• MARCELLA (7/5): - Molto disponibili. .Letto comodo. Locali semplici ma puliti. Bella la zona. Una volta all'interno del palazzo, non abbiamo trovato indicazioni dell'hotel. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare per sapere dove entrare.

• Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - Great building and accommodation. Transported to a Italy of days gone by. Location is perfect. Five minute walk to everything, Vatican, restaurants, shopping. Best of all was greeted by Zahid's smiling face and perfect English at 9pm (late plane). Highly recommended..

• Tilen (10/5): Great place to stay ! - The location is great and it is 3 min walk away from SIT bus stop from and to Fiumicino airport. 30 min walk to Foro Romano. 5 min walk to St.Peters square. 5 min walk to Vatican museum. The host is a really good guy, provides everything you ask for and the coffee machine is TOP ! The apartmant has several rooms with private bathrooms and a kitchen that is shared. The visit was lovely and the beds were very good. I often have issues with pillows but this ones were excelent. Compared to other places in this area this one is realy worth the value. The building even has an elevator and there are several realy good places near by to eat and a lot of smaller stores. Really recomend the Donna Cira - Prati pizza place. Everything was great.

We could leave our luggage in the room until our departure. It's probably our mistake, we did not realise we would share the common parts of the apartment with other people and we were a bit unlucky that some people arrived at 2 am in the morning waking us up.

• Claire (8/5): Very good - What we like is the location, which is near the Vatican (walking distance) and the value for money. The cleaning of every 2 days and change of towels. The room is spacious enough. Checkin and checkout instructions are easy. The shower is not functioning well because it couldn´t keep the water hot enough so it is cold at times. It is hard to navigate the TV. The elevator sometimes stop in the middle and there was even a time that people are not closing the elevator door properly so it got stucked between floors and we had to use the stairs going up the 3rd.

• Helen (10/5): Perfect location for seeing Tome - Zahid was very helpful. He came out on the street to find me. I couldn’t find it as there is no sign outside except the address. I should have remembered that B&Bs are private residence often located in big buildings.

Next door also had a fant - This was our first trip to Italy and our stay at Vatcano Roma was our first stop. The property location was very close to the Vatican and bus stop located right outside allowed for easy transportation around the city. It was reasonably priced and our room was comfortable with shared kitchen and private room and bathroom.

In wintertime a bit cool and though theAC worked ok, it was still a bit unpleasant. The bathroom looked cool, but no heating inside and at some details a bit unpractical. Overall still a good accomodation, and could be really good in the warmer months.

• Sky-dweller (9/5): Beautiful room in convenient location at a reasonable price. Staff is exeptional. - Super good location near the vatican. Beautiful house and newly renovated. The staff was incredibly friendly and really tried for us to have a great stay. The staff was also very receptive to the feedback given. Unfortunately the fresh renovations left the room very dry as the drywall was new. This lead us to be completly dehydrated during the night - drank about 1 liter of water. Also the bed was squeeky by the sightest movement (rolling on the other side during sleep) - so much so that we were kept up all night because of it.

Explained all the commodities, and we could tell that everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The room was super comfortable, nice insulation. The bathroom super clean and with all commodities. Really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the water heater in the kitchen seamed a bit old and needs to be replaced. but I would say this is something that has happened in that specific time we were visiting, I bet the staff will change it.
• Michelle (10/5): Great city stay! - This is the perfect accommodation for exploring Rome! We’ve been here for four nights and everything was perfect. Zahid took great care of us and was always there when we needed something. There’s coffee, tea and water for free all day long. The accommodation is just 7 minutes walking distance from Vatican and everything else is also nearby. We would definitely recommend this place!

• Isaiah (8/5): Comfy room with the vibe of a local apartment. - Felt like staying in a local apartment. It was our favorite room of the trip. Shower, AC, and Wifi were top notch. Complimentary bottled water was a plus. The elevator is old, small, and a little scary, but added to the charm. Because no one is on site, it felt like we'd have to inconvenience the manager to bring fresh towels and toilet paper. We ran out of toilet paper at the end of our stay and felt it should have been better stocked since travelers frequently have digestive issues.

Walking distance to the Vatican, close to the historic center and main attractions of Rome. Very friendly owner! We needed an early check-in and Riaz arranged everything without any problems. Next time we will definitely stay here again! There is no such thing

There could've been slightly more communication on how to get in the building. I ended up having to call and the host did come down, but I had no idea

He also let us check in a little bit early and stored our bags for us on the day of departure. The place was very clean on arrival. Air conditioning was very good and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. It wasn't clear from the description that the seating area mentioned & the kitchen shown was shared (we had a private kitchenette with sink, fridge & microwave, but the main kitchen was shared with 2 or 3 other apartments).

The host was very polite and always available for anything! Totally recommend this! No second thoughts! Everything was great!

There are nice souvenir shops nearby as well. It's close to a bus stop with many options Stay at this place is cozy - very clean and comfortable with additions like free water, free "welcome-bottle", towels, soaps/gels in a private bathroom. WiFi connection is very good. I didn't have to ask for anything! The main room for eating and cooking has no windows, but don't worry, breakfast outside in nearby restaurants is cheap and is real Roma experience :)

We had no problem reaching the accommodation as it was 5 minutes from the metro "ottaviano" (and the owner was also ready to give information on how to get there). We were 2/5 minutes from many places perfect for an aperitif in the evening and many restaurants. Comfortable, spacious room and also perfect for a longer holiday. We will be back!
