- Fernanda (1/5): Pessima! - Somente localização Muito mal administrado, apartamento velho e sem manutenção. O piso da sala com várias tábuas desalinhadas fazendo tropeçar a todo instante e com vários parafusos para fora. Portas desalinhadas e cortinas desajustadas. Informações desencontradas nos deixando bem confusos e por fim , antes do último dia de estadia, cortaram a luz nos fazendo ter um gasto extra e perda do que tínhamos na geladeira e impossibilidade de fazer qualquer comida. Pessimo! Solicito ressarcimento dos prejuízos e reembolso de duas diárias.

- janine (6/5): ruim - Porteiros muito simpáticos Roupa de cama muito velha. Mesmo ficando 2 semanas tive que pagar 215 reais para limpar, levaram toda roupa de cama e nos deixaram sem nada. Mesmo solicitando roupa de cama, nos deixaram apenas uma manta velha.
