• Paolo (5/5): Dormire in macchina era meglio - La televisione è buona (sono ironico) Dalla posizione alla scortesia, fino alla pulizia. Molte cose hanno lasciato a desiderare. La comunicazione non è stata chiara: ho chiesto se la Jacuzzi funzionava d'estate, mi è stato risposto solo "yes". Quando siamo arrivati, dopo aver riscritto, ci è stato detto che: 1. Ci volevano 3/4 ore per farla partire; 2. Che aveva un costo in più. Alla lamentela, mi è stato risposto che è scritto su booking. Bene, sicuramente è così, ma quando ho scritto la prima volta,, non sarebbe stato giusto ricordare il costo? Soprattutto video che la struttura è cara?. Ancora. È l'unico albergo tra Armenia e Georgia che ha preteso il pagamento in contant; soldi riscossi a un signore che neanche parlava inglese, niente ricevuta e che mi ha costretto a cercare un bancomat alle 8 di sera (la città dista 20 minuti di macchina). Per darmi il resto, ha atteso il giorno dopo (è venuto un'ora dopo l'appuntamento concordato e neanche ha provato a bussare, insomma, ha cercato di tenersi 15 gel). Inoltre, la posizione è tremenda, non solo è lontana, ma ubicata tra scheletri di palazzi in rovina. Non una bella campagna. Dentro si muore di caldo. La pulizia lascia a desiderare: un rotolo di carta igienica lasciato fuori; peli nella doccia e cartacce nel giardino. Olè.

• Mohammad (7/5): Decent cottage, lacks privacy due to shared lawn, interior is a bit old and lacking, nice views - The WiFi was nice. And the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. There is also a tiny grocery store about a 10 minute walk away. The heating worked well and the cottage was clean(ish). This cottage is slightly away from Borjomi (like a 10 minute drive) which is not too bad but this particular area is kind of empty. This may not be a bad thing during the day but at night your surrounded by almost complete darkness with the constant barking of dogs, mooing of cows, and in our case, the relentless croaking of frogs. We found this to be a bit off putting but to each their own. The property is such that the cottage opens into a shared lawn/ground which is also accessed by a hut/dome kind place and another cottage. So yeah privacy is kind of limited cause you share the space with strangers (families or solo travelers might be mindful of this). The inside of the cottage though needs some work. These are minor things but since this cottage isn't exactly cheap, these things end up mattering. For example: the bean bag was ripped and styrofoam balls kept leaking all over the place, the bathroom toilet seat was broken, there is a beautiful badminton net outside in the lawn but the rackets and shuttlecock were broken, the fire place outside is kinda usable but we could not find stores that actually sold coal, firewood, or fire starters (including the Spar in Borjomi). The beds do not come with a bed frame and so you sleep on the mattress on the floor (which is fine because its in the upper area of the cottage). The stairs in the cottage (to go up to the sleeping area) are extremely narrow and hard to go up and down. The outside sitting area has no coverage (not even some slight panelling extending from the roof) so when it rains, and it rains a lot, there's no place to sit and not get drenched in water. These are just some of the small improvements that could be made to this property. The host was responsive and the helper at the property was very nice and helped us a lot. But compared to other cottages in Georgia we stayed at, this one felt a bit lacking in terms of the little things.
• Nikita (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful and cozy house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering stunning mountain views! The host is very attentive and responsive. The outdoor hot tub is an absolute delight – such a relaxing experience! Despite our late arrival, the hosts had the hot tub ready for us, which was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway! nothing to mention here

The bed is also very comfortable. The owner is very helpful. I lost the key to the cottage and the help team was there within minutes. The jacuzzi was also prepared on time. Everything was really great. The owner was very kind. This will not be the last time I stay in this beautiful cottage. -
• Gilbert (10/5): Exceptional - The area was so quite and peaceful. Big lawn full of snow and all your needs are available (kitchenware, utensils, bbq items, etc.). The bonfire pit is nice. All in all, i highly recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay. Hot tub is available as well.
• Gleb (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay in Borjomi Story. We lived in a cozy wooden house with all the amenities. The house was clean, smelled good, very soft beds, clothes hanger, etc. Everything matches the description. The view from the window is beautiful, you can enjoy nature and the majestic mountains. The owner of the house is always in touch, you can contact him with any question at any time. We also rode quad bikes, got a lot of pleasure and impressions. We had a great time in Borjomi Story. I recommend this place. Make sure the hot tub is working. It got damaged because of the cold weather and we couldn't use it.

• Jenya (10/5): We loved it - Good communication with the owner, the cabin is exactly as in the pictures and very comfortable. There's a fire pit outside and a BBQ. Big kitchen inside. The hot tub outside wasn't operational during our stay. Keep in mind that you need to bring your own firewood for the firepit and bbq. Surroundings are very beautiful. Great view.
