• Graham (7/5): We had a great time, children loved it and view over the fields was amazing. - Great location, great size, open aspect, quality of furnishings Property “brochure” was not available. Luckily we found the Wi-Fi password. Had to ask the contact about availability of cafetière as it was not on site as “pre promised”. No information about operating the central heating system(s), Oven or jacuzzi bath. Central heating appeared to run on 2 separate thermostats? For the size of the property there were not enough pans, crockery, cutlery which meant washing them often. Distinct lack of cleaning cloths and tea towels plus no oven gloves. Also no long handled sweeping brush nor mop for the hard floors.

Entertainment system. High end furnishings. Outside space for children and dogs. Minor comments; Couldn't find hair drier.

• Rawlings (10/5): Everyone was in agreement that the house was like a home. We loved it - Each room was spacious and clean with kitchen facilities exceptional. My grandchildren loved the garden and us adults liked it a lot as well. Having an en suite bathroom separate from the rest of the family was good especially as my grandson loved having an early morning bath. My great grandson loved the freedom to roam in the living room. Nothing.

• Chloe (10/5): A perfect place to stay when you’re in a a big group :) - The property was lovely and modern and so clean! It was ideal having a dishwasher since there was 10 of us and there was more than enough room for everyone. The garden was amazing for our dog and we will definitely be back! We had to ring the owners as we accidently turned off the switch for the boiler and they couldn’t have been nicer to help sort it :) Nothing, one thing we did think was that they have enough space to add a hot tub/two (I know it’s more maintenance) but we all thought we would definitely be happy to pay extra to have a hot tub, as we thought it was already at a good price for what’s included, so charging the extra for a hot tub wouldn’t be an issue for the majority of guests.

• Lesley (10/5): Perfect from beginning to end and will be returning - The property was stunning. There were 10 adults in our party and we were celebrating my Parent’s Golden Wedding Anniversary. The property was huge yet comfort with more than enough space for us all, very well equipped and beautifully presented. The space at the back of the property was exceptional and so tranquil. The owners were beyond accommodating of us. Absolutely nothing. It was stunning.

• Helen (9/5): Clean, private, spacious, amazing views. - Location, spacious, dog friendly, private Everything was lovely, just missing a few toiletries, especially hand soap. Only one en suite was a little disappointing.

• Helen (10/5): Boundary Farm - perfect for a whole family getaway - Boundary is set in a peaceful and stunning location. The house is quite frankly phenomenal, and in honesty, it went beyond expectations of all seven adults who stayed. This trip created some lasting memories for my family, and Boundary Farm was the perfect backdrop. There is not a single thing I would change about this trip/stay.
• Sarah (9/5): lovely relaxed family stay - how modern and comfortable it was, Andrew was welcoming and very helpful just a few small touches needed … oven gloves, soap at each sink and scissors.

• Mary (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was brilliant, well presented and clean throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable and the space for everyone was amazing. The garden and view was great too, the children had a great time running around in the massive field. A couple of very small things to improve the stay. There could have done with a book that told us a little about the facilities and how to use things. For example we were unsure what to do with the bins. Also some coat hooks would have been useful.
