• Andrei (9/5): - very loud during the weekend. there is a bar downstairs..or next corner. super loud could hear everyone talking was a bit hard to sleep but I guess that happens when you stay in the city center..although I'm sure there are other spots in the center maybe on secondary streets where it isn't that loud. make your own choice. apartment is really nice overall

Teníamos que trabajar y tuvimos q esperar a que terminasen de limpiar (30 mins) y reparar el fregadero. - mucho jaleo por la noche para dormir con las discotecas. Si eres sensible no es el lugar

• Andrea (10/5): DOVE LASCIARE IL CUORE - Ho soggiornato ha malaga 8 giorni e volevo qualcosa di comodo in centro storico, che dire non potevo trovare di meglio scendevo dal palazzo ed ero comodo a tutto,ristoranti, bar,negozi alimentari..... Premetto io ho utilizzato l'appartamento esclusivamente per dormire perché vale la pena mangiare fuori. Faccio solo una premessa io ho cercato il centro della movida quindi bisogna mettere in preventivo i rumori notturni, ma era quello che cercavo. Tornerò sicuramente a Malaga e se lo troverò disponibile riprenoterò nello stesso posto. P.s. a due passi avete anche uno splendido hammam dove potervi rilassare. • Anđela (10/5): - Provela sam 7 dana u ovom apartmanu i sve je bilo izvrsno! Smještaj se nalazi u samom centru grada, što nam je jako odgovaralo — sve je bilo na dohvat ruke: restorani, kafići, trgovine i znamenitosti. Apartman je bio čist, udoban i moderno uređen, s odličnom Wi-Fi vezom i svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Domaćin je vrlo ljubazan i dostupan za sva pitanja. Lokacija je definitivno najveći plus, ali cjelokupni dojam je zaista odličan. Topla preporuka! Jedina stvar koja mi se u početku nije svidjela bila je buka izvana, što je i za očekivati s obzirom na centralnu lokaciju. Međutim, čim se zatvore prozori, unutra je potpuno tiho i mirno, tako da to na kraju nije predstavljalo problem.

• rosaria (8/5): - La centralità dell'appartamento permette di vivere il centro appieno ma è anche un'arma a doppio taglio perché la presenza di bar e locali notturni proprio sotto non permette un riposo tranquillo (noi avevamo i balconi chiusi ma si sentiva praticamente tutto). Letto comodo. Migliorerei il bagno per la pavimentazione e sicuramente per l'aereazione in quanto c'era sempre un odore poco gradevole. La cucina pecca di molte cose utili, mancano forbici, tovaglioli, asciugamani per i piatti e pezze per pulire. Solo una per lavare i patti.

• Anna (9/5): Consiglio! - Pulizia ottima, bilocale spazioso, letto comodissimo, posizione centralissima (ztl) a 5 minuti a piedi da tutto, a 20 min a piedi dal mare. Aria condizionata, WiFi e lavatrice ben funzionanti. Presenza di stoviglie, ferro da stiro, lenzuola e asciugamani. Infissi nuovi, check in e check out autonomo! Unico problema è l'eccessivo rumore notturno di schiamazzi per presenza di un club sotto casa.

• Maria (10/5): Perfect apartment in the center for young people - The was in the center close to everything Saturday night is a little bit noise.
• Caitlin (10/5): Perfect location! - The location of the apartment is perfect! There's a great little bar on the corner with live music on weekends. Just keep in mind with a fun night life nearby, it can be difficult to go to bed early.
• Dilip (8/5): Very good - The house is located right in the heart of the city and city center. Very easy to commute everywhere. House was clean and comfortable. Since the hosue is in the city centre, there is a lot of noice through out the night. There is a club and bar right below the house and people stay out till 4 int he morning. So if you are sound sleeper, this is a best house but if you are sensitive sleeper this is not the house for you. Don't even think about it.
• Cristina (7/5): Overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend for young people. - The location. It’s super central, right in the center. It also have all the facilities for cooking, an iron for clothes and a washing machine. It should pay more attention to the cleaning. The table had some stains and the floor was full of dust and hair, not cleaned at all. Also, in the first night we did not have heat, we were freezing and the 2nd day we called the landlord and he asked us to turn on the heater (which we alteady tried multiple times and it miraculosy worked). Other than that, it was the noise, but considering we were there for travel purposes as young persons, we did not care about the noise. I would also recommend to mention the floor of the flat, it was confusing for us to find it.
• Nađa (7/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Probably no better location in terms of walking everywhere. In the very city center. Really spacious (for 2 persons). Easy check in. Clean. Extremely loud from the outside at crazy late night/early morning hours. Ear plugs not helping, so (good) sleep was impossible. Could not find cutlery anywhere, although kitchen has a microwave, fridge and washing machine, dishes and glasses as well. A bit dark as it is between buildings. Needs some tweaking, repair work and painting. We had trouble finding the exact apartment door and the host was not responsive. Sent a message an hour later.

• Jasmina (9/5): Superb - Location is great, right in the center, in pedestrian zone, close to everything...shops, restaurants, bars. Impossible to find street/free parking place, you can park only in public garage...rather expensive...suggestion, do not come or rent a car! Also, since the apartment is in centro historico, it is very noisy ( night club bellow the apartment). If you are a light sleeper you should avoid this place..but if you are looking for night life, best place ever!

• Marta (9/5): Clean, comfortable, excellent location, some noise in the middle of the night because a stripclub in the vicinity - Excellent location, very clean and confortable. It was assumed we were a couple but we were mother and son, so he did not have bedding for the sofa bed. There is a strip club opposite. We were unlucky the first night as there was an incident with the police in the middle of the night. The second night, a group of men and women kept talking very loudly when they left the club for about an hour. Perhaps we were unlucky and it just happened these Monday and Tuesday. There were double windows but still quite noisy. If you can sleep normally in spite of noise it will not be a problem, but otherwise ask the owner if the noise happens every night.

Use this accommodation only in emergency Flat is in super center location- so its very very noisy and fair to say flat was clean- but that's only 1 positive point. The owner was really rude and mean. He gave a lot of useless information about renting a car through the app, but didn't give me basic info like the flat number or floor. When I called him, he yelled at me and accused me of being in the wrong place, even though I was in the right spot. The owner needs to read the booking comments because other people have had the same problem. There was no sign or receptionist to help me find the flat, which made me even more frustrated. Also, the flat is in a noisy area, so you can't open the windows.

• Natalia (7/5): Great location but loud apartment - The location is great The bedroom is just above a club and a bar, we had earplugs but it was impossible to sleep in bedroom as people keep screaming until 6am so from the second night we moved to the living room which has way less noise. There’s a foldable couch for two people in the living room
• Magdalena (9/5): Love flat in the heart of Malaga - The apartment was lovely, as per pictures, clean with everything that you need during a holiday. The host was great, very good communication and if needed the office is nearby. Perfect location, walking distance to the shops, beach and all tourist attractions. Please be aware that as it's located in the heart of the town, you will not get peace and quiet. Recommended for party people, not for business travel. There is not much sunlight in the flat as its surrounding buildings are very close.

It is very very loud and unpleasant. The air conditioning did not work properly for us . We were very hot many days and turning on the air conditioning would not provide any relief.

• Cristina (7/5): Perfect position, but not so clean - We wanted a place for sleep only, super close to everything in the city centre and this apartment hit the spot perfectly. Right as you get outside the building you can find the most perfect restaurants and cafes and museums. Everything is at a stone throw away. We even came back to the apartment during our walks just to go to the bathroom :)) Checking in and out of the place was amazingly easy, we had no issues, even if we arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning, we didn't need to call anybody, as we had all the details in the email. From the moment I entered the apartment I saw a small toy on the floor, with some hairs tangled up in it. From the visitors before us, probably. Afterwards I saw strangers' hairs all over the house, especially at the bathroom. Bleh Also, the shower had some mold around its edges that made me really grossed out. The apartment needs much more attention to these types of details, really. Also, something that is not the owner's fault but people should know is about the continuous noise of the city's centre throught the night and day. It's not unbearable, but uncomfortable at times.
