• Hendrina Janna (10/5): Prachtig huis aan de voet van de Montgo - Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar Pere, die ons een korte rondleiding gaf. Het is een fantastisch huis, heel comfortabel, alles er op en er aan en schoon. Beneden bij de carport is een grote plaats met zitje. Er is een groot balkon/ terras. Boven bij de ingang is een leuke aangelegde tuin met zitje. De ingang is met een steile trap omhoog, dit is wel een dingetje als je een oude hond (wij) of kleine kinderen hebt. Het ligt vlakbij natuurgebied Montgo. Het centrum van Denia is ca.10 autominuten. De kookplaat stond op lock en we moesten mbv internet via de handleiding opzoeken hoe te unlocken.
• Katrin (10/5): - Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn es Fragen gab, wurden sie sofort beantwortet 👍👍👍

• Carina (9/5): Kleine Oase mit Aussicht - Das Haus ist geräumig und verfügt über einen großen Außenbereich mit Terrassen zu beiden Seiten, sodass man immer Sonne genießen kann. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was besonders mit Hund sehr komfortabel ist. Die Küche ist etwas eng, aber gut ausgestattet. Seife, Handtücher, Mülltüten, Kaffeekapseln, Gewürze waren vorhanden. Die Einfahrt durch das Tor muss sehr vorsichtig erfolgen, damit der Boden des Autos nicht aufsetzt.
• Vanessa (1/5): Vacaciones arruinadas - Con el tremendo problema que tuvimos con la plaga de ratas que tenía la vivienda y el riesgo y peligro en que nos quería poner el propietario tanto a nosotros como a nuestros perros No le gusto absolutamente nada de nada. “Nuestra estancia en esta vivienda ha sido un auténtico desastre y una experiencia que jamás recomendaríamos. Desde el inicio nos encontramos con un problema gravísimo: la presencia constante de ratas en el jardín, moviéndose con total libertad, trepando por árboles y palmeras, y entrando y saliendo a sus anchas hacia la vivienda. Cuando informé al propietario Pere de la situación, en lugar de reconocerlo y dar una solución adecuada, intentó normalizarlo diciendo que ‘forman parte del ecosistema’. Como si eso no fuera suficiente, me contestó además: “Los animales que circulan por fuera de la casa y que entran en la parcela no los puedo limitar. Lo siento.” Una respuesta vergonzosa, impropia de alguien que alquila una vivienda de vacaciones. Como “sugerencia”, le propuse que al menos llamara a una empresa especializada en control de plagas. Su reacción fue que le parecía buena idea, pero que lo haría “a partir del lunes”, es decir, varios días después de nuestro aviso. En pocas palabras: nuestras vacaciones y nuestras noches de verano iban a estar inevitablemente acompañadas de ratas entrando y saliendo del alojamiento. Solo cuando me puse en contacto con la plataforma de reservas y fueron ellos quienes le llamaron para recordarle su responsabilidad como arrendador, Pere cambió su actitud, demostrando así que por sí mismo jamás iba a asumir su obligación. Peor aún, su única propuesta fue todavía más irresponsable: fumigar la vivienda mientras nosotros y nuestras mascotas seguíamos dentro, con productos de supermercado aplicados por su hermano y amigos sin ninguna formación. Una idea temeraria e inaceptable que rechazamos de inmediato, porque jamás íbamos a poner en riesgo la salud de nuestros perros ni la nuestra propia. No quedó ahí: insistió además en recurrir a la nefasta idea de usar repelentes caseros para ratas, que iba a traer un amigo suyo.
• Beata (10/5): - Bardzo swobodnie czuliśmy się mając tylko dla siebie całą przestrzeń ogrodu. Ponieważ było ciepło od momentu wstania do czasu pójścia spać, więc spędzaliśmy ten czas na zewnątrz i czuliśmy się wspaniale. Sam domek również jest bardzo przytulny i przyjemny. W kuchni można gotować komfortowo. Dla nie gotujących w pobliżu jest bistro czynne bardzo długo z przyjemną lokalną atmosferą. Polecam gorąco.
• Julien (10/5): Lovely stay in a typical Spanish villa in quiet and peaceful surroundings - We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property, plenty of space all around the house to catch the sun, beautiful gardens and the security as well was very good. We appreciated as well the proximity to the sea while being in a quiet residential area, we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dénia. The house itself was lovely and clean and very spacious. The communication with the owners was very good as everything was explained beforehand. Thank you Carmen and Pere! N/A

• Rasa (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful stylish casa, equipped with everything you need. Nice garden with places for breakfast, dinner from every side - to catch winter sun from the morning till the evening.
• Virginia (10/5): We had an amazing time at Casa Bonavida. The house was very clean and all the facilities were just like the pictures. Ev - Everything. The location of the house, all the facilities and indoor spaces, as well as the outdoors. The owners were very nice, great hosts.
