- Michael (8/5): Great views with all the attractions nearby. - The location is set in a quiet location, but only minutes drive from the centre of Launceston. This house is a top of a steep hill and the views are exceptional. As with all architect homes this one has its quirks, any sound travels through the rooms, the master bedroom toilet walls only go ¾ height and toileting can be heard from the bedroom and kitchen/lounge room below.

The view was amazing. Location was only a short drive to some really great restaurants and Launceston CBD. We especially loved the fire place. On the cold nights it was an added bonus. If the house was closer to where we lived I’d consider buying it, it was that good. 10/10 There was nothing we didn’t like.
