• Penny (9/5): Great location and accommodation. Modern, clean with everything you need. We were visiting family in the village and was - Great position. Easy stroll to the shops in the village and bus stop into York. Modern and clean. 2 full bathrooms and an extra toilet great for our party of 3 adults. As we had an 11 night stay it would have been good to have an extra set of towels and an extra tea towel. There’s also no real food storage area.
• MARY (10/5): Peaceful. Stylish. Comfortable. Dog friendly. - Great accommodation in Haxby. Very spacious. Loved the style of the property. Just off the main road but very quiet. Private parking right outside. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again. Loved everything.

• anthony (10/5): Weekend getaway with dog - Found a nearby dog walk. Location was perfect for just outside York and was very quiet. If you like Indian takeaway, definitely try the one down the round by the mini roundabout did us 2 nights N/a
• Haslam (10/5): Adorable little space for a break away - Was lovely and clean such a nice space might stay again was close distance to be able to walk round to see family members around the area thankfully No complaints at all had an issue with hot water but after contacting the owner got it sorted for us which was very nice
• George (10/5): Perfect for a visit to Haxby which is a short uber journey to York. - The property was very comfortable, warm and welcoming. The welcome loaf from the local bakery was much appreciated after a long journey. We are having to visit Haxby currently due to a family death so stayed here before and after funeral which was a welcome comfort. We have rebooked for end of Jan as it was lovely. Walking distance to excellent Indian restaurant too which was a bonus. Nothing it was excellent.
• Lizbeth (9/5): Beautiful well equipped property in great location - Really lovely property, high end finish, very comfortable and cosy. As well as 2 ensure bedrooms there is a further toilet in the main living area. Great cloakroom area, lovely kitchen. Excellent location in a lovely village with great facilities and very close to York. The only slight issue, we could have done with some more mugs rather than the smaller cups.
