• Maria Carolina (7/5): - La posizione è molto tranquilla, in una bella via residenziale ma comunque vicina alle attrazioni principali. L’appartamento è ampio. Il self-checking è stato per me una soluzione comoda. Ho riscontrato poca cura per i dettagli. Penso che sia un peccato perché l’appartamento è carino ma avrebbe avuto bisogno di una pulizia decisamente più accurata. Le superfici e i pavimenti avevano qualche macchia. La cucina manca di attrezzatura (ho trovato solo due pentole molto rovinate, inutilizzabili). Forse nota più dolente il bagno dato che la doccia era un po’ traballante e le ante non stabili non si potevano chiudere.

• Jordan (10/5): Great overall and would recommend! - Location was great, just a few minutes walk from the city centre in a really nice quiet area. The Host Martina was great, very attentive and the communication was great. Host even recommended some great restaurants around the apartment and further into the city! Host also checked up on us to see that we got checked in ok and if we needed anything! Would stay here again. Could do with extra pillows but by no way is this a fault it is just preference on our behalf. It definitely didn't spoil our stay.

• Diana (4/5): - il livello dell'alloggio secondo me non corrisponde al prezzo richiesto, mi aspettavo livello più alto per un appartamento al centro e di questo costo. A parte questo, non è accettabile offrire alloggio adatto a 3 persone e avere 2 sedie con schienale...parliamo di comodità, no? in cucina c'erano solo due tazzine da caffe e 1 cucchiaino da caffè, solo 2 piatti... la carta igienica mancava e l'ho dovuta comprare io, mi hanno scalato o soldi ma il tempo di carcarla potevo utilizzarlo visitando Roma e non cercare negozi vicino. Oltre il sapone per le mani non c'era altro e non è un problema ma non scrivete che ci sono prodotti da bagno, la cosa peggiore era la doccia, era rotta o installata male e non si poteva alzare il soffione grande che praticamente arrivava alla mia testa e io sono alta 160 cm ...inutilizzabile... allego foto. In poche parole appartamento poco curato e necessita maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e manutenzione- sono questi che rendono il posto piu confortevole

• Bruce Kee (8/5): - La posizione è perfetta, servita e centralissima. La struttura, pulita ed accogliente Avremmo gradito qualche comodità in più, come i cuscini aggiuntivi o i detergenti per la doccia
• Lucrezia (1/5): Proprietari ostili e appartamento non rispecchia le foto - Proprietari ostili e arroganti, molto scorretti anche nella comunicazione via messaggio. L'appartamento è molto diverso rispetto alle foto: pareti da ripitturare, ambiente poco luminoso e trascurato. Il condizionatore non funzionava correttamente, rendendo il soggiorno scomodo. I mobili erano instabili, alcuni rotti o montati male. Pulizia superficiale all’arrivo e gli stracci e le robe per pulire all’entrata. Che puzzavano tra l’altro Assolutamente deludente rispetto alle aspettative. L’unica cosa positiva la posizione e la gentilezza della signora delle pulizie quando c’è ne siamo andate.
• MARIA DEL ROSARIO (4/5): Súper incómoda y decepcionsnte - Sin desayuno, ni siquiera café que se pudiera usar con la cafetera existente , ya que las cápsulas no corresponden, ubicación buena De entrada la pésima comunicación con la anfitriona que tiene un pobre inglés, problemas con la electricidad que se apagaba todo cada hora, hubo que bajar un switch y dejar partes del apartamento a obscuras para que esto no siguiera sucediendo, y no dejó suficiente papel de baño, solo dos rollos a casi terminar para tres personas por 4 días lo comentamos y nunca llevó más 😠Las llaves que indicó que podíamos usar no abrían las puertas de la calle, así que un día por la noche nos quedamos fuera, un vecino nos abrió….. por suerte. Limpieza deficiente, vasos y cubiertos sucios, el baño bastante sucio

• Antonino (4/5): Si salva solo la posizione. Il resto è da dimenticare - Posizione ottimale e centrale Le pulizie non erano state eseguite. Abbiamo trovato il secchio del mocho con l’acqua sporca, le lenzuole del divano letto, per altro molto scomodo, non erano state cambiate, erano stropicciate e con peli di capelli. Inoltre mancava l’oscurante del soggiorno dove c’e’ il divano letto e pertanto e’ mancata del tutto la privacy. In bagno mancavano i prodotti basici, come invece previsto dai servizi elencati. La cosa piu’ fastidiosa è stata la mancanza di fiducia da parte del gestore su quanto avevamo trovato, che comunque dopo insistenze a inviato una addetta nel pomeriggio del giorno successivo, nostro ultimo di permanenza. Per fortuna che abbiamo trovato i ricambi della biancheria sotto il letto contenitore.

• Sima (1/5): Don’t waste your money and sanity - Read this honest review carefully before you book. Don’t make the mistake we made and think that the reviews aren’t true or as bad as they seem. This was the last place we stayed for our Europe trip, and it ruined our entire holiday. If I can help someone else, I will. 1. The parking garage, accessible parking and free public parking offsite is a scam. Be prepared to have to find your own parking garage at your own expensive. We had to pay 80euros, luckily booking.com reimbursed our money as the accommodation misled consumers. 2. Upon arrival, there was dirty towels, rubbish bin and linen from the previous stay by the door. What a welcome! When I whatsapped the owner representative she said ‘can you bring it inside the property’ 3. Inside the property, there was hair everywhere. On the pillows, on the bathroom floor, in the shower, on the linen. When I sent photos of this to the owner, she said it had been cleaned. I insisted that it clearly hadn’t as per my photos and apparently someone came back that day to clean. It was clear this person wasn’t helpful, so I ended up cleaning the apartment myself to make it sanitary. 4. Shower- the shower head itself did not work and the water instead trickled out of the hose section. The handheld part didn’t stay upright to even use that. When I sent a video of this to the owner, she said it worked. When clearly the video showed otherwise. She then said she would get a plumber for the next day, so the owner thought it was acceptable to have their customers not shower for a full day. My husband ended up tying the handheld part with a plastic bag just so we could shower simply for the night. This place is nothing like it’s advertised, don’t make the mistake clearly from the reviews so many of us made and stay there. It will ruin your holiday experience. I have all of my messages and photos with the owner representative- nothing in this review is exaggerated or false. It’s also been passed on the booking.com.
• Danica (3/5): Good location but would not stay here again. - The location was nice and the ac was a plus. We specifically booked this location since the property advertises free parking however it was impossible to find parking after being told it would be easy to find. We ended up having to pay an additional €100 for parking to which we would have absolutely booked elsewhere if we knew we had to pay for parking. The apartment was not clean as it appears in the photos advertised and the shower had such little pressure it felt like I wasn’t even able to clean myself properly. The breaker also kept popping and we saw a review about this that was published the same day we got into the apartment. The breaker pops every hour which is a huge safety concern. The host communicated in what’s app and had directions in the apartment about checking out and then told us differently. While I think the location is not bad I would not book this apartment again.

• Alana (1/5): A terrible experience, the only positive about this accommodation is the location. - Great location in Rome and spacious apartment. After contacting the property manager for check in which was initially told to us would be 2pm, we were informed that the apartment would not be ready until 3:30pm due to a problem with the bathroom. After arriving at 3:40pm, we were told that it would be a further 40 minute wait which wasn’t communicated to us until we arrived at 3:40pm. After eventually being let into the apartment at 4:30pm, we realised there was a problem with the electricity that kept tripping off after 2 minutes of being on. This left us with a dark apartment, no hot water, no aircon, no way to charge our phones. The property manager insinuated that it was our fault, but it was broken from the moment we arrived. We asked that someone come fix it the next day between 6am and 2pm. After messaging the manager at 12:10pm the next day, I only received a reply at 2:20pm (2 hours later) saying someone would be there shortly. The electricity was barely fixed, we had to limit it to certain rooms otherwise it would keep tripping off. The property manager did not apologise and was not interested at all about making our stay comfortable.
• Alice (6/5): Je ne conseillerais pas cet appartement à quelqu’un d’autre - Appartement bien agencé Bien situé à une dizaine de minutes du métro barberini. Pas très loin de la place d’Espagne et de la villa Borghèse. Un très bon restaurant est situé dans la rue à quelque part de l’appartement ( osteria buona compagnie) L’appartement est bien défraîchit par rapport aux photos mise sur Booking. Il n’est pas propre. Le matelas du canapé est très inconfortable. La résidence est très bruyante, l’ascenseur qui fait beaucoup de bruit avec les portes qui claquent. Les gens parlent très fort de bonheur le matin et qui sortent les poubelles à 5h30. Les fenêtres de l’appartement donnent dans une cour intérieure. Un appartement qui donne dans cette cour est en travaux. Le marteau-piqueur s’est mis en route à 8h du matin. Pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain. Nous avons été obligé de mettre une serviette de toilette pour sortir de la douche. Le sol était sale. Le parquet dans la chambre est soulevé par endroit. La lumière au-dessus du lavabo n’existe plus. De la poussière sur l’immeuble. Le dessous du canapé est dégoûtant

• Giovanna (6/5): Il soggiorno sarebbe stato più piacevole se la gestione fosse stata un po' più attenta. - La posizione e la disposizione e dimensione dei locali dell'appartamento. Il prezzo proposto per il periodo del nostro soggiorno particolarmente conveniente considerato il periodo. La fermata di più linee di autobus proprio prospicente all'ingresso dello stabile. La facilità nel ritiro delle chiavi con self check in. Nonostante la prima impressione sia stata positiva e nell'insieme corrispondente alle foto sul sito, abbiamo riscontrato diverse lacune e una certa trascuratezza; la pulizia non è accurata; non c'è il balcone come invece dichiarato; non funzionano diversi punti luce in ingresso, cucina, camera da letto e bagno (e questo sembra un difetto ignorato dato che abbiamo poi letto che era già segnalato più volte in altre recensioni); la doccia richiede pulizia più attenta e manutenzione; una delle chiavi del secondo mazzo è rotta e ciò non permette l'accesso ai locali quando la portineria è chiusa (cioè negli orari serali, festivi e prefestivi); alcuni oggetti (un aspirapolvere rotto per es.) non sono riposti, ma lasciati nel corridio di ingresso; la persona che ci è stata indicata come referente non è stata tempestiva nelle risposte alle nostre comunicazioni e pur avendoci assicurato di provvedere quanto prima alle mancanze segnalate, non abbiamo avuto nessun riscontro, mentre ha avuto premura di ricordarci di corrispondere la tassa di soggiorno. Il potenziale di questa struttura non è adeguatamente valorizzato dai gestori.
• Corinne (10/5): Super séjour à Rome! - Logement très bien situé et fonctionnel. Un petit problème de clef manquante dans un des trousseaux, mais la propriétaire a été très réactive au téléphone. Le check-in et check out en tout distanciel n'enlèvent rien à l'amabilité de l'hôte. Une adresse à retenir! La literie un peu dure.
• santiago (1/5): bien pero mala atención - amplitud y bien comunicado con el centro. la mala atención por parte de la encargada. estaba la luz de la cocina estropeada y no hizo caso. la de la nevera tambien, idem. una llave de entrada al edificio estaba rota y no la repuso. eramos cuatro y nos dejan dos juegos de toallas y dos sillas. la cama del sofá necesita una renovación. el menaje de la cocina un poco escaso si van cuatro. está bien para parejas y estancias cortas. al ser una familia deberían cuidar esos detalles. lo peor sin duda la atención de la encargada.

• Greg (5/5): Passable - I enjoyed the suite overall. It was roomy and cool and the location was ideal. There was a shower door missing and glass on the floor in the bathroom. The wifi was not great and I found it difficult to communicate with the host. The elevator was challenging to use and it was out of service for one day of our stay.

• Heather (9/5): Lovely apartment and comfortable stay with all the basic necessities provided. - The apartment was very clean and tidy, with little clutter. There is A/C throughout which we only used in the bedroom but it made our stay very comfortable. There are also several shutter doors opening out onto the internal square which was nice. There is a coffee machine which we made full use of, and other facilities which would be useful for staying longer such as microwave, fridge freezer etc. all basics are provided including towels which was great and the decor is very nice and comfortable. There is also a fantastic old-style lift to get to the floor of the flat, which we liked. The location is good for some transport links but be prepared to walk to some of the sights. It was a bit difficult to get into the front door of the building itself; it was closed and locked when we got there and when we pressed the buzzer there was no answer (I assume because the property is vacant for stays!). Once in, it was very easy to access the flat. Luckily a man coming into the building let us in downstairs. You also must leave a tourist tax in cash, so make sure you have this upon leaving.

• Milica (8/5): Very good accommodation for staying in Rome :) - The host was friendly and sent us clear instructions on how to get to the accommodation. The apartment was clean, comfortable for 2 people, and had everything for a pleasant stay. Everything was fine, I would add some small things for improvement: - Provide some paper towels or a dish towel in the kitchen. - Provide a foot towel in the bathroom. - The light in the fridge was blinking (probably just needs a new one), and the light in the kitchen was pretty dim. - The was some difficulty opening the building door, it seems it is a temporary issue which I am sure is going to be fixed, but it will be good to inform new guests about that :)
• Roman (5/5): It is a good place for short stay in Rome, location is around 15 min to center and far enough from train station. - The apartment is in an good location and is suitable for a short stay. The shower was leaking a bit and there was some garbage from previous people on the shower head.

• Jagadish (9/5): Good Location, Value for Money..... - Here are the things i liked. 1) The location of the apartment, its 15 mins walk from Roma Termini Train Station, not only that, it looked like prime location for me, where i can find small shops and restaurants in just 1-2 mins. 2) Cleanliness is well maintained and Air conditioning. 3) Host is very good to answer all our questions 4) Price -- Reasonable price for the stay, in this locality This is small thing, since i have travelled with family with 2 kids of age 11 and 7, the sofa bed in the living room was not that comfortable to sleep.
• Liezl (8/5): 2 adults+2 kids(8yearsold&11 years old)1 infant 2 nights - 2 nights(2 adults+2kids(11&8 years old)+1 infant the house is comfortable, clean. the location of the house is excellent, very close to the center. the owner was very helpful and kind. only warning is the shower, you need to be very careful that the water does not go down immediately. but the rest of the stay is perfect!! we will definitely come back next time.❤️❤️❤️ Only thing is the shower,that the water does not go down immediately!!!!!

• Remi (2/5): My worst experience with Booking - Well located in a very nice neighborhood We were 3. My parents and I. They slept in the bedroom and I try to sleep in the living room. Unfortunately, the window shade was missing and some neighbors kept their lights on. The upstairs neighbor was very noisy. Every night till 3 AM, we could hear them hit the floor as the appartment is clearly not soundproof. The mattress of the sofa bed in the living room is thin and uncomfortable. Light, noise, uncomfortable bed .. Everything was there to make my nights miserable. I have to add that the air conditioning systems in the courtyard are pretty noisy as well. Also, the shower was clogged, the waste water could barely drain. So it was impossible to take a shower more than a few minutes without having water overflowing. No good sleep, no shower ... for a very high price. Clearly, I don't recommend this appartment.

• Sabine (8/5): Very good - The apartment is designed nicely and located close to many attractions in the city. Good connections by bus, metro or walking distance. Nice area, also some restaurants close to the apartment. Well organized and friendly service. Rooms are a bit dark, but this is typical for these kind of buildings. Parking during day is not easy but there is a parking garage around the corner.

• Goran (6/5): Too many instructuons - The apartment is in the good neighborhood, the street is very quiet and calm. No big shops for those who like it.It takes approx 20 min walk to reach cities sightseeing points. It's very close to Parco villa Borghese where you can walk and enjoy. The owner open apartment for us using app and it was very fast. Apartment is very dark, despite the bright pictures on the booking.com. All windows are facing to common yard where there is no light, so when you're in it you have to turn light on. There is lots of plastic flowers all over the place... When you take shower the door won't close and the water doesn't go away very fast and at some point you find yourself standing in the lake. The towel hangers are direct above bidet and toilet, so parcticly unusable, you have to hung them all around the place. No additional light to turn on for the mirror in the bathroom, to shave for men or for ladies to put make up... Lots of DO NOT TOUCH cards and instructions. Check out is at 10h and 5min to 10h someone was already waiting in front of the apartment to clean....
