No me gustó el trato que nos dieron en la cafetería Giardino dei Gracchi, donde se desayunaba con unos vales que nos dio Renzo, sólo había café y croissant y tenías que llevartelo tú a la mesa, el desayuno bastante pobre y el trato muy regular, como ya tenían los desayunos asegurados nos trató bastante mal. Esa es nuestra única pega el resto extraordinario!.

- eleonora (8/5): Ottima posizione. - Posizione ottima: meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro e a poche centinaia di metri dal Vaticano. Le camere sono moderne e abbastanza pulite. C’è una cucina in comune per caffè/tisane, bottiglie d’acqua sempre a disposizione. I letti sono un po’ scomodi, ma in generale l’alloggio è ottimo per posizione, cordialità dei proprietari e pulizia.

- Mara (9/5): - La posizione molto comoda alla metropolitana e vicinissima a Castel S.Angelo e S.Pietro raggiungibili a piedi. Nella sala comune a disposizione degli ospiti macchina per il caffè (espresso e americano) con bustine e cialde a disposizione, bollitore, forno a micronde. Fette biscottate e biscotti. A richiesta succhi di frutta e latte. Non poter consumare la colazione servita in struttura, ma presso un bar convenzionato cappuccino e brioche. È comunque possibile integrare utilizzando le attrezzature a disposizione. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione che la colazione al bar sia piuttosto abituale per gli ospiti di strutture analoghe alla nostra

- Margaret (9/5): - It was in a very close vicinity to restaurants, shops . If you don’t mind walking you are very close to Vatican City which was on our top list. If you want a very clean room with a private bath. I would definitely recommend this B&B. The couple who own this are very accommodating.

- Dal (9/5): - 4 gece konakladığımız Maison Manelli oteldwn genel olarak memnun kaldık. Otel konforlu ve temizdi. Konum olarak Vatikan bölgesine çok yakın. 5 dakika yürüme ile Vatikana ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca Trevi Çeşmesi Pantheon gibi Romada görülmesi gereken yerlere biraz uzak ama ister otobüsle ister metroyla ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Biz yürüyerek yaklaşık 30 dakikada Trevi çeşmesinin olduğu bölgeye gittik hem de etrafı gezmiş olduk. Otelin Etrafında birçok restoran ve kafe var. Akşam yemeği veya kahvaltı için tercih edilebilecek farklı alternatifler var. Tekrar Roma seyahatinde tercih edeceğim. Resepsiyonda sürekli birileri olmuyor. Ütü ihtiyacımız olmuştu ama o an kimseye ulaşamadık. Resepsiyona not bıraktık akşam geldiğimizde ütü temin edilmişti. Bir problemle karşılaştığınızda hemen çözülmesini beklemeyin.

- Donnelly (9/5): Wonderful to have air conditioning in these boiling summer days! - There wasn't any breakfast. Only coffee, which was good. Something to eat for breakfast? My non-European two-prong plugs didn't charge from the wall sockets (to a USB Type C). The caretaker couldn't explain it or imagine why. I finally bought a similar local charger. Have not had this difficulty before (I lived in Rome). Anyway, not the end of the world!

Will definitel - Very close proximity to the Vatican and other must see locations. Quiet part of Rome, very nice breakfast place with friendly owners. Renzo is very responsive in whatever we need. They go out of their way to please the guests. Run out of hot water the first day but learned that if other guests have used the hot water for a long time then it will take awhile to get hot water again. We planned accordingly after that and no more issues about hot water from rest of the stay.

Warm water. King/queen size bed. Very good wifi connection. Kitchen and seating area next to reception. Expresso, coffee, tea .mineral water and snack readily available as self-service. Friendly, helpful owners. Highly recommended. Great location. Near Vatican and Metro. I will stay here again.

- Georges (5/5): We were not satisfied and disappointed, unbearable to stay at Rome without a functionnal AC, and plus to throw our food - - Good location, very convenient, next to bus stops and to the center The AC is not working!! We informed the owner several times but he insisted that it was functioning properly. The room was still hot, it was unbearable with 37-38 degrees in Rome. Plus the fridge was not working either, we put our food in and it became rotten the next day and we had to throw it away (check the photos!!). So be careful from an electricity point of view, this place is not recommended in summer! Otherwise, everything else was good.

Good value. - The location is excellent, close to the Vatican and with public transport available nearby at the Ottaviano bus station and the Ottaviano Metro station. The breakfast arrangement at a nearly cafe worked well, as did the arrangement for a taxi from the airport. The staff were very helpful, and arranged early check in after our overnight flight It is a guesthouse, and not a hotel, so amenities and service were limited, but the price was also reasonable. Entrance is off the central courtyard and not obvious from the street, but being off the street meant that the rooms are quiet.
