• Lancaster (6/5): Was quite nice except for not enough hot water and no wifi - Great location, lovely unit We ran out of hot water after 3 showers and washing and dishes etc. It accommodates 5 so this was not good. And there was no WiFi. I shouldn't have assumed there was WiFi but everyone has WiFi these days. So these both affected our stay.

• Judith (5/5): Overcharged, not sent correct entry code. Beds not great. Apartment clean, fresh. TV not working. - Wrong key code was sent so we were unable to get in. I was not sent any directions for parking until I contacted the emergency number by which time we had already parked. I was charged $150 more than the price advertised on booking.com. After 6 emails and nearly one hour on the phone, I was promised a refund. Got refunded, then charged again, then refunded. No wifi.

• John (10/5): Had a wonderful stay in Nambucca. - The beach and town were accessible on foot it was a hilly walk to and from the beach. Steep drive to the accommodation We liked it all
• Suzy (8/5): Great 3 bedroom apartment with ocean and river views! - The location was good, central and in walking distance to V Wall ( down a pathway and stairs) and Leagues Club. Great view from the lounge room, balcony and 2 bedrooms. Property was clean and recently renovated, beds and pillows comfortable and plenty of towels and extra blankets. Unfortunately no complimentary wifi,coffee/tea/milk, only one roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay, and no soap or body wash!
• Paul (10/5): Great place, great location, great price! Would highly recommend for families! - Very nice, clean and spacious place. Young kids friendly and safe with outside patio barriers. Garage is spacious with parking outside as well. Very close to the beach and shops. Beds are very comfy. After we arrived we realised there was no kettle and hairdryer which was part of the advertisement. We contacted the agent the next morning and the matter was resolved very quickly. This is now our favourite holiday destination and place to stay as a family. Kids loved it! No complaints.
