• Bill (10/5): The perfect place to stay when you visit! - Everything! Iva is a wonderful host and such a wonderful person! The room was perfect, bathroom had everything one would need, good hot water and water pressure, and a very good breakfast! The location is also perfect, and it has good restaurants and a market within a one minute walk. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Tirana Nothing

Met een superette vlakbij makkelijk voor kleine boodschappen. Iva en haar vader waren supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een yoghurt of vers fruit voorzien bij het ontbijt.

Wonderful hosts, very good facilities, very clean, fantastic value for money, a great breakfast each morning, and very well located. Iva and her family are so welcoming, it was a pleasure to stay here. 100% would stay again and definitely recommend.

• Lisa (8/5): Lovely stay in Tirana - Nice house in a very good location of Tirana, everything close by and only a 12 minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off. Iva and her parents were lovely hosts! They were always happy to help and really friendly. Good recommendations for restaurants nearby and delicious breakfast with coffee every morning. Wifi wasn’t always the strongest in our room but it still available.

Un soggiorno praticamente perfetto, reso tale grazie all'accoglienza straordinaria, la disponibilità fuori dal comune e tante attenzioni che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Iva parla italiano perfettamente, lei e i suoi genitori ci hanno trattato come se fossimo di famiglia, sono persone di cuore. La prima sera Iva ci ha accompagnati personalmente al ristorante che ci ha consigliato, passeggiando con noi fino alla meta e spiegandoci le vie e i quartieri. Ha pensato a prenotarci anche dei taxi che ci sono serviti per andare fuori Tirana. La colazione è ogni giorno diversa, cucinata al momento e abbondante, una chicca è la caffettiera calda al mattino. In cucina c'è anche un bollitore con tisane e tè, dei fornelli, un microonde e un frigo. C'è anche una sala comune con divanetti. La stanza ha il bagno in camera, c'è anche il bidet. Infine la posizione è a 15 Min di passeggiata tranquilla dalla piazza principale, ma allo stesso tempo è super tranquilla di notte, senza rumori. Siamo tornati a piedi di notte varie volte, la città è sicura. Attiguo al b&b c'è un supermarket che vende di tutto. Iva è sempre reperibile al telefono per qualsiasi necessità e ha avuto per noi tante piccole attenzioni e cura. Ho trovato una amica, torneremo sicuramente qui a Tirana. Super consigliato! Grazie Iva a te e ai tuoi genitori da parte di entrambi! Tutto perfetto
• Stefanie (9/5): - Die Familie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir könnten vor dem Haus parken und hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Das Frühstück war gut und die Gemeinschaftsräume sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Wir fanden die Matratzen zu hart. Das kann aber auch daran liegen, dass wir jeweils mit 50-65kg eher Leichtgewichte sind.

Iva et ses parents, kutjim et Merita ont été extrêmement accueillants et attentifs pour que notre séjour se passe parfaitement. On s'est senti comme en famille. Iva parle parfaitement l'espagnol et l'italien ce qui était un plus pour nous qui avons plus difficile avec l'anglais, la communication a été parfaite et Iva répondait à toutes nos questions à la vitesse de l'éclair. Elle nous avait même envoyé un message WhatsApp avant notre arrivée pour nous accueillir au mieux . Kutjim nous a accompagnés dans plusieurs magasins pour y effectuer des achats qui nous tenaient à cœur. Leurs conseils sur les restaurants ont été top. Un très chouette séjour et une belle rencontre avec une très belle famille. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Rien à dire

• Guest (10/5): Super ubytování v centru - Majitelka je úžasně milá a pozorná, den předem poslala vše na Watsap, čekala na nás (kvůli příletu) dlouho do večera, skvělé. Umí velmi hezky anglicky, tedy je s ní dobrá domluva. Snídaně je připravená na smluvený čas, plně dostačující. Velmi fajn je poloha ubytování od autobusu z letiště opravdu 5-10 minut chůze. Bratr měl zdravotní potíže a i poslední den, kdy už jsme byli z ubytování odstěhovaní jsme mohli využít místo k odpočinku a ponechání zavazadel. takže vše super. Navíc paní striktně drží dohodnutou cenu, i peníze navíc odmítla, opravdu skvělá majitelka.

• Ivana (10/5): Absolutely amazing stay - The owner and her family are absolutely wonderful and will help with any questions. The rooms are spacious and clean and the house is located close to the city center. The breakfast is fabulous and there is a market located next door.

I felt like a home-stay with friends. Varied breakfast with local dishes. I cvan recommend this accomodation. Tourist attractions in the center of Tirana are within walking distance. All perfect.

En cuanto a la ubicación, es excelente. Está relativamente cerca del centro, al que accedes después de un paseo por las calles cercanas. Nada que decir.

• Mallory (10/5): Amazing hosts, amazing location, everything you could need. - The location in Blloku was perfect. It’s a great spot to be. Close to everything and safe (as basically all of Albania is) this is a great part of the city. The place is cute and extremely welcoming. Iva speaks 100% perfect English and her mother and father are absolutely adorable and sweet. Her father Kujtim “speaks his own language” i don’t know what it is just a blend of everything and somehow you manage to laugh and just get each other and he is so helpful he walked me to the bus and told me exactly what to do and even gave me his change to help me have the exact amount so it was easier. It was my first day so this was all so helpful. They helped arrange taxis for me and Iva was so fun to chat with and laugh and she was just an angel. They were the best people I stayed with in all of Albania. They welcomed me to hang out with them and it was so special. I am gluten free and Iva made a trip to the store just for me and got me bread and peanut butter how sweet is that!!! It was nice to feel like someone has your back when you’re alone in a foreign country. I would go back there in a second. Honestly it was so lovely I can’t say anything bad about it

Sehr unkomfortabel, besonders bei schlechtem Wetter, wenn man sich länger im Haus aufhalten muss. Ganz schlechte Beleuchtung, so dass man auch nicht lesen kann. Halbe Tasse Kaffee zum Frühstück, dass ohne kontaktmöglichkeit einfach nur hingestellt wurde.

• Bridie (10/5): The best stay in Albania - Second stay here and after 2 weeks in Albania, this is by far the friendliest and most wonderful stay we’ve had. We had coffee with Iva and her family. Iva has been so helpful with recommendations, taxis, luggage storage, money exchange, and everything and anything we asked for help with. The place is so clean and is a great home stay in Tirana within walking distance to everything.

• Daniel (10/5): - Bardzo miła gospodyni. Pomogła nam z dojazdem bo jak się okazało wąska jednokierunkowa uliczka dobrze skrywała metalową bramę wjazdową na posesję. Skorzystaliśmy z możliwości zaparkowania na noc, mimo że było wąsko. Pokój oraz łazienka wszystko ok. Dostęp do kuchni z wyposażeniem oraz salonu. Pozdrawiamy tatę i dziękujemy :)

• Viktor (10/5): Určite by som sa sem vrátil znova - Toto ubytovanie ponuka aj parkovisko ale treba dať vedieť dopredu aj keď sme zabudli náš problém vyriešili a našli nám hneď pred bránou parkovacie miesto. Inak veľmi milý majiteľ. Bývali sme tam 2 noci všetko bolo podľa našich predstáv. Raňajky sa každý deň menili. A k izbe je dostupná aj veľká plne zariadená kuchyňa. Určite by som sa sem vrátil. Musím ešte vyzdvihnúť že poloha je priamo v centre Tiranë a všade sme došli pešo. Kúsok je aj autobusová zastávka z letiska. A naspäť na letisko vám domáca vybaví taxík. V dobrej cene na letisko. Všetko bolo super.

La familia ha sido muy acogedora, la habitación muy limpia y completa y el desayuno que nos han servido ha sido uno de los mejores de todo nuestro viaje por Albania, incluido café de cafetera (que es raro) y croissant de chocolate 😋. Además nada más llegar nos acompañaron hasta un restaurante para comer y de camino nos contó un poco de la historia de Tirana 😊. ¡SUPER RECOMENDABLE! Nos gustó todo 👌😃

Die Familie war sehr gastfreundlich, sie antwortete schnell auf Nachrichten und gab gute Empfehlungen für das Essen ab. Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral und die Stadt konnte gut zu Fuss erkundet werden. Wenn die Unterkunft nicht gleich gefunden wird, dann einfach eine Nachricht an die Familie schreiben. Google Maps scheint eine falsche Adresse anzuzeigen.

• Caroline (9/5): Sehr Empfehlenswert. - Der Aufenthalt im Friendshouse war sehr schön. Es wurde auf individuelle Bedürfnisse beim Frühstück und auch bei der Zeit Rücksicht genommen. Weiterhin hat man auch Empfehlungen oder Tipps für Tirana bekommen. Wenn ich wieder nach Tirana komme, würde ich wieder hier übernachten.

• Claudio (10/5): - Un vero B&B. Stanze al primo piano e casa dei proprietari al piano terra. Iva è un'ospite fantastica. Disponibile, parla benissimo l'italiano (ma anche inglese a quanto ho sentito con un'altra ospite) ti sa dare i giusti consigli per visitare Tirana e, più in generale, è una persona simpatica e attenta ai bisogni di chi soggiorna nella sua struttura. Anche i genitori molto amichevoli e disponibili. Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi e vari (le marmellate fatte in casa così come lo yogurt greco sono una goduria), stanze pulitissime e Wi-Fi ok. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Tirana.

Y el hecho de tener la planta de arriba para los huéspedes, con su salón y su cocina, da mucha independencia. Es difícil de localizar, es Google está mal señalado. Pero Iva te ofrece todas las facilidades, incluso salieron a buscarnos a la calle.

• Massimiliano (9/5): Consigliatissimo per chi ama i B&B - Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti trovando persone stupende che ci hanno accolto benissimo. Iva ci ha dato indicazioni utili sia per i nostri giri a Tirana e fuori che per i locali in cui mangiare piatti albanesi. La sera della finale degli europei, appena arrivati, il padre ci ha anche invitato a vedere la partita nel suo appartamento e, volendo invece uscire a vederla su un maxi schermo, ci ha consigliato di andare nella zona stadio, a ridosso di un quartiere residenziale, poco distante da lì, dove abbiamo passato una bella serata. Le colazioni preparate da Iva sono state abbondanti e con molti buoni prodotti fatti in casa dalla mamma. E poi... finalmente dei caffè italiani fatti con una grande moka che tanto ci mancava nei giorni precedenti! In casa era molto caldo a causa delle altissime temperature esterne, quindi l'unica stanza in cui si poteva rimanere un po' per riposare era la camera, fornita di aria condizionata. In ogni caso, le conseguenze del caldo africano non sono certo colpa di questa bella famiglia.

• Rupert (9/5): Great location in the center of the city, all within walking distance - The location was great, right in the heart of Tirana. We could park the car in the yard of the house, so it was safe and we did not need to spend time to look for a parking space somewhere. It was a nice bedroom with a large bathroom. All was clean and nice. There was a kitchen and a living room that we could use together with other guests. The staff was helpful and gave us directions for some nice restaurants in the evening. We can definitely reccomend this guest house

• Thomas (10/5): - Sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit Kirschen zum Empfang überrascht, durften das Auto bis spät Nachmittags im Innenhof stehen lassen und wurden mit einem feinen Frühstück verwöhnt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Alles war top
• Ajda (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita, krásný dům a velmi milí a ochotní majitelé. Nemohli jsme dům najít, ale majitelé byli velmi nápomocní a vstřícní k tomu, abychom byli klidní ohledně suta a zaparkovali bezprostředně j domu v úzké jednosměrce. Na dvůr jsme se s Vitem nevešli ;) Nemáme
