- Liz (9/5): Gem was on call 24 hours and Liz the concierge was very helpful All in all we had a perfect family holiday in an amazin - The stunning surroundings. So much for the whole family to do. Beautiful animals, play area, swimming pool, fire pit, barbecue. County walks and bike rides. Roaring fires made the house warm and cosy. No freezer. Sharing outside freezer with other occupants was hap hazard. A few blown light bulbs needed replacing

- Vicki (9/5): Perfect pretty periodic house for quality time with friends - We loved the quiet location and the space indoors and out that we could all spend time together. We were a group of 10 aged between 15 and 52. The farm and gardens were nice to explore, the animals great to see. The pool, although we didn't use, was a good size and very clean. We wanted somewhere to all get together and spend some quality time and this was perfect. Bedrrooms a good size and comfy. Enough bathrooms and toilets. Lovely bottle of wine on arrival and house was really clean and well presented. All questions we asked and messages with Gemma were dealt with really quickly and very friendly. We drove to Southwold for the afternoon and up to The Racehorse Inn for dinner one night - great pub food that took about 15 mins to walk. Lovely period property with all mod cons needed. This isn't to say we didn't like it but something to be mindful of is to know that there are raised doorway thresholds, and 2 bedrooms are on a 3rd floor, with all bedrooms being accessed by wooden, curved, staircases.

We loved the interior design, the homeliness, the fireplace, the pool, the animals on site, the countryside location. - Steph (10/5): Absolutely incredible - Wow absolutely amazing! Literally could not fault anything. It was spotless, everything high quality from the bedding to the soaps to the saucepans. The host Gem was unbelievable, she couldn’t do enough and gave us lots of special surprises along the way. Blown away by this stay! It was perfect!
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was just perfect for us, being a family with little children, the fact that we didn’t have to go anywhere and had everything on our doorstep, the bikes, the animals, pool and land and just the right amount of space not to be overwhelmed. The interior is also just so en pointe, designed beautifully.

- Martin (10/5): lovely area and great place to stay - We had an exceptional stay, the hosts allowed us to use the property early due to our schedule. The place was very clean and it was very tastefully decorated, there were facilities available, coffee machine , toaster etc.. We didn't have much time to explore the area but we were impressed with the Pigs, goats and chickens at the property.. It made it very atmospheric. the main house looked amazing. Thank you for the experience...
