Fabulous jacuzzi bath in the room, lovely comfy bed and the added Complimentary Prosecco and Beers in the fridge. The large mirror above the jacuzzi bath wasn’t working, other than that everything was great.

• Beth (10/5): Amazing - I absolutely loved my stay at Stay Secret Suites. The hot tub was a real highlight and made the experience feel extra special. The location is perfect, and everything was spotless—clean, tidy, and very modern throughout. It had such a romantic atmosphere, which made it ideal for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were amazing and truly go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I also really appreciated how they kept in touch via WhatsApp, always being available and making sure everything was just right. I’d definitely stay again!

Staff kept in contact via Whatapp which was great, no unnecessary room cleaning, requested only what we needed and was left in the room for when we returned after a day out.

• Katie (10/5): Absolutely stunning. 100% booking again - Absolutely everything. Booked this as a surprise weekend for my partners birthday and we already can’t wait to come back. Everywhere spotless, comfiest bed ever, hot tub easy to use, amazing location and the best and easiest communication I’ve had. The fridge was fully stocked with drinks including beer and prosecco which is such a lovely touch, they also decorated for my partners birthday free of charge. They clearly really care about what they do and definitely go above and beyond. If you’re considering booking to stay here just do it!!! That we couldn’t live there!

• Dave (7/5): Very nicely presented, but sad the room stunk of weed - Decoration of the property and the jacuzzi bath was obviously the main attraction The smell of cannabis smoke in the room was very strong and that was very disappointing, also there was a sock over the smoke detector which with the smell of weed it was pretty obvious that it was from the night before. Very surprised the cleaners did not spot this prior to our visit.

• Mcaulay (10/5): Nice and relaxing - Easy check in. Room lovely and clean. Had an issue with the door, phoned reception and they sent someone straight away and problem was resolved. Hot tub was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary drinks in fridge were a nice touch.

• Scurr (7/5): Generally very good, probably not worth the price. - Location couldn't be better. Jacuzzi bath is lovely and decor is well done. Complimentary prosecco and other drinks is a nice touch. Parking location is excellent. There's some wear and tear on architraves etc that I would expect to be immaculate given the price. Toilet cistern needed attention after nearly every flush. Fridge in the bedroom has a light constantly on, making it difficult to sleep as the door is transparent. Mattress is extremely soft, but that's our personal preference to have a firmer one.

The suite was lovely - a little smaller than expected but it was good for our expectations and for what we needed for an overnight stay. Bed was very comfortable with lovely bed linen. Nice touch to have coffee / tea facilities with a bottle of prosecco included. Nice seating area outside to sit down and have a glass of wine / chat. Felt private. I think for the price we paid for the night £320 I would have expected to have air conditioning - Weather has been warm recently so found the room a little warm to sleep in.
• Philip (9/5): EXCELLENT LOCATION WITH RELAXING JACUZZI IN THE ROOM - Loved the location and how near it was to the railway station and city centre. The room was well laid out and the complimentary drinks were a bonus, the outdoor space was very good as was the jacuzzi. The only gripe was that the fan near the front door was a bit too noisy, maybe have that on a separate circuit to the main light. Turned the light on in the lounge and the fan came on, so had to turn the light off to stop the fan.
• Tom (9/5): Cozy and intimate stay - The room was super cozy and intimate, the bed was incredibly comfy and had plenty of space. The hot tub was the perfect size for two and the bathroom facilities were immaculate. The location is also perfect, being right in the centre of town and a short walk from the train station & bus station. The property is also nicely tucked away & private. My only complaint was the lack of air con/fans, we stayed on a particularly hot day and the room became incredibly stuffy with the hot tub.

• Kelly (9/5): Immaculate Lovely and cosy with helpful friendly staff - The jacuzzi bath was great and it was a lovely touch having Prosecco beers and waters in the fridge I appreciate it’s in the town center so expected a little noise but it was either the bin men or delivery drivers with the beeping for reversing up the street this happened three times that morning and the bed isn’t the comfiest.

In a good location, very close to all the shops and restaurants. The TV in the bedroom wasn’t great - there was a lot of flickering so couldn’t really watch properly. The sink is a bit of an awkward shape - meant a lot of splashing.

• Bingham (8/5): A very special stay with very minor issues. Room for adjustments to make the cost more reasonable. - The location was ideal. Right in the middle of everything. The jacuzzi bath was easy to use. The bed was super comfy. The staff were brilliant. They decorated the room for mine and my boyfriend stay at no extra cost. I love the attention to detail such as coffee, tea and biscuits. A nice wide range of drinks. Plates and cutlery out incase you order in. Loved the robes and glasses next to the hot tub. Very fast replies from the WhatsApp account. I cleared my directions by accident they sent them again within 5 minutes!!! I like that an emergency number is provided. It was a very special stay! The TV would not connect. Very poor signal. I also felt having Netflix was a major attraction to the suite. However, no matter how hard we tried it would not work. You had to create a Samsung account? I feel it already being logged in as a secret suite account would have been more beneficial. WiFi didn’t really work either. I’d also say if you are going to stay on the ground floor. It can be very noisy! As people are walking past the windows till early morning. A later checkout would be a nice option so you can have another dip if you fancy it! The other thing is. It doesn’t appear you can have the main lights on without the air con. Which is very noisy! I get it’s for the steam of the hot tub. But, it would be nice to just be able to turn the lights on without it. The door handles can be quite tricky to turn also! I also feel some more towel rails would be beneficial. We were running out of room on where to leave the towels to dry. I am unsure how a longer stay would work without rails.

• Jennifer (8/5): Lovley room, Jacuzzi bath, large TV and Fireplace was idyllic for a couples getaway. - We loved the location, it's tucked away but also a minutes walk to shops, places to eat and Lancaster Castle. The Jacuzzi in the room was great, along with the large TV and Fireplace. The decor was unique and the room was very clean. We appreicated the private outdoor space. The included proseco, soft drinks and beer were a lovley surprise. The soundproofing in the room was poor, we could hear the people upstairs talking and walking around the majority of the night. And noise coming through the windows. The room could do with a steadier bed, that doesn't wobble when you get into it. Also there was no instructions to the Jacuzzi bath, which had many options and took a little figuring out.
