- Abdullah (10/5): Amazing stay, great host and beautiful property! - This was by far the best property I have stayed in within Birmingham. The house was spacious, comfy beds and everything was really well designed and thought out. It even had a gym and cinema room and worth every penny! Tim was really helpful and really thought of everything in the property. Great location too! Everything was amazing but I didnt like the fact there was a ringdoorbell present which felt a bit awkward. Perhaps this should be disconnected when guests come..?

- Brian (9/5): Apricot house is in a great location - Apricot House was in a good location and the house was very neat and clean. The two blinds in the front bedroom were cheap and did not work as they should.

- Muhammad Saif (10/5): Excellent stay, beautiful home and great location - We had a wonderful stay at Apricot house, it was very clean, comfortable and homely. It felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent too, a few minutes drive from the amenities including local supermarket, restaurants etc. It was exactly as described in the pictures.
I would love to return in the future.

- Michael (9/5): Great accommodation off the beaten track - We had a very comfortable stay at Apricot House. The duplex apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped. The beds were especially comfortable, and we all enjoyed peaceful nights’ sleep. The apartment is located in a brand-new complex about a mile outside the city centre. While there were no grocery shops in the immediate vicinity, the area was quiet at night, and there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Public transport links, especially buses, were plentiful and reliable. Overall, the accommodation itself is excellent and would deserve a top rating. The location felt a little less convenient

It was incredibly family-friendly — our kids loved the toys and the garden space. The hosts thoughtfully provided everything we needed, including children’s cutlery, a highchair, and other kid-friendly essentials. Every detail was well thought out, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

- Jordan (10/5): Super cozy very spacious 2 bedroom house. - It literally had everything we needed, i forgot to bring a lint roller and my black shirt had a few small hairs on it then remembered seeing one in the closet where the iron is The dressing table in the bedroom is fixed to the wall which blocks off the under table plugs other than that i had a perfect stay.
