Marty (1/5): - There's nothing to like 🤬 I do not recommend this accommodation on Booking! Upon arrival, the electronic lock wasn't working. When the person in charge showed up, we discovered that the lock was ripped out of the door from the inside and was being held on with duct tape, which was a complete shock. The accommodation therefore did not meet safety standards in a not-so-safe neighborhood! The agreed-upon parking was also not available, and the landlord wrote in a message, "good luck with the car, be careful," which is incredible audacity! After we rejected the accommodation and filed a complaint, the money was not returned. The landlord is not responding, and Booking is doing nothing to resolve the issue. So, I've literally been robbed of 270 euros, and I'm now turning to the police! Booking's behavior was also strange. 🤬🤬
