- Zoe (8/5): Great quality property - Very clean, great full kitchen. Appears even better than photos make out I think in terms of space and modern cleanliness. Great water pressure in the showers as they're renovated. Smart TV was easy to sync to for movie nights which was handy. Could do with coat hooks and mirror downstairs. There aren't two sofa beds like the listing says (I checked a couple weeks before going) so the host offered a fold up single bed (we had 9 people staying). On arrival it wasn't there so I contacted the host and he went and got it and I asked him to please bring it up the stairs to the room as I had a bad back which he did in the end with my friend and then went out again to get bedding from another property.

- Stuart (10/5): Great place to stay as a base to explore Birmingham. - The host was fantastic, very friendly and easy to work with. The microwave didn't work on a Sunday evening and he came around to check it out and had a new one to us first thing Monday. Three full bathrooms across 4 bedrooms and a 1/2 bath was great for our family of five. Having multiple clothes racks was also a nice touch. The location was quiet and residential, off the main roads, with no problems at all. It's a rental property so it's missing some of the niceties of home like toilet roll holders in some bathrooms, couches weren't very comfortable but for the price there's little to complain about, especially with how awesome the host was.
