• Dockree (10/5): A perfect retreat on the edge of Oxford - The studio provided everything you needed, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very private with your own outdoor seating. Would definitely return. Easy access to Oxford (used the park/ride) Wallingford only 10mins away , situated on The Thames. The only negative we can say is that the TV service intermittent.

• Richard (10/5): A clean, modern and quiet getaway in a quiet area not far from Henley-on-Thames. - We loved the garden studio. It was clean and modern and comfortable. It is well-lit with windows facing out onto the garden, but also feels secluded and private. We enjoyed making dinner in the kitchen area, eating at the table, and watching TV from the sofa and bed. There is a wide selection of films and TV programmes to watch. It's a good base for exploring the Chilterns; a straightforward drive to Henley-on-Thames. There was plenty of room to park two cars on the driveway a very short walk from the studio. Communication with the owners was great. We'd be happy to stay again.

• David (10/5): My best stay ever! - The garden studio was the nicest place I’ve stayed in. Absolutely immaculate and so tastefully done. I felt so comfortable from the moment I arrived. Julie & Rob were the perfect host giving me a full rundown before my arrival. Couldn’t fault it in any way.

Unfortunately the area had a powercut , so we couldnt turn anything on . Host were very apolgetic and were good in updating situation .

• sarah (9/5): I was cycling in the area so was a great place to return to for an evening of rest. - Location So Clean and modern with great shower and comfy bed. Kitchen had all you needed. Really couldn’t fault facilities. Fluffy towels. Salt and pepper. Just the pillows but always bring my own so no problem. Also brought a lounger for outside so more comfy than the wooden chairs. If there Coukd have been a coffee maker that would have been marvellous. But very much details.

Great location, not far from Henley on Thames and Goring etc. Lovely space, very bright despite blinds which are good but, just a heads up if you are used to a very dark room take an eye mask. :)

• Jane (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - The Garden Studio is situated in the garden of the main property in a lovely quiet area. As well as an oven, hob and fridge it has all the equipment, utensils etc for self catering. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a lovely shower. The owners, Julie and Rob gave helpful information on how to find the property and where to park my car, as well as details on using the TV and WiFi. Although I didn't see much of them during my stay, they were both very friendly. It was just perfect and if I'm in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book again My stay was great and there was nothing I didn't like.
• Katherine (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful well equipped high quality accommodation. Everything had been thought of to make this a comfortable home from home stay. My only comment would be that the hot water temperature was set very high and care had to be taken.

Hot water temp is a bit too high in the sinks. It appears the shower drain is starting to block. But nothing to complain about.
• Karen (10/5): Lovely peaceful stay. Would highly recommend. - Beautiful, luxurious, cosy accommodation in a peaceful location with lots of natural daylight, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, WiFi excellent, the fridge/freezer was stocked with ice which was a nice touch, and the towels in the bathroom were lovely and soft. There was nothing we didn't like. If we could have asked for anything extra, we would have liked a full length mirror, but that's just a suggestion for the owners to consider, and certainly not a complaint, as this place is beautiful.

A sofa, lots of lighting options, and plenty of sockets for recharging - even wireless charging docks. Strong wifi and private outdoor space. Clear directions and arrival instructions. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive early. We felt the addition of a few small essentials such as shampoo, shower gel, and a humble coffee plunger would make a big difference to the experience. Travelodge style nescafe sachets really don't hack it in the 21st century. Couldn't access the subscription movie channels, but that may have been us.

• John (9/5): A very pleasant place to stay; smart, well presented and very comfortable. - We liked the property very much. It was by far the cleanest, best presented and nicest place we have stayed in on this type of let. As an aside, I was intrigued by the croft as a whole - the building which appeared to have once been a church, for example, and what appears to be a change of name - was this place once called Turners Croft? We had problems with the very up to date oven / cooker; my wife couldn't figure out how to make it work, not previously having encountered a machine of this type. (I accidentally got the microwave to work.) The other thing was that the sachets of milk were actually a couple of months out of date - not a problem, as we'd taken our own, but something to be careful over. (were we, by chance, the first guests this year?)
• Chris (10/5): The Garden Studio provided a cosy and comfortable place to return to after a chilly and damp day out - It was a very peaceful location, well situated for Oxfordshire attractions. It had all of the facilities we needed for our 2 night self-catering stay. It was modern, comfortable, stylish and immaculately clean. Our host was very responsive to a query.
• Karen (10/5): Really nice I did meet one of the hosts and he was ever so lovely, Rob his name was. - I have been coming to and fro from Manchester and this place was appealing, but when I went to, it is extremely tranquil. Quiet a tennis court in the background. There is a sitting area and it’s lovely if you like the country it’s perfect if you like the country, even though it’s startled me, there was a hedgehog moving about in the pebbles. I love nature, love that place. If it’s somewhere that you would like to get away from everything and everybody, that is the perfect place. Heating on demand so easy a modern to use . There was not at all anything I didn’t like to be honest.

• Punam (10/5): A perfect getaway ! - The accommodation was beautifully designed and modern. A fully equipped kitchen area, sofa, sockets and charging points, comfy bed, sofa, and lovely shower room. The owners garden is a also beautiful space with a lovely bistro table and chairs to have a morning cup of tea. The room was prone to attracting the usual garden spiders and moths, but that didn't bother me at all. The studio room also comes with a car parking space on site. Julie and Robert were excellent hosts - friendly, welcoming and always available for any questions I had. I loved my stay there!

• Anonymous (10/5): Great place to chill out and relax after a day’s work,will definitely be staying again - Just a fantastic little place ideal location for where I was working, off the beaten track and nice and peaceful apart from the hooting owl which was a nice distraction. There wasn’t anything to dislike.

• Chris (10/5): Lovely, well planned studio with everything we needed and more! - This is a lovely, well planned studio with plenty of space. It's clean and bright with all new equipment and utensils. It overlooks the garden and tennis court with it's own outdoor space. The owners communicated very well and access was easy. It was very quiet, quite remote, but within easy driving distance of many places of interest including Oxford, the river Thames and historic houses. We would book again when in the area. Nothing!

Had everything that you would need for eating in etc. A little bit out of the way but we got used to the lanes and it wouldn't stop us from returning another time.
