• Coleau (9/5): - Le petit studio était fonctionnel, agréable à vivre et c'était propre. Clara nous a bien accueilli, sympathique elle a accepter de garder nos nombreux sac toute la matinée. La cuisine manquait un peu d'ustensiles (pas de couteaux, pas de poêle...) mais claranous a gentiment prêté une poêle pour que nous puissions cuisiner.

• Avanesyan (10/5): Thank you very much - Very nice and warm place, with cute and friendly animals that create a unique, homely atmosphere. It's perfectly located — near to the center of the city, so all the main attractions are within walking distance, yet the area itself is very quiet and peaceful. A perfect choice for a relaxing stay!

• Dmitrii (9/5): - Отличное место за свою цену. Дружелюбные хозяева, собаки и кошки. Уютно, как будто к бабушке приехал на лето. Есть горячая вода, чистые полотенца и постельное белье. Вода из крана не такая вкусная, как в пулпуляке, но пить можно. Шикарный вид на город. Вся территория - это сад, в котором можно приятно отдыхать. Если нужен лакшери сервис и бассейн на крыше - это не сюда. Местами грязновато. По улице гулять особо негде, можно спуститься в центр, но это история про несколько лестниц.

• Gor (10/5): Magical! - This is heaven on earth. The place is so calm and vast. I feel like staying here the whole time and reading a book or hanging out with the lovely staff who are all artists or just great people, it’s amazing. It’s close to the city centre with a beautiful panorama of Yerevan. This is going to be my go to place whenever I visit Yerevan again. I liked everything! Literally everything. I love this place
• Maria (10/5): Great! - Wonderful place! The host was very supportive and helpful. There were cute cats and dogs, an amazing view, and the apartment itself looked great and had everything we needed. The whole place felt friendly and cozy. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center, and we enjoyed those little walks. Overall, we totally recommend it — the best option for this price!
• Hendrik (10/5): Good place to stay - The location is near the central area of Jerevan, about 10 min walk away. It is a little uphill, so there is a nice panorama of the city visible. The studio itself was spacious and with all the facilities needed for life: kettle, electric cooker, washing mashine. There is a nice terracce just outside the room with table and chairs to sit. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom also was spacious and clean. I had a good stay and would stay there again.
