• Nikita (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was just great! Đorđe was very kind to meet me at the bus station and help me with my luggage. The apartment impressed me from the first glance - how spacious yet cosy, and clean, and comfortable it was. I was feeling really like at home for a couple of weeks. The Internet connection was perfect, no problems with working calls. In the nearby Delta Planet mall you can find some very nice meals.
• Sarah (10/5): An absolutely beautiful apartment in Banja Luka - • The apartment is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. • I really loved the apartment and it’s a great spot for a short or long-term stay. It’s also somewhere I’d very happily stay again (and hope to in the future). • The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable bed, floor to ceiling wardrobes, and a bedside table. There’s one bathroom and a large, open plan kitchen, dining, living area. • The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, full sized fridge freezer, oven and various cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. • There’s a living/dining area has a dining table and chairs, large couch, and large wall mounted TV with a wide range of movies and TV shows available (not Netflix but similar). • The WIFI is excellent. I spent quite a bit of time working during my stay and was easily able to do Zoom video calls without issue. • The sound proofing in the apartment is good and the lounge/dining area has block-out blinds. • There’s a lovely little balcony area with seating for two and some potted plants. • There’s a working air-conditioner in the living area. • The apartment has a bath and a washing machine (which felt like wonderful luxuries to me). • Cleaning supplies and some toiletries are provided. • It’s less than a 5-minute walk to a large supermarket and less than a 10-minute walk to a three-story shopping centre. • It’s about 2 kilometres (less than a 10-minute taxi ride) to the bus station and the taxi ride cost me just under 10KM. The owners kindly ordered a taxi for me. • Communication with the owners was excellent and they were extremely helpful before, during and after my stay. They put a few items in the fridge for me and made sure I had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. They said I could contact them if I needed anything and even dropped off extra towels, linen and washing powder during my stay. I absolutely loved this apartment and without question will stay again if I’m back in Banja Luka. What would next level this apartment for me is thicker curtains or block out blinds in the bedroom and a fan or air-conditioner in the bedroom. Summer in Bosnia i Herzegovina is hot! Having said that, I did ask one of the owners about the blinds in the bedroom and she immediately offered to bring me thicker curtains. I have a sleep mask, wasn’t too fussed and I didn’t want her to go to too much trouble, but it was amazing that she instantly offered a solution when I mentioned it. This sort of care and communication was absolutely wonderful and so appreciated throughout my entire stay. The family who own this apartment are truly lovely people and I can’t speak highly enough of them and the apartment.

• Shanna (10/5): Vriament top 😊 - The apartment is really beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos, the cleanliness is impeccable and it is very well equipped. The owner is very kind and available, we arrived ahead of schedule but in less than 10 minutes he was there to welcome us and hand over the keys. For departure it's really simple because we wanted to leave early and we were able to leave the keys in a box provided for this purpose which is really practical, I recommend this apartment 100%

• Mesto (10/5): We absolutely recommend - The apartment is completely new, as is the building itself. It is equipped very modern and functional. All details were taken care of. You won't miss anything (not even a new toothbrush). It is equipped with all household appliances. The apartment is extremely clean. Although it is located in the center of the city, the apartment offers peace and quiet. The hosts are polite and unobtrusive. This apartment certainly deserves the highest rating. And it is certainly to be recommended. /
