• Torben (10/5): Great stay - spacious Department for Down home living. I was attending the combined naval expo and even though this was about a mile walk away it was well worth it to be able to stretch out and cook my own food. Nothing
• Anthony (1/5): Terrible and inconvenient - Host cancelled as we were attempting to check in leaving us with no available accomodation in the area and extra transport costs. No explanation for cancellation but rates had increased due to demand in the area indicating our booking was cancelled to obtain a higher rate from another booking.
• Pip (10/5): Couldn’t t have been any better - The convenient location , access to local services , parking and surrounding gardens , buildings made our stay relaxing . The property itself was spacious , well equipped with an excellent shower and bath ! The furnishings were simple but welcoming and the beds were very comfortable . The property is very quiet and private which was surprising as so close to the airport I cannot really think of anything ! If I were to pick one thing it would be the sofa wasn’t that comfortable but there was a table , chairs and alternative armchair

• KevinEll (8/5): A good apartment, quiet with excellent access to parking. I would book again. - A very quiet, well-appointed apartment. Self-check-in was super easy. Convenient parking. There were a couple of issues reported, and they took care of them really quickly. This is a good apartment. But there were a few things that, personally, I would have liked to have been different. The kitchen lights are dark, so hard to see when prepping and cooking. The beds were too soft for me (personal preference).

Limited seating … Only one sofa bed in living room to sit on no other furniture apart from a table and 4 chairs . Could do with more seating

Sofa was unfit for purpose Natural light coming through bedroom blinds - So really bad nights sleep Apartment was booked for 3 - Crockery and kitchen utensils were sparse, certainly not equipped for the rental market Bare wire under left under the table No terrestrial tv. Absolute nightmare!! Would like you investigate this matter with a view to receiving some money back!!

• Diane (1/5): Disappointing - 16 Cathedral Court should not be let to anyone its condition was appalling. I was immediately put into 26 Lincoln Court which was a lot better. But there was no hairdryer, iron was broken, no small sharp knives, no can opener, wardrobe doors were broken, shelves in fridge were broken. Freezer completely frozen up. Only 2 dining chairs in an apartment for 4. The bedding did not fit the large bed. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was broken with broken bed legs under the bed. No plug point near the dining table so that a laptop etc could be used. The plug was behind a large settee and not possible to get to. The apartment was very hot and the plug on the fan was broken so could not be used. There was an Vape in the washing machine with lots of slime coming out of it so I had to clean the washing machine before I could use it. There was a strange chemical smell in the apartment even after 8 days with the windows open. Need I go on, so a very disappointing start to my holiday. See above
• Hezekiah (2/5): Left a bitter taste - There is nothing to like as the property was in a mess and plumber had to be sent in. Everything about the property. The living room had cobwebs, the toilets were blocked. Receptionist was not answering calls.

• Guy (8/5): Well located, spacious apartment with all the facilities you need. - The apartment is nicely located a 10-15 minute walk from the conference centre. It is very spacious with all the facilities to eat and chill in the living room. Parking is right outside in a reserved spot. The mattresses are only lightly padded making you aware of the springs and let down the otherwise high quality of the apartment.

• Mark (10/5): Perfect for our stay; quiet and easy access to restaurants, pubs and main town - No breakfast available. Location was perfect The map you sent for direction to access door was wrong. Access is to back of building, and not to the side door as map directs you too. The side door is a actually a fire exit.

• Paul (7/5): Lovely apartment great location but improvements would make it exceptional - Great location. Good to have 2 bathrooms either one ensuite & nice sized bedrooms. Layout downstairs was good & nice sofa & great having bedrooms upstairs. . The oil heaters were so useful as it was very cold! There was no welcome details in the property with useful info such as how to use the wall mounted heaters in each room. We didn’t know how to use them & the property was freezing when we arrived & throughout our 3 might stay. As it was over Christmas & we were out each day visiting family we didn’t want to leave oil heaters on during the day so was very cold coming back to apartment. We never used the living room as so cold! Little touches like a coffee cafetière would have been nice & also maybe extra blankets as bedding quite thin for when staying in the winter. Shampoo & shower gels too & a hair dryer. We’ve stayed at apartment facilities in farnborough before & these were supplied. Just really handy if travelling from afar & a nice added touch.

• Georgina (4/5): Dissapointing - Very quiet area. Once inside the property, we couldn't hear any neighbours at all. Bedrooms are both a good size. Carpet seems to be new. Heated towel rails were a nice extra. Bedrooms feel very empty and are impractical. Only a bed, bedside tables & hanging space. Could do with a dressing table & chair. Lighting in the bedrooms is too bright and there are no bedside lamps. Sockets in the bedrooms are limited. There was no bin in either bathroom and no toilet roll holder. Lighting is poor in the en-suite. The shower in the en-suite needs descaling. The window doesn't close fully in the en-suite making it very cold at times. Lounge furniture is uncomfortable and could do with a few cushions. The entire property needs decorating. The vinyl is warped on the bathroom cabinets and there is water damage around the bath. There are random screws & hooks in the walls and a large clock which is only right twice a day. Towels were ok but only one bath towel per person for a 3 night stay which makes it difficult for hair washing. We couldn't find a hairdryer despite it being listed with the facilities. There is no information pack to advise about what to do with rubbish/recycling/bedding/emergency exits etc.

• Linda (9/5): Very nice flat - could do with a couple of homely touches such as lamp shades in each room - It was self catering - so no breakfast Flat was clean and well equipped and the parking was very convenient to the entrance door and lift. The bed was very comfortable and I barely heard a squeak from any of the other apartments so it was very nice and quiet. This was basically my fault - I am 71 with mobility issues and I ended up with a shower over the bath rather than a walk in shower. I may have just about coped if there had been a grab handle and a non slip bath mat but I was afraid to try the shower as the bath appeared to be quite slippery with nothing to hold on to. I don’t remember seeing any option to request a walk in shower but I may have missed it - not sure

• Garywindiate (10/5): Exceptional - The staff are extremely helpful and really easy to deal with. They were very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable for my family of 5. The shower screen was a little low, so the wal alwasy got wet, yet that was the only very small issue.
