• Laura (10/5): Very special. We would love to stay here again. - Absolutely charming location. Very nicely appointed apartment. So nice to have a service oriented hotel managing the property. Lovely walkable neighborhood. Very quiet. Please get another key! It’s really inconvenient, especially because you need a key to get in the outside gate most of the time.
• Andrew (9/5): Very comfortable, clean and quiet property. - Lovely quiet location about a 10 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. We already knew the area so didn't have a problem finding it, If it's your first visit I would recommend checking the location on Google maps to help you locate it. Spacious property. Good shower with Ortigia toiletries. Good coffee shops and a supermarket nearby. Checked in at the parent hotel and were then driven in a little buggy to the apartment which was a couple of minutes away. We asked the hotel to book us a taxi back to the airport when we left and so that made the return trip very easy. There was a small kitchen with limited equipment for cooking from scratch but microwave for re-heating, kettle and coffee machine and fridge. Could have done with a sharp knife for cutting/chopping and a bread knife.

• Tracey (10/5): Superb! - Perfect in every way. It’s around the corner from Spanish steps and yet tucked away for a perfect quiet nights sleep. In a superb location for wandering around Rome as you are amongst boutique shops, restaurants and bars. If you prefer a self catering, quieter space this accommodation is for you. We loved everything! No negatives at all .

• Fabio (9/5): Una splendida vacanza romana - Posizione centralissima, su due livello, pulito e fornitissimo di ogni accessorio casa, dal phon professionale al ferro da stiro con asse ed stoviglie di ogni genere, compreso lavastoviglie. vicinissimo a p.zza di Spagna e relativa metro. Personale gentilie e disponibile. Piccolezze ma che fanno l’eccellenza: polvere dalle bocchette dei condizionatori e insetti morti nei faretti a soffitto.

Si potrebbero montare le zanzariere alle finestre per poterle tenere aperte d’estate con tranquillità.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment in a very quite gated area. Based in a street dedicated to art. Book in at the hotel 100 meters to your left if your standing looking at gate. The accommodation was two floors, large downstairs with modern kitchen. Large double room with large unsuite. 5 mins walk from the Spanish steps. Top class. Within 30 mins to 40 mins walk from all of the amazing Roman history. All perfect

• Paul (9/5): Great place to stay when visiting Rome - Location was great in one of the most charming streets of Rome. Very spacious and charming duplex. Well equipped and very calm place. We felt at home. Hotel staff also was very welcoming and nice. Though staff was very responsive, we had some wifi issues which weren't really resolved - which is a pity as there is no good network signal in the place. Also a pity that the apartment looked out on a private parking lot and we had a big jeep just parked in front of the window - especially given the charming location. Romans and cars seems to be a love affair. But these are minor issues which didn't spoil our stay.

So close to the centre of Rome with numerous restaurants, shops and attractions with walking distance. The staff at the associaed hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would 100 per cent recommend. Nothing - everything was excellent.

• Lourdes (9/5): A very good option to stay in Rome - The apartment is very quiet, no noise at all. Its location was very good, it is a confortable option in Rome. I missed some stuff in the kitchen: more and bigger cups (we had to buy two), a pan or similar to cook some meat...There were only two casseroles without lid and it took ages to boil water to prepare some pasta.

• Anonymous (9/5): absolutely excellent, would rebook in a heartbeat - location was outstanding - beautiful street, courtyard off, quiet , lots of nice restaurants, 3 min walk to Spanish Steps, serviced by Margutta 19 hotel , they were on hand for taxis , info etc - cleaned every day - fresh towels and sheets, pillow cases every day, bins emptied and toiletries , water and Nespresso refreshed daily. Had good hairdryer , iron, ironing board. cleaner and all the staff at Margutta 19 were very sweet and kind. Dishwasher broken, but to be fair the cleaner washed up if I left anything - it was a bit scuffed around the edges and 1 plug I would call dangerous (loose fitting) that I didn’t use. only 1 key, check in is around 3 / 4 mins walk on pretty cobbled street - our cases were delivered on arrival but check out a bit awkward. advertised as patio garden, actually a bench style seat arrangement on the car park, no garden. if you’re inside and quiet you can detect the metro noise in distance - not bothered by it, as cities go this is great value lovely apartment.
