• Elke (7/5): Alexandria erkunden - Sehr nettes Personal, nah am Strand. Uns wurde für die Abreise ein Ubertaxi gerufen. Sehr zuvorkommend. Die Strassen sind nicht unbedingt betoniert, alles voller Sand und Dreck. Strand für Europäer eher ungeeignet, auch hier sehr viel Müll. Das Hotel selbst hat uns gefallen, Frühstück war gut. Aber um Alexandrias Altstadt zu erkunden, war das Hotel leider zu weit entfernt. Schade, dass es kein Restaurant im Hotel gibt. Nach den ekligen Eindrücken auf der Anreise (Köpfe von geschlachteten Kühen hingen vor einem Geschäft), haben wir uns nicht getraut, woanders etwas zu Essen.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — always happy to help with anything I needed. A water boiler/kettle in the room would be a nice addition.

• Constanza (6/5): Fair enough - What I liked the most about the hotel was the service stuff, they were very friendly and helpful all the time! The breakfast was big and very good, they offered different food everyday. Also, It is just next to a public beach, sadly it is full of trash so we were not able to enjoy it as we expected. It has elevators. The hotel is very far away from everything, the surfaces were clean, but the floor was a bit dusty and the rugs with stains. One elevator didn’t work properly.

Très belle expérience à ne pas hésiter. Un peu loin d’Alexandrie Centre est à 25 km mais le taxi est vraiment pas cher (4 euros environ)

• Patricia (7/5): Preis-Leistung stimmen - Die Zimmer waren geräumig und das Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt auf jeden Fall! :-) In der Gegend des Hotels gibt es leider nicht wirklich was zu unternehmen und in die Innenstadt von Alexandria dauert es ca. 45 Minuten - die Lage ist also nicht optimal; daran kann das Hotel natürlich nichts ändern, das haben wir beim Buchen einfach zu wenig bedacht. Leider gab es nur ganz dünne Decken und Leintücher - für die dickeren Decken waren keine Überzüge zu bekommen; das war uns persönlich im Februar etwas zu kalt! Die Zimmer waren auch eher hellhörig nach draußen.

• JS (10/5): Hidden gem - Excellent hotel! We arrived very early in the morning, but it was no problem. They even helped to arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Especially Khaled who really took care of us well. The room was very good and clean. It's very close to the beach, which is great to walk or run along. The breakfast was very good and varied. The chef was so kind and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying longer than expected.

The reception area was organized and clean giving us a great first impression. Mr. Bassem was very helpful and made sure we had a perfect stay. The rooms were of adequate size with a good space to relax. Overall, the hospitality and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast’s quality was good, but the portions were small. We didn’t usually receive water with our breakfast. The only drink available after eating was tea, and while it was nice, not everyone enjoys tea—there could have been more options such as coffee. Also, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed in, there wasn’t an option for someone to come and clean the room during my stay, which would have been a nice service to have. With a few small improvements to the breakfast and cleaning service, this hotel would be even better.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their attitude made a very positive impact on my stay, which is the main reason for my high rating. The hotel is close to the beach and has its own private beach area. It is not directly on the beachfront, but it is very suitable for a beach- and sea-oriented holiday. The hotel is quite far from the city center (around 1 hour), so it may be inconvenient for guests who plan to visit the city frequently. It is more suitable for those looking for a quiet, relaxing stay focused on the sea and beach. Breakfast was the same every morning; increasing the variety would further improve the overall experience. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, mainly thanks to the helpful and attentive staff.

Хороший завтрак с свежим соком манго и гуава. Очень вкусный двойной турецкий кофе, вообще не дорого. Доброжелательные администраторы. Заказывали трансфер с и до аэропорта отвезли и привезли с комфортом, приятный водитель. Нам все понравилось, хороший отель по доступной цене. Пляжный отдых. ☺ Все норм.
