Вид с террасы - это самый красивая перспектива на море, на Батуми и на замок Castello del Mare ! Там же и можно позагорать, есть душ на 3 уровне террасы, зонтики и столики для вечерних посиделок и любования на закат на море ! Огромный плюс личная стоянка, так как в этом районе многие едут в банановую рощу и все места заняты ! Благодарю Александра , мы приедем еще .

• Ranya (10/5): The ultimate in relaxation - The apartment is tasteful, clean and well equipped, the mattress is fantastic, and the view - especially from the shared roof deck - is simply breathtaking. Best of all, it is located in a little peaceful pocket of subtropical paradise, away from the touristy chaos of Batumi and Kobuleti, up the road from magical banana groves and a small seaside waterfall. It also serves as a great base to explore the black sea coast. Our only regret is that we didn't book more days here.
• Igor (10/5): уютное место для небольшой семьи или пары, где можно провести от нескольких дней до нескольких недель. Абсолютный релакс - - удобное расположение: 10мин от ст Кобулети или 20мин от ст Батуми на машине - идеальное состояние апартаментов. Ощущение абсолютно свежего ремонта, новой мебели. Все подобрано со вкусом, все продумано до мелочей, очень уютный дизайн. Выход на террасу из кухни и спальни, шторы blackout. - есть кондиционер - кухня с необходимым комплектом посуды и столовых приборов со встроенной стиральной машиной, удобно для длительного пребывания - просторная душевая и санузел оформлены не только стильно, но и удобно. - Терраса с панорамный видом на море, Батуми. На террасе есть все необходимое для спокойного отдыха: шезлонги с матрасами и кофейным столиком. С нее можно подняться на уровень выше и оказаться на,так называемом,солярии-с зонтиками, столиками и душем. Отделано все деревом. Вечером бонус- шикарные закаты на море в прямом эфире. - В гостиной кровать тахта, что позволяет гостить втроем. - Доставка еды и воды занимает не более 20-30 минут. - На расстоянии 300м расположен уютный и хорошо оборудованный бассейн, где можно арендовать лежаки на целый день - Спуск на пляж занимает 15-20 мин через банановую рощу, оставаясь в тени - Ожидание такси не занимает более 10-15 мин в зависимости от времени суток - Время в пути до Ботанического сада примерно 10-12мин мы не смогли бы преложить лучшее решение - апартаменты сделаны как для себя, полное ощущение домашнего уюта

• Volha (10/5): One of the best accommodation experiences in Georgia - I'm delighted with my stay in Agora Sundeck. Owners are very friendly and helpful, I really feel that they care about place and guests🙏🏻. Apartment and terrace are comfortable and nice, but also ergonomic. There are everything that you need for cooking and comfortable staying. Best view in Tsikhisdziri, I came with mother and we really enjoyed to play chess (provided in apartment) on sunset🧡. I hope to visit this place again 😊❤️ -
