• Johannes (10/5): Heerlijk appartement - Het appartement is heel centraal gelegen. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar Miguel, is heel aardig en reageert heel snel als je hem iets vraagt. Het slot van het appartementencomplex wil niet altijd soepel open.
• johan (10/5): Perfect - Review voor Miguel (host) We hebben een ontzettend fijne tijd gehad in Málaga en dat is mede te danken aan Miguel als host. Vanaf het eerste contact was de communicatie duidelijk, vriendelijk en snel. Alles rondom het appartement was goed geregeld en precies zoals afgesproken. Miguel was behulpzaam, gastvrij en dacht echt met ons mee, wat ons verblijf extra ontspannen maakte. Het appartement zelf was netjes, comfortabel en op een goede locatie. We voelden ons er meteen thuis. Kortom: een zeer betrouwbare en prettige host. Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken en hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen. Dank je wel Miguel! Joop en Silvia
• Sue (7/5): Great location we would go back to that area - Great location,, finding the property was difficult - if the owner showed a picture of the locked door (no reception) with explaining next to Oceano bar that would have been a big help- we had to call the owner after waiting quite a while, which, after an early flight, was not good. There is no town view or balcony, which was listed on booking.com and the apartment is a studio, not a separate one-bed, but he was very helpful when the internet did not work and resolved it swiftly the next day. The position is absolutely perfect - 15 min walk to the beach and harbour - the lovely Picasso Square just outside the apartment- would go back to the area but in an apartment with a balcony to sit out- it was very clean Access needs pictures of the door - explaining next to a named bar (Oceano) - you have to wait for the owner to come after calling ( 10 mins), not a problem if you know the position

• Patricia (8/5): - Dat ik eerder naar binnen kon en dat de host er was om alles uit te leggen. Op de site stat dat er een balkon aanwezig is maar dat was niet. Ligt niet aan de verhuurder maar bij Booking ston dat er een balkon was
• P (10/5): Perfect! - De locatie en de faciliteiten waren perfect. Als ik dan iets moet noemen. Het matras is inderdaad wat hard wat andere gasten ook schrijven. Maar is persoonlijk.

• Brenda (9/5): Would definitely stay here again! Miguel was great to communicate with and we really enjoyed the location. Thanks, Migue - It was a great location in Centro. We could walk the old town and get cabs easily to bus and train for day trips. Miguel, the host, greeted us on arrival and checked in during our stay. The apt was well stocked with dishes, hairdryer, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed it. You have to appreciate the location as it is above restaurants. However, we found most of the noise subsided about 10:30/11. The owner had even gone so far as to put better soundproof windows in.

Miquel hat alles professionell abgewickelt und noch am gleichen Tag hatte er die Kaution zurück überwiesen. • Sue (8/5): A great location made access to the centro histórico and the beach very easy. - Perfect location Very clean and modern with many appliances. There was a complimentary bottle of water, milk,coffee and chocolates on arrival. It was quite dark for our taste and it was overlooked by windows in the building opposite which was very close , so we sometimes needed to close the curtains for privacy. Also the air conditioning goes off after four hours which is very annoying at night.

Everything you need for great holiday is within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this apartment. The property was very clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Excelente atención del anfitrión en la bienvenida en la entrega de la llave en atenciones como dejar café de leche cerveza a disposición para el consumo necesario del huésped......Como argentinos la única cosa que nosotros pediríamos la instalación de un sistema de bidet o ducha higiénica . Por lo demás súper recomendable

Ubicado en el centro de Málaga, cerca de la playa, hay dos supermercados y un pequeño mercado al lado, muchos restaurantes y tiendas en la zona. Por la noche se escucha el ruido de las terrazas de la calle (pude dormir perfectamente con tapones puestos). Las almohadas me resultaron algo incómodas.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Malaga and is in a great location. We would definitely recommend.

The flat is on a south facing side of the square, which made it perfect to sit in the sun, sup some wine and enjoy tapas. Many of Malaga' attractions are within easy walking distance. Local restaurants were a couple of Euros more expensive (what do you expect in a tourist area) but still good value. Most of the food was good quality and quantity. Miguel gave us some good tips and advice to make the most of our stay. Early evening the sound from the square could be noticeable, but not too bad, and it was quite at night.

• Laura (9/5): Great stay! - A very nice stay. Location was great and very central to all sites around the old Centro. Apartment was well equipped with everything. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well thought out for visitors. We did not cook, but kitchen looked well stocked with supplies. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good, nicely decorated and updated and very quiet even though on the Plaza. Very nice apartment. Communication with host was a little confusing upon arrival. Host said to contact him when our plane arrived, as well as 10 minutes away and we did so, but no word/reply from him. We arrived to the apartment location with still no word from host. I tried calling, but no answer. This cause some stress for us, as we had had a very long flight, it was late in the evening, and starting to rain. It would have been nice to at least get a word from him to alleviate the undue stress. Once we met him, he was very nice and showed the apartment to us and gave us great info.

Everything we needed available in the flat the space whilst compact really well laid out Super cool air con welcome in the August heat Easy transfer to and from airport . Flat located 2nd floor and lift was not working as waiting repair not a huge issue for our break but might have been challenging for others

• Xana (10/5): A perfect hidden spot for any couple - The location was perfect, it had everything you needed and was very comfortable. Miguel let us into the apartment much earlier in the day, showed us where everything was and sent over recommendations. He was an amazing host!
• Sherry (8/5): Beautiful apartment in a beautiful coty. - The location was perfect for bars, restaurants, supermarket and the centre of Malaga. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need. We thought there would be a balcony we could sit out on, but there were only juliet balconies. The bar that we overlooked was quite noisy (however, we got used to it). We were shown how everything works, but some written instructions would have been good (a lot to take in all at once).
• Brian (9/5): Convenient location, Excellent hosts - We liked the location. Grocery stores and many restaurants were within easy walking distance. We felt very good about the security of the apartment itself, and we also liked the fact that it had a safe for personal items. Most importantly, we really appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts to our questions (plus they had great recommendations for places to eat and things to see). Other tenants in the building didn't always secure the main front door to the lobby (we had a bad experience last year in Valencia because of that, so we are now much more conscious of overall security in the properties where we stay).

• Mr. (9/5): Great property and location but a bit noisy. - The property was great and half all the amenities that you could ask for. Overall the property was great but it did have a few flaws, one that could easily be fixed. First, the mechanism to hold the shower head in position was not working. Second, while the central location was good, it is located on a popular square for night life and it was very noisy at 4-5 am. Finally, one irritant that we could do without was the damage deposit. Fortunately, the proprietor, who was very friendly, was flexible enough to work with a pre authorized credit card draw as opposed to a charge that would be refunded that would have incurred FX charges. So thanks to the proprietor.
• Merilyn (10/5): Really nice place close to everything - Super responsive host and caring. Everything was really clean and apartment was well equipped. It’s not a big problem but during winter months apartment floors ara really cold so pair of slippers could be nice. But that could be only our problem as we have “ shoes off” culture. 250€ deposit on arrival was a bit of a surprise but was returned really quickly so also not a problem actually

• Jayne (10/5): A totally fabulous stay in a beautiful, historic building in Malaga. - Miguel and his wife met us outside the property to check in, prior to this the communication was great. They were so sweet and bought us a drink at the cafe below the property until Miguel had checked everything was okay for us to go into the apartment. The location is fantastic, right in the historic centre with easy access by foot to literally everything. The bed was really comfortable, the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. They really have thought of everything you might need, so if you stayed longer you have a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer for washing and so many extras you wouldn't get in another apartment. We couldn't fault our stay, we loved the apartment, the location and the owners. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Nothing, it exceeded our expectations.

We were a little hesitant as there was only one review, but this place was definitely worth it. Nothing. It wasn't even noisy and you're really near the busy city centre.
