• Daniele (7/5): - Piccolo appartamento pratico e comodo come appoggio per una o due notti. Buon prezzo rispetto alla media di Helsinki. Abbastanza pulito e confortevole. Comodo con i mezzi. Proprietario molto gentile e premuroso. Appartamento un po’ logoro, da rinfrescare. Spazi troppo tirati (per quattro persone con bagagli come eravamo noi: per una coppia credo che sia perfetto). Zona forse troppo bohémien, con un po’ di gente disperata soprattutto nel parchetto sotto casa

• Laura (10/5): Great value for money - Very friendly and nice host. Very good and quick communication and everything you need for short stay is right there. Host had left us two kiddie towels as we were travelling with two little children. That was very thoughtful. The location was good but the whole street was dug up and it was so hard to reach with two pushchairs. But this is not the fault of the host. House has a lift that is very old and small so getting upstairs was a bit of a struggle with two pushchairs again but that is up to you if you want to travel there with two little ones.
• Cem (10/5): Good value and excellent owner. - Easy check in, excellent owner, good location (except sörnainen metro station), small but clean and functional room, good wi fi. Sörnainen metro station doesn't seem to be so safe. Police is patrolling there.

• Adolfo (8/5): Very good - Location was very good, nearby the shops and metro. The flat was a bit shabby, but absolutely fine for a weekend in Helsinki. I appreciated the silence and the comfortable bed. The host was really helpful and kind.
• Marwa (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very responsif and kind. The location is very good. The studio was very clean. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. There was also all the cleaning utensils that we needed in case we want to clean anything. We felt like home, Helsinki is a very peaceful city we liked our stay very much. We had a problem with the bathroom lamp and the host solved the problem right away. Very good value for money. The supermarket was few steps away. There was nothing we didn`t like really, but in order to make things better the cable of the kitchen light should be well attached as the cable was hanging over a little bit.

The flat is quite small, but it is very clean and has everything you need for a one or two days: bathroom with toiletries, small kitchen, dishes, one bed and one sofa located in one room. I am very satisfied with this flat and the attitude of the owner is amazing. Thank you!

We couldn't stay the nights we booked because of an unexpected issue but the host dealt with it very fast and kindly so we had another place to stay at without extra cost until the end of our trip.

• Lena (7/5): A small flat near the centre - A small cozy flat with everything what you need for one, two days. Near to the centre, a big bed, everything worked. A really small kitchen and a strange light there.

• Federica (10/5): Very nice place for a night in helsinki. - Clean and nice position. Perfect for one or two nights. The kitchen is very small.
• Martina (8/5): Very good - It's a great clean place near the city centre. There's a small kitchen with all you need and communication with the host was really fast and easy. But it's perfect for a short stay. There's also a convenience store just around the corner The only thing is, it doesn't have good sound insulation so it's quite noisy + there were some weird people around the street. But that's not up to the host...

• Κοκκαλένιου (8/5): Very good - The appartment is located in a really good area, it was super clean and convinced. The owner is really helpful and kind. The only thing that we struggled with was the kitchen place, where the cooker needed a lot of time to get heat up.

• Murat (8/5): Cosy and Clean. - The room is cosy and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and the sofa can easily be a bed for two. There is everything in the kitchen. There is elevator in the building. It is very easy to access. The bus stop is only 50m. And the metro is 200m. Great communication with the owner. Responds quickly and very helpful.. All in all, we loved our stay and definitely come back. But with less luggage :)) The only issue we had was the luggage storage. Our train was late at night but there is no possibility to leave the luggages for a couple of hours after the checkout

• Brian (9/5): Good affordable apartment easily reachable from the city center - Very friendly and accommodating, offered early check in when we asked and offered to send my keys that I thought I had forgotten after our stay. Easy to reach by public transport. I couldn't find a knife for cutting bread, wife thought the apartment was a little cold (it was maybe 20C), looks a little worn and could use a touch of paint (but everything works).

• Anne (5/5): Small flat okay for one night, functional but not very clean and nice. - Easy to find but a few kilometers from the city center (45 minutes by feet). Easy to get the keys. Beds are ok. Just ok for one night after landing or before leaving Finland. Quiet surrounding. Not very clean except beds. The kitchenette is not ok at all: small, very old, sticky. I found it dirty! One shutter was broken and the curtain as well. Impossible to close correctly during the night. The shower is just ok, I wold say functional.

• Szvetlána (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in a fairly good, central location. Convenient transportation, shops, cafes nearby. There are a lot of strange people in the area, especially around the metro station.
• Maike (5/5): Passable - The location was great and the apartment quite. The owner was really friendly and really helpful, as we had an issue with the heating. The windows had not enough blinds/or dark curtains, the bed sheets were on the small side, so the mattress was not fully covered. The first look was clean, though on the second look/touch it could have been cleaner i.e. kitchen and bathroom tiles were sticky/the rope from the one blind was dirty. Also quite a big wardrobe is blocking a lot of space from the apartment, and one side is locked so it can't be used fully. Overall the apartment can use a bit of paint, love and cleaning for the detail, so it would be a really nice stay.

• Jaana (8/5): had a great short fun night in Kallio! - Location next to fun bar district and 5 min from tube and public transport. strong hot shower. warm. clean and private. the bed sheets ! also would have been nice to have a bit of tea and coffee available and a drop of milk in the fridge as we came from abroad and wouldn't buy such things to stay one night. but overall good and warm little place!
