• Manuel (10/5): - We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, which has been furnished with great attention to detail. It really does look as great as it does in the photos and is very spacious and cozy. Everything has been thought of. There are even parasols to borrow for the beach and mosquito plugs for the room (which you don't need, though, as there are even fly screens). The apartment was cleaned and the bed made every day, and fresh towels were provided for the pool. The pool is perfect for relaxing, it is very quiet and everything here is also beautifully designed. You feel completely at home and want for nothing. It was great to enjoy breakfast on the small private terrace in the courtyard. We highly recommend ordering breakfast from Anna the day before; it is delivered fresh to your door and tastes wonderful! Of course, you can also prepare your own meals in the kitchen, which is fully equipped. The location is also very good, as there is a bakery, restaurants, and a small shop within walking distance. You don't hear any noise from the airport here. We still recommend renting a car to explore the island's beautiful beaches and small towns. Simply fantastic! We also particularly liked the fact that there are only five rooms, making the hotel really small. We usually had the pool all to ourselves. You feel right at home at the Poesia Hotel, and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Anna, for everything!

La chambre est très grande (très grande TV, coffre fort, clim, jardin extérieur privatif ...), la cuisine est très bien équipée pour se faire à manger, et la douche à l'italienne est au top. La piscine est spacieuse dans un environnement agréable et très bien entretenu. L'accueil est aussi à la hauteur. Il manque un peu d'éclairage dans la salle (au dessus de l'évier par exemple et aussi près des banquettes pour lire). Sinon tout était parfait.

The room is beautifully decorated, the attention to details made it very luxurious. The owners are very warm and welcoming, trying to do their best accommodating the guests. We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is close to the airport, and you can enjoy watching planes taking off or landing but without being bothered by the sound. • Rafia (10/5): The most perfect stay - This is a beautiful hotel in a peaceful little village just a short drive from Argostoli, the capital. Anna was ever so welcoming, extremely responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are only 5 villas in the hotel so you have your own haven and the villas themselves are quite spacious. Especially the bedroom plus the outdoor patios. The pool is a dream plus the breakfast options were incredible! Anna provided us several recommendations and was very helpful with any queries we had during our stay. There is also a fantastic must visit restaurant right opposite the hotel, in addition to a bakery and a cafe just walking distance from the hotel. We were a couple with a 3 month old and were after an authentic and slow experience, I felt that our stay at Poesia was impeccable and ticked all the right boxes for how we wanted to experience our first time in Kefalonia. Thank you so much to Anna and the whole staff at Poesia and we hope to see you again sometime in the future!

Our suite was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 night stay, including two balconies. We also loved the pool. Poesia is located in a small, quiet village 10 mins from the airport. It has all the necessities, including a fabulous grill house, mini market, bakery, and bar, as well as a new restaurant literally across the road from Poesia. Most importantly, the staff are all delightful - so helpful, accommodating and kind. We would absolutely recommend Poesia!

• Jack (10/5): - Poesia is beautiful. We spent the final night of our stay here before flying home and wish we'd discovered it sooner. Ana was on hand for anything we needed and more than happy to facilitate a later check out to suit our schedule. The suite was very spacious and well equipped and the king bed was super comfortable. The bathroom in particular was amazing, the flood shower is one of the best I've ever used. The location may be a little rural but the restaurant opposite the hotel is superb and there's a well equipped mini market just 10 mins walk down the road. For all your stay gets you, especially keenly priced as it is in the early season, you'll struggle to find better value than Poesia. I have no complaints at all about our stay.

• Αννα (10/5): Υπέροχο! - Υπέροχο, καινούργιο, πολύ ήσυχο κατάλυμα! Τα διαμερίσματα είναι τεράστια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένα, καλαίσθητα, πολυτελή και πεντακάθαρα. Το κρεββάτι είναι το καλύτερο που έχω κοιμηθεί. Κάθε διαμέρισμα έχει μια βεράντα μπροστά που βλέπει στην πισίνα και έναν ιδιωτικό κήπο από πίσω με εξωτικά φυτά και εξωτερικό ντούς. Ο χώρος της πισίνας είναι κατάφυτος σαν μία όαση. Παρέχει ιδιωτικότητα και γαλήνη. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σ έναν λόφο με υπέροχη θέα, είναι κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο και στο Αργοστόλι. Στην Λακήθρα υπάρχουν μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνος, ζαχαροπλαστείο, πολύ κοντινό φαρμακείο και μερικά εστιατόρια.

• Pareti (10/5): un soggiorno da sogno - uno degli appartamenti più belli in cui io sia mai stato! il soggiorno è stato perfetto, sopratutto per lo staff, ho richiesto il primo giorno un quad per girare l’isola e nel giro di 30 minuti avevano già organizzato tutto per farmelo avere lo stesso giorno del mio arrivo! per non parlare degli omaggi offerti il primo e l’ultimo mentre aspettavamo il taxi!! la colazione in camera una vera chicca, da provare. nulla da dire, è stato semplicemente perfetto, lo consiglio assolutamente!!!
• Seraina (10/5): Die perfekte Unterkunft, um zu entspannen und die Insel zu erkunden. - Wir haben noch nie einen Urlaub in einem so schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment verbracht! Der unvergesslich schöne Aufenthalt startete mit einem herzlichen Empfang der Besitzerin (und Architektin der Unterkunft) und endete dann selbst nach 11 Nächten noch zu früh. Das Apartment ist wunderschön sowie hochwertig und ausgeklügelt gebaut. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten in der Unterkunft und am Pool. Überhaupt spürt man, dass die Poesia Suites ein Herzensprojekt sind und dass viel Liebe in die Details gesteckt wird. Auch die Sauberkeit und die freundliche Reinigungskraft können wir nur loben. Die Apartments und der Pool werden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher werden bei Bedarf gewechselt. Wer also die Vorteile eines Apartments (Küche etc.) und die Vorzüge eines Hotels kombiniert geniessen möchte, ist hier richtig. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, Frühstück zu bestellen, welches sehr gelobt wird. Davon haben wir allerdings leider nicht Gebrauch gemacht. Lakithra bietet Restaurants, einen kleinen Einkaufsladen und eine Konditorei in Gehdistanz. Das Restaurant Osteria del Borgo direkt vis à vis der Unterkunft, das Restaurant Obelix und das selbstgemachte Eis am Stiel der Konditorei können wir sehr empfehlen. Zwar verfügt das Apartment über keine eigenen Parkplätze, es bestehen jedoch Parkmöglichkeiten am Strassenrand und wer bereit ist, 2 Minuten zu Fuss zu gehen, kann das Auto sogar im Park im Schatten parkieren. Lakithra ist ausserdem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Ecken der Insel und auch aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen (die Flugzeuge sind kaum hörbar) ideal. Es gab einige Gäste, die wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen nur eine Nacht in den Poesia Suites verbracht haben. Machen Sie diesen Fehler nicht und bleiben Sie länger, es lohnt sich! Für uns war es der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen und gleichzeitig die Insel zu erkunden. Danke an Anna & Team für die Gastfreundschaft - wir kommen wieder. Es gab wirklich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat!
• Matt (9/5): Beautiful Apartments ! - Absolutely stunning. Only 5 apartments so kind of feels like your own villa strangely. Apartments are very spacious, beautifully modern and clean, and the pool area is gorgeous !! Service is first class The only possible critic is theres not a lot in the location so car is essential. However, having said that it is close to the airport !

• Anna (10/5): Die perfekte Unterkunft um in Kefalonia zu entspannen. - Eines der schönsten Unterkünfte in denen wir je waren. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, super saubere und moderne Zimmer und toller Poolbereich. Die Gastgeberin Anna sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

• Pandora (10/5): - This accommodation is super well located for convenience from the airport and to explore Argostoli and the southern part of the island. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The pool area is super inviting, and the breakfast was delicious and great value for money. The place is family run, and you can tell that they're throwing their full hearts into it, and the result is the opportunity to experience true Greek hospitality. Thank you for the stay! We should have stayed one night longer :) If I had to nit pick, a full length mirror in the bedroom would be great!

• Christoph (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit super Lage, freundlichem Personal und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert - - Sehr schöne/moderne Ausstattung (separate Klimaanlagen je Raum, Nespresso Maschine, Fernseh mit Netflix, 2 Terasse und es gibt sogar Ladekabel, Sonnenschirme beim der Rezeption…) mit traumhafter Terrasse und Pool direkt vor der Eingangstür. - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und Anna ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und hat auch gute Restaurant Tipps, Ausflugsziele etc. -Die Unterkunft ist sehr gelegen und man ist sehr schnell in Argostoli, und mit dem Auto in ca 50 min in Sami, beim Mytros Beach etc - Man kann zwischen 3 Frühstück Variationen wählen, die auf das Zimmer gebracht werden (Frücht oder Pancakes, Käse etc.) - Ich hatte anfangs bedenken wegen dem Fluglärm, da die Unterkunft nahe am Flughafen ist, jedoch fliegen die Flugzeuge nicht direkt über das Apartment sondern fliegen vom Meer die Insel and und starten auch in die andere Richtung, somit hat man die Flugzeuge nicht gehört Der Pool hat leider erst ab 10 Uhr am Morgen offen, das war für mich schade da ich gerne morgens vor dem Frühstück schwimme, das ist aber das einzige was ich bemängeln würde (ich habe aber auch nicht gefragt, vermutlich hätte Anna es mir erlaubt)

The attention to detail is exceptional. The pool area is gorgeous. Anna could not have been a more gracious host.. nothing is too much trouble from recommendations for restaurants to ordering taxis everything was perfect. If you are thinking about staying book it !! Nothing, everything is so classy and well done. The photographs do not do it justice it’s a beautiful boutique hotel.
