- KENNETH (7/5): - Great area just a few minutes walk away from the ammenates No real comfort bed and settees uncomfortable pillows in need of a change
- Enid (8/5): it was a lovely well equipt home and well placed for us we enjoyed two nice meals out - home was bright and clean and well equipt Site was generally nice and quiet we just thought having a couple more consumables like a whole toilet roll or a tea towell and welcome pack would have made it perfect - no ones fault but the storms and flooding and lack of staff on pools meant we couldn't use our pass to swim as much as would have liked due to timing so it wasn't good value in this regard

- MIchael (8/5): - Great Hosts and great communication.
- Stephanie (10/5): Fantastic comfortable stay by a brilliant host! - Fantastic communication from the start! I knew exactly where to go, how to get there and how to get into the caravan….which was remarkably clean, comfortable and a complete home-from-home feel - I feel completely at ease! Everything had been thought of; from board games for the children, Netflix on the tv and seating on the decking!
We took our dog with us and he had a wonderful time racing around and enjoying the park grounds. The site itself was well kept, with facilities available - which we paid a day pass for - my boys love the swimming and the arcade was so nice and chilled which was wonderful in the current heatwave we are having - everything was perfect, including the beds which were very comfortable, which isn’t always the case in caravans but these were! Great place to stay! Communication with the host was 10/10 - and they responded quickly and sorted things out effectively.
Recommended - Milford on Sea promenade for sunset views over Isle of Wight - the cool on site arcade which kids loved! We ate at two pubs whilst here - Smugglers Inn was amazing home cooked food! The fish pie was amazing and so filling! And we also ate at the Beach House! Beautiful building, with wonderful sea views in the garden, and both are dog friendly! :) There were some minor things but nothing that affected our holiday - there were no towels, which is not a major problem, and was advised that this was a policy carried over by caravan site following Covid - which was understandable - we had our own towels anyway so not a major thing - and it certainly didn’t affect our stay. Definitely would come again!
- Michael (10/5): Wonderful - My dog enjoyed her holiday. She loved the terrace. She lived the park and the woods. Second room beds were quite small beds for an adult.
- Sue (10/5): The accommodation was excellent. our family only used the swimming pool and play area. - we never used the restaurant N/A
- Natalie (9/5): Wonderful family trip in a lovely spot, over too soon! - Well equipped, cosy and comfortable. The caravan is in a very quiet spot but only a short drive to the beach and close to the New Forest for amazing walks. The park itself has stopped doing day passes in 2025 for all the facilities, so you can only buy a short stay pass - this is way too expensive if you only want to go for one swim, for example.
- Guyber (10/5): Exceptional -

- Amanda (10/5): Lovely quiet caravan very comfy and very equipped - Beautiful caravan comfy beds, stayed one night for a family party elsewhere.
Lovely breakfast at the complex and quiet at night Sent photos to owner that cleaner needed to rectify , was like it when we arrived.
The staff in the restaurant of the complex were pre occupied with having fun with a new robot that took your tray to the table. But the food was good
- Vaska77 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (9/5): Superb - Accommodation was very good, great location. Surprised that there is a cover charge for using the indoor swimming pool, £12 pp for 24 hrs. This charge covers the restaurant and pool.
- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tatum (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hannah (10/5): A superb park with great facilities for all the family - Beautiful and cosy home in a park with great facilities
Lovely updated restaurant and e area It was all lovely
- Melanie (9/5): Overnight stay at Roecliff - Beautifully equipped for a proper holiday. We only had one night but enjoyed the property and sitting on the deck having coffee in the morning sun. Very quiet setting.
A relatively short walk to Milford and the beach
The host was really helpful when I needed to contact her before our visit..
