Guest Reviews
- Jean (6/5): Disappointed - The location Unfortunately, the property did not live up to the photographs. It could be a great place but it seems that it was initially renovated but then the owners think they are not required to carry out any maintenance on the property. The points I make may seem trivial when looked at in isolation but when taken as a whole they show the property is being neglected. As mentioned in other reviews it has a film of dust which needs a good clean esp the bathroom vanity unit. There are holes in the walls and wall light hanging off in the back bedroom, also previously mentioned. This has been joined by the curtain rail in the lounge hanging off. Not sure what was going on with the quilt cover in back bedroom which didn't fit the quilt and was ripped. Finally when you arrive at a holiday let you expect it to look inviting not weeds and a dirty frontage - not a good first impression.
This property is so handy for Port Sunlight it could be a lovely property, the work has been done but needs a good clean and some TLC. It perhaps be a good idea for the owner to read this and reviews and act on them.
- Janine (7/5): Clean and Comfortable - Location was ideal for what i needed, the place was clean and comfortable with all I needed for the weeks stay, Parking in the area was difficult and some neighbour noise
- Dawn (8/5): Perfect for visiting family in the area - It was convenient for a wedding in port sunlight.
Beds comfy, lovely lounge and dining room No hand soap in the bathroom. Outside area could do with a tidy up.
- Daniaal (7/5): Would’ve been amazing if heating and hot water worked - Beautiful place for me and a couple friends to stay in. Easy to check in and out and was very reasonably priced during the time of the parade. Heating and hot water was not working and I didn’t receive a response from anyone to tell me how to fix it. It ruined our trip as we were out all day in the rain and couldn’t come home it a warm place and couldn’t have a hot shower. This was very disappointing as we had to suffer in the cold for the whole trip
- Trenchard (7/5): Good - House supplied everything we needed for our stay, kitchen was well equipped. Lounge was comfortable with info on WiFi access etc Cleanliness needs a bit more attention, everything in the kitchen was a bit sticky to the touch, cobwebs on light fittings on the landing, blinds very dusty, small double bedded room had a light hanging off the wall and holes in the wall where there was supposed to be a fold down desk, the mattress sagged in the middle. It didn't spoil our stay but just needs attention.

- Hassan (9/5): Superb - It was all great 👍
- Mulligan (10/5): Exceptional - The bathroom facilities were amazing.
