• Margaux (9/5): - L'arrêt du tram est juste devant, et est à 10 minutes de la station de train Florence S.M.N et 15 minutes de l'aéroport. L'accueil était chaleureux et l'appartement est convenable
• Marta (5/5): - Páčila sa nám lokalita. Veľmi blízko zastavka električky T2, s ktorou sme sa dostali do centra. Neboli sme spokojné s kúpeľňou, v ktorej nie sú vešiaky na osušky, uteráky. Teplá voda tiekla po dlhom odpušťani vody. V kúpeľni bol zápach od odpadu. A najhoršie čo sme zažili veľmi veľa komárov. Odporúčame prenajimatelovi dať na okná sieťky. Zvýši to komfort ubytovania. Kuchyňa :chýbala rýchlovarná kanvica a kávovar.
• Wagner Valentini (10/5): Apartamento antigo ms mas grande e confortável - Local muito seguro a 1,2 km do centro e de fronte estação Ponte All Esse do trem de superfície. Aldo nos recebeu muito bem e o apartamento era enorme,um pouco antigo mas muito confortável. Fizemos um jantar inclusive, pois tem 2 supermercados e Lavanderia próximos. A estação está a 10 passos e trens circulam entre 5hs e 00:15. Quem vem do aeroporto atente para descer antes de Santa Maria Novella. Sem relatos.

• Linda (5/5): Disappointing - Emy went out of her way to meet us and check in later than usual due to our train arrival time. She had communicated well by messages. The apartment is close to a nearby square with shops and bars and walking distance to the city. It was disappointing to find nothing in the cupboards - not even coffee or tea and no electric jug. We went out to buy essential groceries for our stay and boiled a pot for a hot drink. The gas caliphont supplied hot water to the kitchen but struggled to get hot water to the shower. The most it managed was lukewarm water. The host had a concern about mosquitoes, being close to a river which had stagnant pools, so there were gadgets in each room to turn on to keep the mosquitoes away. We also shut the windows to keep them out but with no air conditioning, this made for a hot stuffy house. We found later that other nearby Airbnb were more modern and also better priced.
