- Elisabeth (8/5): - Seaford is a beautiful village with a lot of shops, pubs, nice places for having breakfast!
The apartment had everything we needed and is close to the railway station, just a short walk from the beach and to visit ,,"Seven Sisters". Perfect location for relaxing days! Due to pigeons at the windows, it was not possible to have the windows open to ventilate.
- sarah (9/5): A lovely place for our long weekend stay - This is a lovely property in the heart of Seaford, with shops, bakeries and restaurants right on your doorstep and the beach just a short walk away. The properties large roomie and had everything we needed. Nothing
- Joseph (10/5): Warm and Bright - A really lovely apartment, ideally located in the centre of Seaford. Check in was hassle free and keyless entry works well. Although there is no parking outside it was no problem to find a space nearby at the end of the day and overnight. The two hours parking means you don't have to move the car until 10am in the morning. The apartment was immaculate and had everything needed for a short stay. Warm and bright. :) The only minor thing to note is that the traffic noise in the master bedroom is quite noticeable up until midnight. The rest of the apartment is quiet.
- Amy (8/5): - Clean, spacious and comfortable. The lack of parking became an issue for us.
- Ed (8/5): - Beautifully refurbished flat with everything you might need for a stay away from home, including a well equipped kitchen. Good restaurants close by too. The master bedroom is adjacent to the main road through the town, so expect some traffic noise.
- MARY (4/5): It was okay but I wouldn’t return. - Good sized rooms Various problems as discussed with the person letting it.
- Yaroslav Storozhenko (10/5): - Very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect.
The host is responsive.
Kitchen amenities are good enough. The free parking mentioned is basically just some on street free parking you can try catching if you are lucky. I didn't have any problems just know there's no dedicated spot.
All the towels are a bit smelly, including the kitchen ones.
- Rob (8/5): - Great stay - really responsive owner and fantastic location. Nice sized rooms and all very smooth.
- Jenny (10/5): Amazing apartment, brilliant location, easy to check in and get on with enjoying Seaford - The key code approach was so much simpler than being responsible for house keys etc. The apartment is immaculate and very spacious. Being closed to everything Seaford has to offer, it was an excellent location. Everything was great

- Malika (8/5): Good stay - Access to the property was with a code which I received before getting there. Nice place and location. Near transport amenities and the beach.
Thanks Jason.

- rick (8/5): Comfortable stay. Warm and spacious. - Nice spacious flat. Not far from our dog walks.lovelt shower. Bigger TV.. bit noisy at times
- Günter (9/5): - Very spacious flat. Central location, nevertheless quiet. 1 min bus. 3 min train station. Good mattress. Hair dryer missing (but enough towels available)
- Mary (9/5): Fantastic place for a trip to Seaford - Very impressed with the size of the place and thoughtful quality decor. Perfectly located for a stay in Seaford. Clean and bright. Thank you.
- Frank (8/5): -
- norman (9/5): - Location was perfect 😁 Entrance was not so inviting
- Alice (10/5): -
- Whitehead (9/5): A really comfortable base to return to after our long walks. We had superb weather, perfect break! - So spacious and a brilliant base for our Seven Sisters walks. Shops and beach are really close, and the apartment is only 2 doors away from the lovely Pablo Picasso restaurant. The hairdryer was missing, but our host soon rectified that. For a longer stay it would be useful to have more storage space in bedrooms. The bedside lamps were very modern, but no help for reading in bed.
- Thomas (8/5): Other than those comments it was very nice 😀 - The location was good … a lot of amenities and very clean The stairs going out to the room … kinda tough with suitcases… we tried the master bedroom and the mattress was not comfortable si we used the two singles which was better but not great
- Caroline (7/5): Great stay - of course the weather was on our side! - Perfect for people like us travelling by train and bus - a stone's throw from the station and on the no 12 bus route from Brighton to Eastbourne - very frequent buses! This will drop you off at the Seven Sisters Park for the wonderful walk along the Cuckmere river and the beach.
The flat is on the 1st floor (steep stairs), very clean, spacious and airy.
There are 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Although everything was spotless, there was only one small saucepan in a state to be used. the frying pan should be replaced or guests warned to bring their own.
- Caroline (10/5): Perfect base in Seaford to explore the beautiful Sussex coast - Perfect pied-à-terre in lovely Seaford. Very spacious, stylishly decorated, and well located - right by the station, the main bus route, with shops, cafés & restaurants right round the corner and a quick walk to the sea. Owner very helpful too & flexible
- Craig (10/5): Only stayed a night as getting ferry a few more nights would have been good. Would defo use again - Great flat, layout is very nice as is the decor, comfy beds Sofas were lovely but not as comfy as I’d like, (my opinion) but can’t fault otherwise
- Melissa (10/5): Perfect for staying the night in Seaford - Great flat in Seaford. Very well designed and perfect for a one night stay while visiting Seven Sisters, as it's just down the road. We brought our dog (there is an additional pet fee of £21), and she seemed very comfortable in the flat as well. It's very spacious, so could easily fit 4 people, although it was only the 2 of us and the dog. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/crockery you'd need to cook (although we just got takeaway). It's a short walk to the beach as well. Nothing really!
- Rachel (3/5): The cleaner apologised and said her cat had slept on the bedding. She changed the sheets. - On our first night we found that the bottom sheet of our bed was covered in small white hairs. We brushed off what we could and messaged the host. The next day a cleaner came to change the line.
- Jill (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment .. great location . Place was clean .kitchen could have been alittle cleaner
- Louise (9/5): Superb - Spacious
Comfortable
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Location, quality of the furnishings, ease to rectify any issue Nothing
- Adam (7/5): Comfortable place for an overnight stay - Location was convenient, with car park nearby - EV chargers were an unexpected bonus. The flat was very well decorated, clutter-free, and clean. The Tesco Express was very handy for breakfast. Thermostat was set too high, and disabled, meaning we were rather too hot overnight. The smell of strong chemicals in the bathroom was nauseating - suggest you use something less industrial in future.
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Lorraine (7/5): It was a good location and the owner rectified the problems we had promptly and was very helpful. - It was really clean It was a bit sparse, could have been made cosier. The TV was difficult to work out, no manual.
- Nachanok (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katalin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (8/5): Quite nice stay if you bring hearplugs and a sleep mask, or if you sleep in the twin room - Cute flat, well furnished and equiped, spacious, easy check in and out A bit noisy with the street on one side, and light coming from the street, in the master bedroom.
- David (8/5): Clean and tidy property. Perfectly located for all local amenities - Perfect location Nothing
- Zheyun (9/5): A relax weekend away - The flat is very stylish, we loved the decrorations and the beautiful large windows. The location is fantastic, 2-3 mins walk you can get to all the cafes and resteraunts etc. Tesco is across the road and open late. Parking is not a big issue for us and most of them are free for the night. Also short walk to the seaford beach with amazing cliff view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Clinton Place.
- Marianne (8/5): Nice - Nice styling, central location! 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. located on a busy street
- Stephen (1/5): Don’t stay there - Not much Most things
- Nikki (8/5): Lovely flat in the centre of town - Lovely decor It’s on a main road so noisy Curtains in the main bedroom are too thin.
- Chae (10/5): Exceptional - Specious apartment, tastefully decorated, extremely close to a supermarket, well equipped kitchen. Nothing
- Matt (9/5): Modern, tidy space with everything you need - Twin room & sofa beds super useful for our group of fathers & sons. Central location & modern decor. Didn’t receive door code before arrival but I should’ve checked beforehand. No mention of dishwasher tabs in the cupboard but that’s only another minor detail
- Klaus (8/5): In general very comfortable....would stay again if there were blackout curtains in the front bedroom - Good that there was a washing machine and a dishwasher. The shower in the bathroom was good, even though the water drained away too slowly. Good central location - perfect for our needs. Didn't find the stairs or the parking too much of an issue. Décor was tasteful and easy to keep clean. Tesco was just across the road and Morrisons just a minute or two away :-) Short walk to restaurants/Take Aways and of course the beach :-) - As many other guests have commented, the curtains in the main bedroom at the front are far too thin. It wouldn't cost too much to replace them - it disturbed my wife's sleep. Some sort of blinds over the small windows in the dining area would also be good - wife found it a bit disconcerting that the workers in the office opposite could see her in her Pjs in the morning ;-) Had to buy our own dishwasher tablets as there were none provided for our visit and a kitchen and bathroom cleaning spray would have been a helpful addition.
- John (8/5): Homely and comfortable, very suitably located for town or the seafront. - Lovely property, well laid out, nicely decorated. The property has an upmarket feel about it and you could imagine being happy if it was your own seaside retreat. Very little to be fair.
- Sally (9/5): Great stay 😊 - Great location. Nicely decorated. Clean and comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Easy access using door codes. Curtains in main bedroom need to be blackout as street lights and daylight made it difficult to sleep.
Some crockery and cutlery had been put away dirty and some had been put away wet. Cleaner needs to check, not rely on guests putting away clean.
- Robert (10/5): Jason was very helpful the appartment was great - Very comfortable nest and tidy every thing you need when you are away Nothing
- Sandra (8/5): Great location - Great location in the centre of Seaford with some options for parking nearby. Beautifully decorated, nice and warm with a lovely big bathroom and a fantastic shower.
- Sugnet (7/5): If you require a vehicle to get around, I do not recommend this property as parking is too difficult and expensive to co - Clean and spacious. Central to amenities. Warm. The bay windows are lovely to sit in and watch the street activity. Previous tenants had left coffee, tea and sugar for use which is thoughtful and I did the same. No parking available so on arrival it’s difficult to get luggage from a rented vehicle to the property. The narrow stairs at the entrance to the property are not user friendly. I had a 18 kg suitcase that was difficult to drag up the narrow stairs on arrival and scary to negotiate on departure.
- Chris (9/5): Perfect location and really helpful and easy to deal with many thanks -
- Jeremy (8/5): Very good - Beautifully decorated Location right on main road
- Robert (7/5): Very comfortable, well furnished and decorated apartment, good central location - Furnished and decorated to a high standard, kitchen is well equipped Not used to traffic noise (we live in a quiet location)
- Saksham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shona (10/5): Excellent flat in an ideal location. - Very comfortable and well decorated property ideally placed in Seaford.
- Chloe (10/5): Great stay in sunny Seaford - Looked like a Made.com show room. Very comfortable and well equipped.
- Greg (9/5): Lovely place - Wonderful place . Very clean and in pristine condition. Had everything you could want and a fabulous shower.A lot of care and attention has gone into this property. Highly recommended. Owner has obviously had some issue with tenants and there are a lot of rules which are repeatedly enforced. Can’t say I blame him though as it is a fabulous property.
- Sheila (7/5): Good - Nice shower and good location. Lack of blinds in the bedroom especially on a main road with double deckers passing 😊
Could have provided some normal tea.
Lack of instructions on the complicated t.v. set up.
- Cadwell (10/5): Exceptional - Definitely the nicest and cleanest accomodation we have stayed in will hopefully be coming back next year highly recommend Don't have anything we didn't like
- Amanda (7/5): Style over substance - it was stylish & the shower was good & central location
The host was responsive ref finding extra pillows & hairdryer The kitchen was badly equipped, just plates, mugs etc and a few glass Pyrex bowls & pans - no cooker operating instructions ( we had to find them online) and it seemed to be missing a middle shelf
It had no real utensils for cooking a proper meal , no jug, pastry brush, nothing to cook in microwave, tiny colander for 1 person, no oven trays
Fridge was flimsy & door kept not closing
Nowhere to put rubbish bags eg external bin or directions on what to do with them during stay
TV was far too small for the size of living room
Beds & pillows not that comfortable
The entrance door downstairs was filthy and stairs up not very clean
- Charmaine (9/5): Enjoyed our stay in this cosy apartment would reamend to family and friends. - Nice cosy clean accommodation with everything you required home from home with a comfortable bed..
Good location near shops and beach. Good bus service near to train station. Stairs were abit of a problem and finding a parking space but managed to over come this which didn't spoil the holiday.
- Tom (7/5): Good -
- Sam (9/5): Very enjoyable, clean and comfortable and would definitely stay again - Very clean and tidy, very central (on the high street), proactive host gave us all the details we needed, good sized rooms and well soundproofed Pillows could have been a bit comfier, with options for less high ones (stiff neck the next day). Also it would have been nice to have shampoo etc. included in the bathroom
- Denise (8/5): Very good - Good location. Lots of space, beautifully decorated. The keypad entry is a good idea. The incessant pre-arrival emails, repeatedly 'touching on house-rules'. No Freeview TV, no drawers in main bedroom, no drainer on kitchen sink, no coasters, broken knob on shower door, no hard-copy of welcome pack
- Davina (8/5): Very good - Apartment was very clean and spacious. Great location close to all amenities. Dog friendly also. It wouldn't be practical for elderly people as entrance is very steep so had to use back door to go in and out which was slightly unpleasant due to bins and stairway slightly slippy due to rain. Shower was hard to regulate temperature. Not much room to hang up clothes so maybe a few more hangers could be added.
- Bharat (10/5): All good. Thank you. - Everything
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Large apartment spotless everything you need in the kitchen good WiFi television YouTube comfortable beds, Owner friendly gives you all the information you need. Location very good in town centre restaurants pubs all nearby beach five minute walk. Would stay there again. All good.
- Ronja (8/5): Very good - comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. had everything we needed. nicely located in the town center with just a short walk to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. easy to find a parking space close by during weekends. very thin walls, heard the neighbor’s parties every night
- Anonymous (10/5): Above and beyond - everything, the property was beautiful, everything we needed and more, well above anything we had stayed in before - exceptional The lack of parking.
- Susan (7/5): Good - The colour scheme. The size. The kitchen. The road was very noisy and the main bedroom was next to the road. I found it hard to get the code to work when I first arrived and felt a bit vulnerable in the dark with my luggage. The code worked fine after that so it was probably my fault.
- Sin (9/5): Superb -
- Myradov (7/5): Good - we like the design and comfort floors were dirty, there were hairs on the floor, bathroom sink was dirty and also some microfibres kitchen towels were dirty with hairs
Location was good but since it’s on the Main Street noise never stops
- Sabine (10/5): Exceptional - It's such a homely and beautiful place. I wish we could have stayed longer. Best accommodation we had on our trip.
- Edward (10/5): lovely flat in Seaford - well furnished and lots of towels bedding etc could have been more loo roll (there was none !!)
- Zheng (9/5): Superb - beautiful deco , clean and convenience .
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Nicely furnished and well decorated appartment. Good colour scheme and well kept/maintained. Comfortable, good sized rooms.
Well equipped kitchen. Excellent bathroom.
Quick responses to any enquiries.
Would definitely recommend.
- Juliet (10/5): perfect stay! we will be back :) - The flat was spacious, clean and really lovely!
- Natasha (9/5): Beautiful homely flat - Very clean and spacious. It had a lovely, warm, homely feeling. The host communication was second to none. Great location close to station, shops and the beach
- Garth (10/5): Exceptional - The whole flat had been tastefully decorated and retained the period features. Great place to sit and relax, only 5 mins walk to the beach with shops and restaurants close by. Didn't want to leave.
It's Extremely good value for money.
