• Kerstin (10/5): Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce très grand appartement, qui était très fonctionnel meublé dans un style à la fois mode - Très grand Appartement, très central. En face de la gare de Karlsruhe. Tout était bien préparé lors de notre arrivée, propre et fonctionnel. Pour nous ce n’était pas un problème et nous le savions avant de venir. C’est bien marqué dans l’annonce. Il y a une seule salle de bains dans laquelle se trouvent les WC.
• Laurence (9/5): - Les consignes transmises sont parfaites. L'emplacement devant la gare et la possibilité de déposer nos bagages ay Royal Eis est un atout majeur pour le voyage. La superficie de l'appartement est convenable pour 3 personnes. La porte à codes est un plus car pas de clés à avoir sur soi pendant les ballades. La salle de bains est un petite malgré qu'elle soit équipée convenable.

Ambientes bem decorados e aconchegantes. Escolheria essa hospedagens mais vezes. Sentimos falta de um forno. Mas improvisamos com o microondas.

• Paul (10/5): Excellent location, very good value for money - Excellent location if you arrive by train, just across the square from the station. Good communication from the owner ahead of our visit meaning check in was smooth. Very clean and nicely appointed

• Trilochon (8/5): Great spacious apartment base in Karlsruhe for a party of five with a mixed itinerary - Very good location for Karlsruhe transport links. Code access saves need to mess with keys. Main info easily accessible via web link. Free coffee provided. Clean and suitable for our needs. Balcony is plus when weather is nice. Pillows were not the type I prefer (too soft to be comfortable). Sound travels quite easily through the apartment so guests need to be considerate of each other. Handle on communal room needs repair. Single beds a little small for bigger folks.
• Lyudmyla (10/5): - Ich miete dieses Appartement schon zum zweiten Mal, es ist immer wieder ein Genuss in so einem sauberen und gepflegten Appartement übernachten zu können. Dieses Mal war die Buchung nun extrem kurzfristig, es hat aber alles reibungslos funktioniert. Das Gebäude ist sehr nah am Bahnhof, die Wohnungen sind aber gut isoliert, man hört nicht Mal das vorbei fahrende Autos. Gerne wieder!

Their communication in English was very helpful for us and Marino welcomed us to the apartment after our arrival The location did mean that we experienced some noises nearby outside

• Ronan (9/5): good place in the center of Karlsruhe. Clean and big. - Large space, clean and easy check-in. Rooms are large. 1 bedroom on the street side, 3 bedrooms on the back garden side. Very well place in the city (proximity to the center and the train station. Parking on street but free parking place around. Not a dealbreaker, the kitchen is good but rather small, don't expect to be able to cook large meals. Also just to be aware: for 4 bedrooms (4 adults and 4 children in our case), one bathroom only with only one toilet inside means its often queuing for the bathroom :)

The bathroom design could be improved since it's always wet after a shower... Other than that, there isn't really much to dislike.

• Julia (8/5): Very good - Space, cleanliness, easy check in and out. Flat itself was nice. Good location. Quick response from the staff. Pretty loud and very hot inside in summer. Hard to sleep with open windows due to noise from tram nearby. This depends on the room as well, one or two are more at the back. I guess that's a trade-off for central location.
