings.com
- Motsheoa Louis (10/5): The apartment is great value for money, accessible location, safe and clean. Family friendly as well - The safety, cleanliness, affordability and accessibility. Nothing
- David (6/5): - Limpeza
- Bofah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bonnie (3/5): Bad - The location and the fact that the beds were comfortable and clean The receptionist was not friendly had to wait for 30 minutes while he was busy calling someone because he was not sure if we have booked the place even after i have shown him the proof that we are at the rught place and we have fully paid... After confirming he just gave me the key without telling me where im supposed to go and which room number we should go to. Again the room that was given to us the curtain rails were damaged so we couldn't close the curtains people from ouside could see us inside especially at night we had to make a plan and tie the curtains together so they can close and also can they have heater for winter because the place is open and cold.. I complained to the receptionist later on someone called me saying they are coming to fix them but he asked me if i had left the key at the front dest i said no cos no one told me to and again that person didnt arrange with the host because he asked me if they have extra key and i said i dnt knw he must ask them not me but only to find out later that it was the host pretending to be someone who is coming to fix the curtain rails.. When we checked out the rails was still not fixed
