• Brian (10/5): Lugano Apartment - Just a great space to chill out. - This is the best apartment complex we have stayed in on extensive travels. The building seems to be only 4 years old and is extremely well kept (grounds are a bit messy). Everything was modern and furnished to a high standard including kitchenware etc. The entry method was by using a locked key box & processed without incident - a fact definitely not enjoyed at some other places we have used in Europe! Originally we were surprised there were no window coverings, only to soon notice the external blinds operated by down/up switches inside the apartment. The patio is a wonderful place to sit & relax. A huge double glazed patio sliding door blocked out any outside noise. We arrived by car and found the individual car spaces remarkably large as well as the whole undercover carpark to be as well kept as the building itself (a rarity). There are 3 supermarkets only a short walk away, Migros, Denner and Lidl. I found it more convenient to use the garage entry door when walking down to the shops. There are also two Italian pizza restaurants close by, one of which we used for takeaway and were very satisfied. A small separate "room" with both a washing machine as well as a dryer was certainly appreciated as we were away from home for two months, so clothes washing becomes essential. These are not dislikes, only comments. The apt is about 1km walking distance from the Lake, a walk we could not unfortunately do due to knee problems. So we went for a couple of drives instead only to find the street system and intensive traffic intimidating, coupled with difficulty in finding any parking spots to stop and enjoy the views. We thought it a little strange that there was no separate microwave in such a modern kitchen. Possibly, the oven doubles as a microwave but we did not investigate - nor did we need one.

• Peter (8/5): - Modernes Anwesen mit einem hellen und freundlichen Appartment. Schönes Blick aus den riesigen Fenstern in Richtung der Berge. Betten waren gut. Garage mit großen Parkplätzen. Einka ufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Stadtzentrum in 15-20 min erreichbar. Ausstatung in Ikea Standard entspricht nicht dem Preis. Wer soll Kleiderstangen und Haken in 2 m Höher nutzen. Der Schalter der Stehlampe war hinter der Couch versteckt und nur mühsam zu bedienen.

• Roberto (8/5): Gute Wohnung zu einem guten Preis und sehr freundlicher Vermieterin - Geräumige Wohnung, guter Preis, sehr nette Vermieter Einziger Punkt ist, dass die Wohnung von der Einrichtung her nicht so wohnlich ist. Besonders wenn man einen längeren Aufenthalt, würde man das eine oder andere vermissen. Vorhänge, Ablagen, gemütlichere Lampen.

Ľ appartamento pulitissimo e molto fornito, ogni dettaglio era curato nei minimi particolari La proprietaria, di una gentilezza e simpatia assoluta, mi ha consegnato personalmente le chiavi anche prima del previsto. Letto comodo , con vista sul verde e un silenzio assoluto. Mi è piaciuto tutto, dopo aber girato diversi appartamenti a lugano, penso proprio di aver trovato il mio posto ideale. • Sascha (10/5): - Super Lage, in 10min ist man zu Fuss am See. Alles super modern, schöne Tiefgarage mit eigenem grossen Parkplatz was ein sehr grosser Pluspunkt ist. Vom Auto gelangt man mit dem Lift barrierefrei direkt ins Stockwerk der Wohnung.

• Garobbio (10/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das am Fusse des Monte Bre gelegene Haus ist an einer ruhigen Lage und dennoch ist man schnell im Zentrum von Lugano. Das Apartment ist von der Autobahn sehr schnell erreichbar. Man gelangt mit dem Auto über die Garage direkt ins Haus. Die Parkgarage ist sehr hell und die Parkplätze sind grosszügig gestaltet (mitgebrachte Velos hätten auch platz). Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und vollständig ausgerüstet. Auf dem grosszügigen Balkon kann man das schöne Wetter tagsüber oder abends geniessen. Die Besitzer Familie ist sehr liebeswürdig und bietet auch jederzeit Unterstützung an Vielleicht wären Tagvorhänge an der grossen Fensterfront noch gut und würden akustisch ein wenig dämpfen. Für die Kaffeemaschinen von Nespresso oder Delizio gibt es die geschmacklich besseren Kaffeekapseln. Aber das ist eben Geschmackssache.

The host left sweet treats (cakes) to welcome us in the fridge (see photo) and was super friendly. Nice location not far from the center in a quiet area. Great that it has underground parking. We had a great experience and highly recommend it!

Un grand Merci pour la mise à disposition du lit bébé ainsi que de la chaise pour bébé. Un parking souterrain pour réduire la voiture est compris ce qui est très pratique et sécurisant. Situated perfectly in a quiet residential area but close enough to walk into Lugano and also enjoy hikes in the local area. Really comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Basement parking was a real plus! Check-in process made easy with the information we were provided with before we arrived and the apartment was ready early in the day for our arrival. Elkenda really is a great host and helped to make our stay in Lugano a special one. Thank you. We hope to be back one day soon! Nothing. Apartment was fantastic.

The location is excellent — just a short walk to the promenade — and having a private parking space in a garage was a huge bonus. It was easy to access the garage and drive in and out without any problems. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and completely hassle-free. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine, a dryer, and a drying rack for clothes. Overall, it was an ideal place to stay. There are 2 supermarkets 1 minute away. It is very close to the center and by bus I think there are 5 or 6 short stops. .
